시화배수갑문은 당초 내측 담수호의 수위관리를 위하여 설계되었으나 호수의 수질 악화를 방지하기 위하여 배수갑문을 당초 계획보다 잦은 빈도로 작동시키고 있다. 이에 따라 강한 유입 흐름의 영향을 받는 내측 배수로의 바닥이 상당히 넓은 범위에 걸쳐 침식되고 있다. 최근에 침식이 진행되는 것을 막기위하여 에이프런 전면부 일부 구간을 수중콘크리트로 타설하여 바닥보강을 시행하였다. 본 연구는 수리모형실험을 통하여 바닥보강 시행 이전과 이후에 대하여 수리현상을 파악하고 유입흐름의 에너지 변화와 바닥 암석의 저항력 등을 파악하여 향후 침식의 추이를 예측하기 위하여 실시하였다. Annandale(1995)은 침식지수 이론을 도입하여 많은 실험을 통하여 침식지수와 흐름의 에너지 감쇠 간의 관계를 파악하였으며 암석의 침식여부를 판단할 수 있는 기준을 제시하였다. 암석의 침식지수는 지질조사에서 시추한 시편의 분석결과를 토대로 결정하였으며 수류의 에너지 감쇠는 수리모형실험 결과로부터 전수두의 감쇠량의 추정을 통하여 계산하였다. 이와 같이 결정된 두 값을 주어진 기준도상에 도시하여 그 위치에 따라 침식가능성을 판단하였다.

In Chinese Design Codes, for super high-rise buildings with complex structural distribution, which are regarded as code-exceeding buildings, elasto-plastic time history analysis is needed to validate the requirement of "no collapse under rare earthquake". In this paper, a 117-story super high-rise building is discussed. It has a height of 597 m and a height-width ratio of 9.5, which have both exceeded the limitations stipulated by the Chinese Design Codes. Mega columns adopted in this structure have cross section area of about $45m^2$ at the bottom, which is infrequent in practical projects. NosaCAD and Perform-3D, both widely used in nonlinear analyses, were chosen in this study, with which two model were established and analyzed, respectively. Elasto-plastic time history analysis was conducted to look into its seismic behavior, emphasizing on the stress state and deformation abilities under intensive seismic excitation.From the comparisons on the results under rare earthquake obtained from NosaCAD and Perform-3D, the overall responses such as roof displacement, inter story drift, base shear and damage pattern of the whole structure from each software show agreement to an extent. Besides, the deformation of the structure is below the limitation of the Chinese Codes, the time sequence and distribution of damages on core tubes are reasonable, and can dissipate certain inputted energy, which indicates that the structure can meet the requirement of "no collapse under rare earthquake".

The structure analyzed in this paper has particular building style and special structural system. It is a rigid-connected twin-tower skyscraper with asymmetrical distribution of stiffness and masses in two towers. Because of the different stiffness between the north and the south towers, the torsion seismic vibration is significant. In this paper, in order to study the seismic response of the structure under both frequent low-intensity earthquakes as well as rare earthquakes at the levels of intensity 7, the analysis model is built and analyzed with NosaCAD. NosaCAD is an nonlinear structure analysis software based on second-development of AutoCAD with ObjectARX. It has convenient modeling function, high computational efficiency and diversity post-processing functions. The deformations, forces and damages of the structure are investigated based on the analysis. According to the analysis, there is no damage on the structure under frequent earthquakes, and the structure has sufficient capacity and ductility to resist rare earthquakes. Therefore the structure can reach the goal of no damage under frequent earthquakes and no collapse under rare earthquakes. The deformation of the structure is below the limit in Chinese code. The time sequence and distribution of damages on tubes are reasonable, which can dissipate some dynamic energy. At last, according to forces, load-carrying capacity and damage of elements, there are some suggestions on increasing the reinforcement in the core tube at base and in stiffened stories.

