Customer satisfaction becomes one of the important managerial concerns associated with corporate competency in current competitive environment for Internet communication service companies. Hence, it is demanding to improve a company's customer satisfaction through the total quality management perspective. In practice, engineers as well as the management hope to find major quality characteristics with Internet communication network that is closely related to customer satisfaction, consequently aiming to the raise of their company's customer satisfaction. This paper presents an empirical relationship analysis between network quality characteristics and customer satisfaction on Internet communication. Methodologically, the relationship analysis framework is based on the regression variable selection procedures. In this framework, it is implemented that; 1) iterative model building; and 2) consistent criteria application to statistical tests for selecting significant variables. A case study shows that; 1) the customer satisfaction on the network connection seems to be more closely related to the network quality characteristics compared with the customer satisfaction on the network speed; and 2) the download disconnection rate has relatively evident relationship with the customer satisfaction on the network connection.

본 연구에서는 기구축 계측시스템의 안전관리 네트워크 시스템(국토해양부, 2008) 연계 가능성을 타진하기 위해서 신공항하이웨이(주) 관할 현수교인 영종대교 계측시스템의 안전관리 네트워크 시스템 연계 시범구축을 실시하였다. 기구축 계측시스템 데이터 연계를 위하여 DAQ Sender 서버 프로그램과 DAQ Receiver 서버 프로그램으로 구성되는 연계 프로그램을 개발하였다. DAQ Sender 서버 프로그램은 기구축 계측시스템 전산센터 내 중립지역 (DMZ ZONE)de미리 설치 서버계서버설치되운영되는 프로그램으로 기구축 계측시스템과의 통신을 담당한다. DAQ Receiver 서버 프로그램은 안전 관리 네트워크 시스템 통합운영 센터 내 연계서버에 설치되어 운영되는 프로그램으로 DAQ Sender와 통신을 통해 실시 간 및 기간이력 데이터를 수집하고 이를 통합운영 서버에 저장하는 역할을 수행한다. 본 시범구축 결과 기구축 계측시스템으로부터 연계항목을 구성하고 실시간 및 기간이력 데이터를 성공적으로 연계 할 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 각 기구축 계측시스템들을 통합할 때 필요한 연계방안의 토대를 마련할 수 있었다.

TINA는 분산처리환경상에서 객체단위로서 망 관리객체와 서비스 관리객체를 공유하는 새로운 개념의 소프트웨어 계층적 개방형 통신망 구조이다. 본 논문에서는 TINA의 관리구조에서 나누고있는 6개의 기능직 영역 중 하나인 연결관리의 연결관리 패키지를, 현재까지 정의되고 규격화된 개념과 원리에 의거해서, 구현하고 시험해 보았다. 구현에 앞서서 TINA의 네가지 구조와 각각의 구조에서 수용하고있는 기본개념, 연결관리의 모데링 개념 등에 대해서 알아본다. 그리고, 구현된 각 연산객체의 기능을 정보객체들의 인터페이스를 통해 설명하고, 연결 설정 및 해제 과정을 연산객체간의 메시지 흐름을 통해 보인다.

MMOG는 네트워크 가상 환경의 다양한 응용 중 하나이며, 수백 명 이상의 사용자들이 동시에 가상 세계에서 상호작용한다. P2P MMOG에서 대역폭 소비를 줄이기 위하여 VON 기법이 제안되었으며, Message Forwarding을 이용하여 성능을 개선한 Vorocast 기법도 있다. 본 논문에서는 Forwarding 모델 상에서 메시지를 발생하는 노드가 더 많은 이웃 노드들에게 위치 갱신 (Position Update) 메시지를 전달하는 방법으로써 적은 일관성이나 높은 지연성과 같은 문제를 개선한 동적 관심영역 (AOI : Area Of Interest) 관리기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 Direct-Connection 모델과 Vorocast 모델을 결합함으로써 기존의 기법과 비교해서 보다 높은 일관성을 제공하고 지연성을 감소시킨다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안 기법의 성능을 보였다.

