  • The demand of smart cars is increasing rapidly. International stand organize such as 3GPP and 5GAA are proposing standard communication protocvols for connected-car, and automotive network infrastructure. But Smart car network have many security threats and more dangerous against the existed wire communication network. Typically, peripheral devices of a smart car may disguise their identity and steal location information and personal information about the vehicle. In addition, the infrastructure elements around smart cars can conspire and put driving cars in danger, threatening lives. This is a very serious security threat. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we proposed a system that is secure from collusion and tampering attacks using attribute-based authorize delegation method and threshold encryption algorithms. We have demonstrated using a semantic safety model that the proposed system can be safe from collusion attack.

  • VANET is one of the most developed technologies many people have considered a technology for the next generation. It basically utilizes the wireless technology and it can be used for measuring the speed of the vehicle, the location and even traffic control. With sharing those information, VANET can offer Cooperative ITS which can make a solution for a variety of traffic issues. In this way, safety for drivers, efficiency and mobility can be increased with VANET but data between vehicles or between vehicle and infrastructure are included with private information. Therefore alternatives are necessary to secure privacy. If there is no alternative for privacy, it can not only cause some problems about identification information but also it allows attackers to get location tracking and makes a target. Besides, people's lives or property can be dangerous because of sending wrong information or forgery. In addition to this, it is possible to be information stealing by attacker's impersonation or private information exposure through eavesdropping in communication environment. Therefore, in this paper we propose Privacy Assurance Architecture for VANET to ensure privacy from these threats.

  • Our nation, of which the term of dispatching troops is winded up at the end of this year, is facing presidential election time including the nuclear security summit meeting in March, opening of EXPO in May, and the general election. Hence, the possibility to select our nation at the strategy forming public opinion of military withdrawal through Taliban's terror is high. It coincides with public affair strategy of Taliban terror and learning effect by the past cases. If the possibility of terror threat of Taliban along with this is summarized, the period of threat will concentrate on and be heightened in the first half when the nuclear security summit meeting and EXPO open in our nation, and target and method have high possibility of collision terror of bomb carrying vehicle and suicide bomb on national government organizations or American facilities, and etc, and possibility of kidnapping on our people such as oversea tourists, missionaries, and so on. Terror groups joining the criminal act is to use Islam illegal aliens who already acquire base in our nation or entry maneuver of specialized terrorists connected to Al-Qaeda. Pretext of such terror is withdrawal of our military and western allies stationed in Afghanistan. Therefore, publicity terror of Taliban against our people living overseas and security measure of international events such as the world nuclear security summit meeting, Yeosu EXPO, and etc in the first half of this year should be thoroughly prepared, domestic illegal aliens' movement should be comprehended, and measure blocking international terrorists' relating to Taliban infiltration into our nation should be sought for. Also, there is need of early announcement of government's political will on our military stationed in Afghanistan.

  • Announcement protocol in Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is an intelligent application to enhance public safety, alleviate traffic jams and improve transportation quality. It requires communication between vehicles, roadside units and pedestrian to disseminate safety-related messages. However, as vehicles connected to internet, it makes them accessible globally to a potential adversary. Safety-related application requires a message to be reliable, however it may intrude the privacy of a vehicle. Contrarily, if some misbehaviour emerges, the malicious vehicles must be able to traceable and revoke from the network. This is a contradiction between privacy and accountability since the privacy of a user should be preserved. For a secure communication among intelligent entities, we propose a novel announcement protocol in IoV using group signature. To the best of our knowledge, our work is the first comprehensive construction of an announcement protocol in IoV that deploys group signature. We show that our protocol efficiently solves these conflicting security requirements of message reliability, privacy and accountability using 5G communication channel. The performance analysis and simulation results signify our work achieves performance efficiency in IoV communication.

  • Predicting pattern of future combat ensures a successful war. It is possible to anticipate the shape of the future combat from the fighting method of US Army in the Iraq War. The fighting method: a series of combat progress by real time information to pinpoint strike using a guided weapon by GPS, an intelligence satellite and unmanned surveillance vehicle (USV), shows that real time unification combat power is key element for decide outcome of a war. The NCW is an organically connected network centric warfare paradigm by networking a factor of operation. In this paper, studied on the improvement plan for combat power by the future computer like a portable computer, an audio-recognized computer and non-keyboard computer. In addition, this paper attempts to establish a comprehensive intelligence network of Korea Marine Corps and to apply to combat or training.

  • ECU(Electric Control Unit) on the important features of the vehicle is equipped, ECU between sending and receiving messages is connected to one of the internal network(CAN BUS), but this network easily accessible from the outside and not intended to be able to receive attacks from an attacker, In this regard, the development of tools that can be used in order to verify the possibility of attacks on attacks from outside, However, the time costs incurred for developing tools and time to analyze from actual car for CAN messages to be used in the attack to find. In this paper, we want to solve it, propose a method to generate test cases required for the attack is publicly available tool called Sulley and it explains how to find the CAN messages to be used in the attack. Sulley add the CAN messages data generated library files in provided library file and than Sulley execute that make define and execute file conform to the CAN communication preferences and create message rules. Experiments performed by the proposed methodology is applied to the actual car and result, test cases generated by the CAN messages fuzzing through Sulley send in the car and as a result without a separate tool developed was operating the car.
