Due to environmental pollution and human hazards of some synthetic dyes, the global fashion companies are increasingly interested in eco-friendly products, especially natural dye. For the globalization of natural dyeing industry based on this concern, however, there are some deficiencies of standardization, specification, and conformity assessment on natural dyestuffs as well as natural dyeing process. These obstacles should be not only studied but also defined for a commercial transaction. Accordingly, a study for conformity assessment on commercialized natural dyestuffs (red) was conducted by HPLC analysis in this study. As the results of HPLC analysis, alizarin and purpurin, representative index ingredients, were detected in most of the samples, but the index ingredient content in each sample was different. In addition, some samples showed the variety of peaks including the index ingredients and others. It was inferred that the representative index ingredients could be used on the traceability of natural sourced dyestuffs. These results are related to the index ingredient consistency, standardization, and reproducibility of natural dyed products including such as yarns, fabrics, garments, and so on. Therefore, the present study was demonstrated that in order to determine the conformity assessment system for the satisfaction of all stakeholders, the offering of information on the origin, manufacturing process, and index ingredient content of natural dyes should be prioritized.

This study was conducted to investigate the toxicity symptoms and approximate lethal dose (ALD) of Oplopanax elatus (Nakai) Nakai hydrothermal extract powder by single oral dose toxicity and 4 weeks of repeated oral dose determination. The Sprague-Dawley (SD) male and female rats were treated with 1,250 (low- dosage group), 2,500 (medium- dosage group) and 5,000 (high- dosage group) mg/kg. In the single oral dose toxicity test, no dead animals and toxic symptoms were observed during the experiment. And there were no related with anomalies in normal weight changes and autopsy results. In the four-week repeated oral dose determination test, no death animals and toxicity symptoms were observed during the experiment, and there were no abnormal results in weight changes, feed and negative intake measurements. Results of eye examination, urinalysis, hematological values and serum biochemical values, gross findings and absolute organ were not of singularity. These result demonstrated that no toxic symptoms were observed by the test substance Oplopanax elatus (Nakai) Nakai hydrothermal extract powder under this test condition, and the non-toxic content is determined to be 5,000 mg/kg/day.

본 연구에서는 단위중량 2,000kg/㎥ 이하의 고강도 시멘트 복합체 제조기술 및 기초 물성을 탐구한다. 선행연구에서 제시한 초고성능콘크리트의 배합에서 잔골재를 경량 재료인 솔리드 버블과 경량잔골재로 치환하여 경량 고강도 시멘트 복합체를 제조기술을 제안한다. 솔리드 버블을 혼입한 시멘트 복합체는 밀도 2.0g/㎤ 이하에서 재령 28일 강도 116MPa~141MPa의 고강도 발현이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 경량잔골재를 사용하는 경우 솔리드 버블을 혼입한 시멘트 복합체보다 역학적 성능이 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 배합표상에서 계산된 단위용적중량과 경화된 시멘트 복합체의 밀도가 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 이는 배합표상에서 계산된 단위용적중량을 통해 경화된 시멘트 복합체의 밀도를 추정할 수 있는 것을 보여준다.

