Libraries today have to investigate the methods connecting the results from continuously collected customer information with their activities, policies, and procedures. In other to prevent customer secession and to obtain new customers, it is necessary to effectively offer the processes for every customer related service, that is, the contact, the reguest, satisfaction, etc. This is Customer Relationship Management(CRM). This study aims to introduce the concept, the constitution elements, and theories for importation and application of CRM, and to investigate the possibility for library application. Also, it is emphasized the necessity for new marketing strategy Putting the customer value Preferentially in libraries.

Among legal unit of land registration, the minimum unit of land is one parcel. We give the parcel number according to numbering system to confirm the specification of the parcel. In Korea, this parcel number is used for daily life such as the sign of fixed place(address) and the property, of the place of register, of identification card and of legal action. It also plays the important role as a key item connecting the layer of other information system in organizing Land Information System. It is also valued as the sources looking for the process of developing of the country. This study will devote to cadastral history, reform and reestablishment of the country.

After free trade, it is increasing to import crops, aquatic products, and livestock which are produce in a foreign land. But it is affect negatively to trust relationships and markets of Jeju's foods because of breaking it out that foreign productions exchange domestic. Therefore, this paper designed and implemented the Genuine Quotation system of Black pigs using UHF RFID. This system is developed for distinguishing spuriousness, then searching information of the product through EPC ONS in EPCIS to print within a screen. Moreover, this intuitional and efficient system is constructed by connecting various sensors and lights. It can be contributed income increase thorough the security for the quality authority of the agricultural & stockbreeding products with FCS, FCG Certificate and the genuine certificate of the black pig which is the one of most typical agricultural & stockbreeding products in the pure Green Province, Jeju.

In this paper, we design and implement an agent-based mask dance guidance system which provides multimedia information on traditional masques through WWW. When the server receives a query from the client, it produces the multimedia data by connecting several real full-motion videos, and synthesizing adequate voice data for guiding announcement. To develop an agent-based guidance system, we designed and implemented four agents such as interface agent, user modeling agent coordinator agent and data management agent. The mask dance guidance system also provides the functions of searching using the keyword and learning.

This study relates to acquiring biological signal without attaching directly to the user using UWB(Ultra Wide Band) radar. The collected information is the respiratory rate, heart rate, and the degree of movement during sleep, and this information is used to measure the sleep state. A breathing measurement algorithm and a sleep state detection algorithm were developed to graph the measured data. Information about the sleep state will be used as a personalized diagnosis by connecting with the medical institution and contribute to the prevention of sleep related diseases. In addition, biological signal will be linked to various sensors in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, leading to smart healthcare, which will make human life more enriching.

In this Paper, we described the Parwan CPU using a VHDL at the behavioral level and then described by connecting CPU components at the dataflow level. Finally, we simulated to verify of execution of a CPU processor using a test-bench method. A presented design method was to enable information exchange of design and representation of operation were very exact and simple. Also. a documentation of design was available and it was easy that verify a operation of designed processor. The behavioral description of VHDL aids designer as we verify our understanding of the designed system, while the dataflow description can be used to verify the bussing and register structure of the design.

E-business is one of business innovations to get competitive advantage over other competing companies by utilizing information technology which can make to enhance the efficiencies and effectiveness through connecting one or several value activities. E-transformation is the process of business innovation to trans brick and motor companies to brick and click companies to accomodate e-business environments by means of digitalizing business strategy, business system, business process, and company cultures. In this results, the company can develop entirely new value chain of business and render enhanced services to customers. In this paper, I will represent several e-transformation evaluation models which are used to realize e-transformation(trans from brick and motor companies to brick and click companies). Also, I propose the strategic thrust model, which is composed of strategic targets (customer, suppliers, partners) and strategic tools(technology innovation, integration). This model is differentiated with evaluation models in that it can capture the rapidly changing business environments, especially strategic targets(customers, suppliers, partners).

In these days many large scale plants are attempting to use the Virtual Reality technology in the process analysis. Their goal is to reduce the development time by more effective information management as Simultaneous Engineering point of view, and by connecting the CAD datum and all kinds of products information. Generally, it is taken for granted that when a plant is equipped with a Virtual Reality technology, they are able to review the design and analyze the engineering performance of the product before actually building it, so that their goal to reduce costs and enhance the initial quality can be achieved. [1][2] In this paper we will look into the application the virtual reality technology Hadong fossil power plant. And we will also define the concepts of virtual plant by summarizing requirements and thoughts from the people who are in working in the actual site.

In the area of mobile communication, Location Based Services (LBS) using the location of mobile terminal to provide their services are rapidly spreading as communication network and terminal evolves. Despite the LBS are highly demanded in high speed internet area, the services are very rare due to the difficulty locating terminals. In this paper, we propose the method to locate terminals in real time and describe its implementation system. The proposed system is designed to collect the information in real time for more than a terminal connecting internet. And, the system shows high performancecollecting and generating location information through simulation tests.