PURPOSES : The evaluation of the pavement condition of the asphalt concrete pavement of No. 2 runway of Inchon International Airport through PMS, a supporting system for making a decision of pavement, maintenance and repair, was made, and the proper time for repair according to the PCI reduction rate was suggested. METHODS : By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of pavements built in 2009, 2010, 2011, PCI change in each facility (No. 2 runway, C parallel taxiway, connection taxiway) was calculated. By applying the calculated change to PCI deduction rate model, the pavement condition of the target sections was estimated, and then the necessary section and time for repair were chosen. RESULTS : After careful consideration of the time for pavement and maintenance, based on the result of PCI prediction, it was estimated that the southern takeoff and landing section of No. 2 runway was required to be repaired in 2012; connection taxiway in 2013; and C parallel taxiway in 2014; however, the section which is the main moving route of connection taxiway and C parallel taxiway was needed to be repaired in 2012. CONCLUSIONS : For maintenance and repair of airport pavements, the optimal alternative should be chosen by considering economics and operability, via examining the time for repair and the aspect of management all together on the basis of this study.

Currently, the number of a shopping center building is increasing because most people want to go a shopping center building easily for buying many things and eating some foods. That are a normal trend these days. However, the increasing number of shopping center buildings has been increasing the number of shopping center building fires which also have been making social problems. Therefore, this study was conducted for the fire department connection among other fire facilities because it is important for fire suppression. The research subject is on the fire department connections that are on 70 shopping center buildings of more than 5 years old constructed. Survey and analysis were conducted for 70 fire department connections. The result of this study is that all installed fire department connections have a type that includes one or two holes each at 65mm wide, and the average distance between fire department connections and access roads is 4.85m. The total average percentage of insufficiency conditions such as drive ways for fire trucks, visibility, accessibility, pressure range sign, installed height, cover of the hole, etc. is 45.3%. So improvement of law and systems, that are fire facility construction and maintenance implementations, will be needed in my opinion.

This paper gropes how to connect philosophy of household management(PHM) to real life. PHM is to think and to act for better quality of life, so PHM should contain not only theory but also practice in itself. In that sense, PHM is consist of two parts: one is viewpoints how to deal with home management and the other is practice. This paper presents 5 main viewpoints of PHM. Then, it explains PHM can connect with education of human nature, and ecological value in PHM can connect with practice of life. Also, it proposes a guide for practice.

본 논문에서는 선박운항에서 생성되는 데이터와 육상에서 안전운항, 선박관리 등을 위한 데이터를 통합 관리하고 상호 교환을 위하여 고효율의 압축 기술, 최소비용 알고리즘과 FBB 위성통신 자동접속 모듈을 적용하여 효율적인 해사통신 서비스를 위한 선박 통신 시스템을 설계하고 모듈별 기능을 구현하였다. 개발된 모듈을 KTsat 금산위성지구국에서 성능시험 한 결과 평균 전송속도가 7 kB/S로 기존 상용제품 5 kB/S에 비해 개선되었으며 현재 해상업무에서 가장 많이 사용되는 오피스 파일의 압축률과 전송성능이 기존대비 약 2배정도 개선됨을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional connection with parents, social support, and isolation on unmarried mothers' child-rearing efficacy. The subjects of this study were 194 unmarried mothers. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, and Pearson's correlation using the SPSS 12.0 program. The test of the theoretical model was performed with an analysis of the correlational matrix in the AMOS 7.0 package for path analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, the number of adult unmarried mothers was higher than that of teen mothers. Most unmarried mothers had a in low monthly income-, were unemployed, and received economic assistance from the government or social welfare institutions as a major source of their income. Their decision to have a child were for the following reason: the desire to have a child, fear of having an abortion, belief that abortion is a crime, and uncertainty about which decision to make, etc. Second, the women's emotional connection with their parents had a direct effect on social support. Social support had a direct effect on isolation:,- however, it did not have a direct effect on parenting efficacy. Third, the women's emotional connection with their parents had a direct effect on isolation. Isolation had a direct effect on parenting efficacy. Fourth, social support mediated by the women's emotional connection with their parents had an indirect effect on isolation and child-rearing efficacy. Isolation mediated the women's emotional connection with their parents and had an indirect effect on child-rearing efficacy.