국내의 여러 지자체와 신도시에서는 U-Eco City를 구축 계획 중에 있으며 정보통신 기술의 발달에 힘입어 다양한 서비스와 기술이 적용되고 있다. 그러나 U-Eco City 사업이 활발히 추진되는데 반하여 기술적용의 객관성 검증을 위한 연구는 매우 드문 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 U-Eco City에 적용되는 기술의 결정을 위한 기술평가를 목적으로, U-Eco City의 분야별 기술을 검토하고 분야별 기술의 평가항목을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 분야별 기술의 진화과정과 기존의 U-Eco City 기술분류체계를 살펴보고, 개별 기술의 미래적 방향성을 탐지함으로써 장기적 활용이 가능한 U-Eco City 기술평가항목을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 U-Eco City 기술은 정보 수집기술(센서, 상황인지, 영상인지, 위치인식 기술), 정보 가공기술(임베디드 S/W 기술), 정보 활용 기술(네트워크 기술) 등 총 6개 분야로 제시되었으며, 이들 기술의 분야별 평가항목을 도출하였다.

이중강판합성벽은 타이바로 연결된 강판외피 사이에 콘크리트를 충전시킨 구조벽으로서, 벽체의 구조성능을 향상시키고, 벽체의 두께를 줄이며, 별도의 거푸집 및 배근 공사없이 시공성을 향상시키기 위하여 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 주기하중을 받는 이중강판합성벽의 비탄성거동특성 및 내진성능을 평가하기 위하여, 직사각형 및 T형 단면형상을 갖는 단일벽 및 병렬벽 실험체에 대하여 실험 연구를 수행하였다. 실험 결과, 이중강판합성벽은 주기하중에 대하여 핀칭이 없이 우수한 에너지소산능력을 나타냈다. 벽체하단부 기초의 접합상세와 단면형상에 따라 파괴모드 및 변형능력의 차이를 보였으며, 주로 벽체기초 또는 연결보 용접부의 파단과 강판국부좌굴에 의하여 파괴되었다. 적절한 용접 및 보강 상세를 갖는 실험체들은 2.0~3.7% 층간변형각의 변형능력을 보였다. 또한 벽체와 연결보의 비탄성강도를 고려하여 단일벽 및 병렬벽 실험체의 하중재하능력을 평가하였으며, 이를 실험결과와 비교하였다.

본 논문은 자유학기제 진로탐색을 위한 기초 자료 제공의 차원에서 시행되었다. 진로교육의 목적을 전문가 양성에 두고 전문가 수행 요건에 대한 선행 연구 결과들을 기초로 진로탐색을 위한 구체적인 접근 방법을 도출하려 하였으나 전문가 수행 요건에 대한 논쟁들이 해결이 되지 않고 있는 상황이어서 전문성 핵심 요소들을 인간의 다양한 인지 현상들이 형성되어 나오는 근원적 인지 메커니즘을 통해 전체적으로 확인하였다. 그 결과 전문가 영역은 내용 전문성과 표현 전문성으로 구분되는데 내용과 표현이 다양한 통합 비율로 결합되어 있는 전문성과 내용이나 표현이 독립적으로 구성된 전문성으로 다시 다양하게 구분되며, 각 영역에 따라 전문가 수행에 요구되는 조건들이 다양하다. 한편 분야 최고 전문가는 지능, 내적사고, 호기심, 집착력 등의 수준이 특정 전문성이 요구하는 수준과 일치될 때 탄생할 수 있고, 특히 집착력이 결정적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 이런 결과를 바탕으로 전문성과 관련된 쟁점들에 대해 논의하고 자유학기제 진로 탐색을 위한 구체적인 접근법을 제공하고 있다.

The health and medical service attracts more public attention as the economy of Korea is rapidly growing up and the standard of living is elevated. Especially, the interest and demand on the prehospital emergency medical service that consists of the important part of primary medical service that is directly related to the life of patients are gradually increased. However, as compared with other advanced countries such as America in this area, Korea actually fell behind in the utilization of IT (Information Technology) to maximize the efficiency of emergency service system as well as has a problem in the general service system. This study suggested the necessity to introduce EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatch) system that takes a great role as the core part in the prehospital emergency medical service that is not systemized in Korea yet. In addition, this study proposed the implementation model of EMD ASP system using ASP (Application Service Provider) in EMD system to flexibly deal with the change of IT and efficient implementation and integration of information system as well as to significantly reduce cost through wire/wireless high speed Internet network that is politically promoted in Korea on the basis of EMD. The system analysis and design was executed by HIPO (Hierarchy Plus Input Process Output) analysis that was the conceptual design technology for EMD information system modeling based on ASP and DFD (Data Flow Diagram). This study proposed DB table configuration and data schema to implement the application of web browser interface in EMD system through ERD(ER-Diagram) of EMD ASP system. Finally, this study described how to implement and utilize EMD information system. This study aims to facilitate the qualitative development of emergency medical service in the future as suggesting the concrete models for the implementation of high value-added prehospital emergency medical information system as applying ASP concept to EMD system of prehospital emergency medical service area.