이 연구에서는 사면과의 부착력과 식물 생장력이 높은 식생기반재를 개발하고자, 시멘트 기반의 결합재와 기능성 첨가제를 혼합한 녹생토의 기초물성과 식물 생장에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 석고계 시멘트를 혼합한 녹생토(No.3)의 전단강도가 낮게 나타났으나, 식생 환경에 가장 적합한 경도 수준(23.6mm) 및 pH 값(7.4)을 나타냈다. 또한, 보습제를 첨가하여 성능을 개선한 녹생토의 초기 식생 발현은 일반 녹생토 비해 늦고 전도도값은 다소 높은 경향을 나타냈다. 반면, 성능을 개선한 녹생토는 타설면과의 부착력이 높았으며, 일정 시간 경과 후의 식물 생장 속도 및 동절기와 환절기 재생능력이 우월한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 탄소나노튜브를 혼입한 경량·고강도 시멘트 독합체의 유해성을 평가하기 위해 급성경구독성시험 및 급성경피 독성시험을 실시하고, 이를 재령 28일 압축강도 50 MPa 수준의 탄소나노튜브를 혼입하지 않은 일반 콘크리트의 유해성과 비교하였다. 일반 콘크리트 및 탄소나노튜브를 혼입한 경량·고강도 시멘트 복합체 모두 급성경구독성시험결과 GHS category 5인 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 모든 시편에서 급성경피독성시험에서 독성증상은 관찰되지 않았으며, GHS category 5/미분류(unclassified)에 해당하는 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 하자물품에 대한 매도인의 책임에 관한 CISG와 CESL상 매도인의 계약에 적합한 물품인도의무에 관한 비교연구라는 연구목적 하에 다음과 같은 주요 연구내용을 담고 있다. 첫째, CISG 및 CESL상 하자담보책임 관련 규정중 매도인의 계약에 적합한 물품인도의무의 내용을 구체적 내용의 검토와 더불어 그간 논의의 전개과정을 살펴본다. 둘째, 각 규범의 관련 규정과 상호 비교하여 살펴봄으로 근대입법의 흐름을 진단하여 무역업계의 하자담보책임 관련 이해의 차이를 좁히고 실무적 대응방안의 기초를 마련한다. 셋째, 비교연구를 통하여 상호 차이점에 대한 해석론적 내지 개정 의견을 제시하도록 한다. 이러한 비교연구의 시도는 특히 거래당사자로서 상인과 소비자의 각자 이익의 관점에서 그들의 계약상 합리적 기대를 올바로 반영하고 있는지를 평가하고자 한다.

Elderly population of Korea has been significantly increasing, therefore, social and economical influence of the elderly people has been increasing, too. Recently, research regarding elderly people is important because many elderly men take care of their appearance and clothing, and clothing plays an important role in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the clothing behavior of men aged 55 years and older who were residents of Seoul. The data were collected with a interview and self-administered questionnaire at various places. The importance of various factors on clothing behavior is different. 2. Age has a negative relationship with conformity, but a positive relationship with aesthetics and satisfaction of clothing. Allowance has a positive relationship with all clothing behaviors factors excepts conformity. 3. Life satisfaction has a positive relationship with education and allowance, also, life satisfaction of occupation group is higher than no occupation group is higher than no occupation group. 4. Appearance satisfaction has not a significant relationships with age, but, has a positive relationship with education. 5. There are positive relationships between not only life satisfaction and clothing behavior factors, but also appearance satisfaction and clothing behavior factors except conformity.

This paper is made an analysis as to how much influence is affected to the residential satisfaction by information search and expectancy conformity/nonconformity. The above mentioned analysis results in that information search and expectancy conformity/nonconformity appear to be influential factors to explain the residential satisfaction after purchase. Especially, the more the expectancy of pre-purchase and the performance of post-purchase equal, the higher the residential satisfaction. In addition, even if a slight difference emerges in the domain of the residential satisfaction, it appears that the more information search is conducted, the higher the residential satisfaction and information from salesman or reference group affect on the expectancy conformity/nonconformity. When purchasing housing, to search more information shows that the expectancy of pre-purchase gets close to the performance of the post-purchase, that is to say, to the positive residential satisfaction.

It is usually that some people who did not plan to buy anything walk into e-mart, but walk out with something in hands. Obviously, these people were stimulated and the result is purchasing something maybe are not really needed. As a consumer, sometimes we are interested in what somebody else is using, and sometimes we cannot help trying a kind of new drink when we found many of people around are drinking it. In this paper, conformity psychology's effect in the advertisement will be checked in the hope of helping improve the advertisement effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of adolescent's conspicuous consumption on clothes. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 400 adolescents in Kwang-Ju. Employing a sample of 283, data were analyzed by using the structural equation model of the Lisrel analysis, in addition to cronbach's alpha coefficient for reliability and confirmatory factor analysis for validity. The results of this study was found that a conceptual model for adolescent's conspicuous consumption on clothes was judged to provide acceptable goodness of fit. Specifically, materialism and clothing conformity had a direct effect on conspicuous consumption on clothes, and materialism, hedonic shopping orientation and clothing interests had a indirect effect on conspicuous consumption on clothes. The results indicated that clothing conformity had important influence on conspicuous consumption and its influence on adolescent's conspicuous consumption was mediated by materialism, hedonic shipping orientation and clothing interests.
