It is a well-known fact that Internet addiction adversely affects mental health of adolescents. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a difference in the experience of depression according to the level of Internet addiction. Participants included 73,238 middle and high school students from the Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (KYRBWS) conducted in 2010. The level of Internet addiction and the experience of depression were assessed using self-diagnosis questionnaires. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to identify the association between Internet addiction and depression. High-risk and potential-risk Internet users were 1.61 times and 1.21 times more likely to experience depression, respectively, than normal Internet users. The increase in depression was more significant in girls students. Acknowledging the connection between Internet addiction and depression, the problem should be tackled from the perspective of school health by providing systematic Internet addiction prevention and treatment programs.

This Paper deals with the economical equipment control which is used by internet network system at the industrial workplace. If the control devices can be accessed by internet, we can have the developed possibility of work conditions. in this paper, we presented the advanced digital timer which has a communication function to control and observe panel to realize control solution based on internet to be easily applicable at workplace with low cost, and we used RS-485 serial communication module to have parallel expansibility and safety. And, this system was experimented and designed for easy system management and status check from remote station through internet. As the result for experiment, the circuit configuration would be more simplified than the existing, and it is expected that multi connection control and monitoring can be simply implemented with low cost equipment at industrial workplace.

The modern power system including lots of measuring devices and controller is large and complex total information system. A Lot of data and system information are transmitted to operators, and analysing these information and system management is very important. Recently, GUI(Graphic Users Interface) is emphasized as a method that operators carry out their duties, effectively. In this paper. a simulator that can show state estimation and detection of bad measuring devices is introduced for domestic 154kV/22.9kV distribution substations. C language and Visual Basic is used for this simulator. and TCP/IP is adopted to consider connection with a Power system.

Selection of optimal railway line is taken into consideration include of the purpose of railway, geographical features and facility of management. This study performed opinions of specialists, checking of industrial environment, analysis of bid guideline to select the optimal line and executed AHP method to make quality model and choose weight factors. Therefore, this study executed about six categories which are the efficiency of transportation, facility of planning and construction, economical efficiency, coincidency of planning, the civil appeal and environmental standards, connection with system, and indicated the differences of other method by analyze into specific factors of each categories.

This study is to investigate elementary school teacher's awareness about the operation of school accounting budget system such as annual expenditure budget, operation process, and its effect. To achieve the research purpose, based upon literature review and pilot test survey questionnaire was developed. Subjects of the survey were public elementary teachers of Busan Metropolitan city. The findings were the followings: Teachers' awareness about the budget structure was higher than that of school budget amount. Teachers' awareness about the budget process such as budgeting, deliberation, finalizing, expenditure, etc was comparatively high. The study suggests close connection between the school budget and school management plan, in-service training for teachers regarding the budgeting etc.

The rapid growth of air conditioning load has become a main reason of peak load increase in summer. In connection with this, we surveyed the load management projects of utilities world wide and their detailed activities. This study is to develop a remote load control system using computer and radio communications. We finished the field-test of this system on August 1995 in Seoul area. During the field-test, the remote load control of air conditioners was proved to be well-timed. Two control modes, group control and all control, are available for the user to select. The transmission reliability of the load control signal was very good and the functions of system hardware as well as the software were excellent. So we confirmed the applicability of the load control system including the pager communication network. In this paper, detailed information on the system functions and experimental results are described.

Understanding characteristics of Internet businesses from a cross-cultural perspective could offer valuable insights on developing business strategies and policies. This work is concerned with revealing divergence and convergence of Internet businesses in their financial performance, given organizational conditions and cultural context. For this, we studied the association between static organizational attributes (core activity, origination, firm age, and industry type) and a firms financial performance (gross revenue and net income). Relevant data was gathered from representative Internet firms in Korea and U.S. Data analysis indicated that, besides industry type, overall connection between selected organizational variables and financial performance was weak. Cross-national comparison showed that Korean firms financial performance was comparable to U.S firms during the period of economic turbulence. A noticeable difference was that Korean Internet firms and their business models were more service-oriented than U.S. counterparts.

Recently several researches of high speed container ship and loading system are mainly accomplished in U.S.A. and Japan. Its shipping service is not realized but it is realized in near future. To effective use of the feature and efficiency of them, quay, loading/unloading. yard operation system, port management system and connection transport system must be well integrated and operated. Specially, loading /unloading speed of container crane is important for making effective use of them. To speed up loading/unloading system, RO-RO and LO-LO methods that are mostly exclusive system are studied on the container crane with special structure and mechanism to handle individual container or bundle of containers. In this paper these methods are shown. When new high speed loading system of container is desighed, the realistic constrains must be considered.

현재 무선 네트워크 사이에서 표준화된 통신방식이 정해져 있지 않아 이기종간의 기기들 사이의 원활한 통신 연결이 이루어지고 있지 않다. 다양한 무선 접속망의 출연과 함께 서로 다른 두 개 이상 통신기술들의 연동에 관한 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 사용자의 단말 역시 다양한 접속망을 통하여 끊김 없는 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 다중 인터페이스 단말의 형태로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이기종 망간 서로 다른 접속 기술 간의 이동성에 관한 알고리즘을 비교 연구하고자 한다.

In oder to investigate the basic data for the standard of visiting nursing activities and educational program for Public Health Nurses in Health Center in Korea. the health record review carried out regard to visiting nursing services of 131 subjects with visiting nursing care. The results were as follows: 1. Rates of visiting nursing services offered by Public Health Nurse of Health Center(in decreasing order)were health education and disease management(98.5%), activity assess-ment(94.7%), counseling(90.8%), dietary care (61.1%), exercise treatment(60.3%), examination(58.8%), medication(48.9%), referral to hospital(32.8%, vaccination against flu and hepatitis(29.8%), support for welfare and administration(24.4%), position change(9.9%), connection to voluntary services(9.9%), wound dressing(7.6%) and referral for home health care nursing(3.1%). 2. The subjects consisted of 38.2% in male and 61.8% in female. 77.1% of the subjects had no job.