In late 90s, organizations recognized the information technology as an key enabler of the business strategic accomplishment which lead them heavy increment on IT investment. These organizations tried to hold the competitive advantage by focusing on their core competency. And these acts raise their interests on IT outsourcing. Recent trends of the organizations concern on evaluating the effectiveness of the previous IT investment and the reasonable selection on IT investment type. Also, the objective evaluation of the service level and continuous improvement are major concern of the outsourcer. Consequently, interests on Service Level Agreement (SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. Yet, only a few domestic conglomerates adopted the SLA, and exact usage of the SLA is currently unknown. Because of the importance of the SLA between a service provider and an outsourcer, the agreement is treated with high confidentiality. This raised the problems to both the private and public organizations, are considering the SLA, with absence of concrete guide line to internalize SLA management process. This study provides the organizational and environmental factors of the adopting and applying the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the operational contribution for implementing the SLA. The study also provides the effects on IT performance through the SLA. For this, in depth interview was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA between outsourcer and service provider can be used as an immanence operation tool and actively implemented, SLA will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

Domestic industries are facing the open era as a result of signing the Korea-U.S. FTA with no exception to the financial industry. The FFA between two countries is expected to produce pros and cons for domestic financial industry. Therefore, it is very important to minimize the shock caused by opening our financial market and to adopt the advanced financial tools actively. Signing the Korea-U.S. FTA and enforcing the Integration Law of Capital Market are leading a big crisis to the Savings Banks which have been shrinking under the dramatically changing domestic financial environment since the financial crisis. To cope with financial globalization, Korean Savings Banks are demanded to build up their concrete identity and reposition their status. This is related to shaping the long-term position of domestic financial industry. Therefore, the Savings Banks must take the growth strategy for their survival, and it is an inescapable choice. Several options are available: big scale operation and diversification of business functions, reinforcement of local-focused mediating function of funds, establishment of strategic alliance with other financial firms, reinforcement of risk management system and core competence, nourishment and employment of professional manpower, and active deregulation and policy support. When the Savings Banks are refurbished as an independent local bank performing the central role of local finance, the bright future can be their destiny under the enormously changing global financial environment. Also, two more conditions need to be satisfied: to establish horizontal networks among local banks directed by cooperative Korea Federation of Savings Banks to reverse the weak scale position, and to satisfy their own peculiar niche market with internal countermeasure to face global financial networks.

This study focuses on the Mise-en-abyme theories of Lucien $D{\ddot{a}}llenbach$, and presents research methodology to analyze the modern cinema costume in a new view. Inherent aesthetic values of the costume code shown in the film are as follows. First, esthetics value shown is the analogic code through the maximization of factual realism by directing target. Mise-en-abyme placed in this film plays the role of costume codes, and highlights the subject by presenting specifically targeted realistic icons to maximize the realism of the movie. Second, Mise-en-abyme is deployed to the explicit text through costumes code is placed as Displaced code arrangements. In other words, each of the characters is a signifier. Symbolizing a historical era is the device that represents a self-reflective signifier. Third, paradoxically reflected by the overlapped expansion of virtual reality and the self-referential characteristics and are subject to reflect the thinking of the author. Costumes code placed in Mise-en-abyme is expressed in costumes positioned to maximize the realism in the film as described above, and implies narratives and self-reflective mediating tools that symbolism can be seen that the paradoxical metaphor for the reality and the future. In addition, through the metaphor of visual narrative is allegorical representation Mise-en-abyme with ambiguity, and it is a concrete text that can be realized in a variety of creative storytelling methods and image delivery methods of modern fashion. This study confirmed that this costumes to take the point of view of emotional $Mise-en-sc{\grave{e}}ne$ in the process of completing the film's themes and cinematic devices by identifying the roles and aesthetic value of code costumes as the core subjects that make up the narrative of the film.
