This paper deals with recognition differences about the purchasing ethics scale of hospital of Koreans and New Zealanders in order to compare the recognition differences of purchase ethics of people of two countries in the hospital management. The results are as follows : 1. From the viewpoint of recognition about the purchasing ethics scale of hospital of Koreans and New Zealanders as two examining objects, egoism tendency is the lowest and deontology tendency is the highest commonly. 2. Koreans' two separate tendencies mentioned above shows that Korean people have been influenced by Confucian culture in spite of its high speed industralization. 3. New Zealanders' two separate tendencies mentioned above shows that they have performed their duties faithfully despite the fact of New Zealand is a nation of globalization index 2. 4. Average differences between the purchasing ethics scale of hospital shows that Koreans' ethical sensitivity is somewhat higher than of New Zealanders. 5. From the viewpoint between of the purchasing ethics scale of hospital, the egoism and utilitarian scales show big differences in ethical tendencies, and deontology scale shows differences in them.

The study chose two people, KimSamuidang(1769~1823) and GangJeongildang(1772~1832), as concrete examples representing the common female writers in the late of the Joseon Dynasty. And study the recognition on reality and consciousness of orientation in the poetic literature. KimSamuidang is commit to the revival of his family to pass the test. And exchange with husband through active study literature and practice wife law. She left the largest number of works as a female writer during the Joseon Dynasty. GangJeongildang is a Confucian scholar and poet of the late Joseon Dynasty. She also spent her whole life sewing and suffering from disease, trying to create a dying family. Teaching her husband's education, she established self-recognition, encouraged and supported learning. They had a equality sense of marriage couple as academic friends, encouraging each other to study, and by passing the test, they tried to raise their families. Also, although poor in rural life, the mind was the Independent women who pursued comfortable life.
This study focuses on the differences in family values, which is a cause of family dissolution and conflicts of marriage immigrant women. This study was conducted on 441 women in Vietnam. It was done to explore their family values. Specifically, the following were examined: the overall family values and martial status of Vietnamese women; differences in their family values by region (northern, central, southern). The survey questionnaire consists of the following content: 'family perception'; 'gender-role values'; 'elderly parent support value'. The characteristics of family values of Vietnamese women are as follows. First, the scope of family perceived by them was relatively narrow. In particular, most of them didn't perceive the parents of a spouse as a familymember. Second, in terms of gender-roles, they perceived men and women as equal and didn't have strong perception of traditional gender roles. Third, they felt strongly about supporting elderly parents. The perception of supporting elderly parents is based on equal gender roles, instead of the paternalistic approach. They preferred financial support to living with parents. There were also differences in family values by region. Also, their values seemed to be the opposite of the ones well-known by region. In addition, their values were changing amid economic growth and modernization. Residents in Can Tho in the south - known to have open-minded Southeast Asian values - had the most patrilineal, traditional values with strong perception towards supporting elderly parents. Residents in Hanoi in the north - known to have heavy influence of Confucian culture - had non-traditional values with positive attitude towards liberal sex culture, divorce, and remarriage. Residents in Da Nang, a central region, had a mixture of northern and southern characteristics in terms of family values.
The purpose of this study is to develop textile pattern designs by utilizing the prototype of traditional culture extracted from cultural resources in order to establish a specialty strategy for local cultural contents. To achieve this, the study selected the Hyojaemunjado as source of Jeju traditional culture. Jeju's Hyojaemunjado is characterized mainly by the creative and unique formativeness of Jeju's character paintings. Character paintings often contained images related to the characters featured inside characters, or composed stroke with symbolic iconography. The main subjects of Hyojaemunjado were stories that alluded to the Confucian virtues. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to remind people of the real meaning of Shin(truth) by developing textile pattern designs, which borrows the tessellation technique for design, and the dominant characteristic of geometric abstraction. This study used theoretical research and empirical analysis. First, the study did the theatrical research on Hyojaemunjado based on literature and precedent studies, and then analyzed the style of expression and formativeness on the Shin character paintings through real analysis of Jeju's Hyojaemunjado kept in Jeju National University Museum. Second, based on the analysis of the style(three-tier composition) and formativeness of Hyojaemunjado, it analyzed the formativeness of the iconography about Shin, i.e. character types(semi cursive style, square style) drawn according to the symbolic meaning, palace, unknown flower, pheasant, tile fish and constellation. Based on analysis of the iconography, it stylized the motives that became available on the Archimedean tiling of tessellation, and then developed the textile pattern designs by arranging the iconographic motives with Platonic tiling and Semi-tiling. The reason why this study borrowed tessellation was to create various visual effects using the size of angle, symmetry and change and joint with simple figure.

This study examined the ideal image and fashion of Korean women in the 1970s from a socio-cultural context. This study used information on the 1970s politics, economy, and culture provided by "Chosun Ilbo" and "Yosungjungang" as well as their presentation of the ideal image and fashion for Korean women in the 1970s. The ideal image and fashion of women were considered from the viewpoint of Hamilton's Meta-theory. The ideal image of women in the 1970s is divided into two aspects. The image from the traditional Confucian perspective was prevalent and restricted the lives of women to housekeeping chores. On the contrary, women have increasingly participated in society vis-$\grave{a}$-vis education and employment opportunities to present a progressive image of women. These aspects coexisted during the turmoil of social change. Progressive women had money to buy clothes because they were economically independent. These women embraced styles that included mini, midi, maxi, and bell-bottom pants. Further, pants were developed into different styles such as pant suits. T-shirts and blue jeans as casual wear were very popular among the youth. At the end of the 1970s, the tailored look and the big look (which copied men's clothing) were in fashion. Masculine styles such as wide shoulders with pads and neckties strengthened gender equality. Other fashions were dominated by feminine styles described as beautiful, sweet, and elegant that reflected Korean society's tendency to regard women as sex objects. Clothing that exposed the body highlights this sexual objectification aspect. Women wore miniskirts, hot pants, and bikinis because they wanted to enhance their sex appeal, propagating the view of women as sex objects. In conclusion, all aspects of society and culture were closely interrelated with a fashion style that reflected the values of those aspects.
Recently, we consist in the crucial juncture have to develope culture goods which is worth standing for our nation's endemism. In this vein, this study tried to reproduce and apply it to the present time by the consideration of various elements such as the kind, the use and the fabrication of sewing craft-works was beloved in women's quarter called Kyubang in the Chosun dynasty. With this, this study was designed to develope craft-works which can make an appeal to foreigners with the merits between contemporary factor and traditional factor. The findings of this study were as follows; First, since economic system in the Chosun dynasty was based on home handicrafts and self-sufficiency, it was a commonplace of the Chosun dynasty that home industry such as sewing, spinning and sericulture was thriving among all the women without social ladder. And also, since women of the day were governed by confucian tradition and moral obligation, they mainly have to live in women's quarter called Kyubang restricted to visitors. For the reasons, Wives of the time have no choice but to spend their time by sewing in the promotion of virtues for woman. In additions, they made an effort to pray for the longevity, the wealthy and the fertility of their family members. Second, the sewing instruments is necessary for women's sewing. And also, since sewing instruments was considerably scientific, efficient in those shape and structure, this instruments could save wives a lot of trouble. Third, since many people were convinced of the functions as practicality as well as fanciness, the sewing craft-works were very useful to them in leading their daily life. Fourth, the reappeared works were a total of 22, and the applied works were a total of 17.
This study is on the usage of bojagi recorded in Yeongjo Jeongsun Wanghu garye dogam uigwe. Major findings are as follows. The eighteenth century marked a period of entrenchment of Neo-Confucianism in the Joseon dynasty and the royal wedding was a tool to propagate Neo-Confucian values to the people. The bojagi used at King Yeongjo and Queen Jeongsun's wedding were made of simple red silk produced domestically to avoid extravagance. Uasge of costly flower-patterned silk from China was restricted to comply with the rules of the Kukhon jeongrye, which codified the royal marriage ceremony and the Sangbang jeongrye, which regulated royal attire. This modesty also shows King Yeongjo's determination to abandon lavishness.
Humor is often considered as a positive phenomenon, and thus frequently employed as an impression management technique for individuals. However, humor may create unexpected outcomes in terms of impression management. This study investigates the relationship between humor and impression management of individuals within three South Korean organizations. A qualitative methodology is employed and data collected through participant observation and semi-structured interviews. Findings suggest that humor may be used more frequently by workers in superior positions, and it may be dangerous for individuals in subordinate positions to initiate humor, as negative impressions such as lack of professionalism and work competence may be crafter through humor. In particular, traditional Confucian values and expectations may lead to perceptions that humor is inappropriate and even rude when it is used by individuals in subordinate positions. However, humor may help to craft an independent identity, and help alter user's impressions as desired. This suggests that while perceptions towards humor as an impression management tool may embed significant risks, humor may help individuals to influence their impressions and diverge from a stereotypical expectations and impressions of workers(according to their hierarchical status), which may be interpreted in multiple ways. This implies that organizations should be careful in encouraging workers to use humor as an impression management tactic, as the relational outcomes may be complex, depending on the cultural understanding of hierarchy and relationships between communicators.

This study is carried out to investigate the pubishing culture in Chonnam province during the latter half of Chosun Dynasty. The subjects, dates, and places of publication are analyzed from the books which have been found in the publication records and the catalog of woodblocks. Right after the war, Samryakjikhae and Sohakjipsul were published at Jukchunseodang, Bosung area. Anthologies were published dominantly through the whole period. Naju was the center of publication in 17 & the first half term 18 centuries and then moved to Jangwheung area. In this period, publication of genealogical records, biographies, anthologies, geography books had been increasing vastly. From the 19 century, most books were published by using the wooden type. The wooden type was used because the contents of books were for the limited number of publication. The most active publication happened at the end of 19th century. Significance of Confucian literature, collective anthologies, medical science, and confucious classics decreased in the latter half.
