  • A fundamental concepts of business environment changes and the importance of stakeholder's value creation is changing in the business. This study ISO9004: 2009 quality management system of Category 5: Strategy and Policy, Category 10: improvement, innovation and learning (Note) SBK target was to develop a model that is the company's sustained success. Three concepts of the new revision of ISO9004" in response to environmental changes," "learning", "innovation" (Note) SBK applied to the project settings and talent establish long-term vision was to establish the process as the organization's learning content was TDR for the creation of exceptional and innovative programs were introduced. As a result, (Note) SBK three years of continuous business performance indicator has grown dramatically to more than 50% continued success is going to create business models. But 100 years to accomplish the vision, ISO9004 model needs to extends the entire category as a management system to achieve the optimization needed.

  • In general engineering problems, the purpose of an optimization is to get optimal design variables. It is the same problem to fix the total amount of the design variables and to judge the optimal mixing proportions of the design variables. That is to say, we can recompose the engineering problems in the concepts of the mixture amount experiments. The goal of mixture amount method is to get the response surfaces of varying both the mixing proportion of component and the total amount of the mixture. The solution of the aircraft fuselage optimization problem is obtained by the mixture amount method and genetic algorithm. In this study, it is shown that the mixture amount method can be utilized for the aircraft structural optimization problem. Also, this method in this study can be applied for the optimization problems over 12 design variables which is impossible for D-optimal design.

  • In this paper, a versatile multi-objective optimization concept for fatigue life prediction is introduced. Multi-objective decision making in engineering design refers to obtaining a preferred optimal solution in the context of conflicting design objectives. Compromise decision support problems are used to model engineering decisions involving multiple trade-offs. These methods typically rely on a summation of weighted attributes to accomplish trade-offs among competing objectives. This paper gives an interpretation of the decision parameters as governing both the relative importance of the attributes and the degree of compensation between them. The approach utilizes a response surface model, the compromise decision support problem, which is a multi-objective formulation based on goal programming. Examples illustrate the concepts and demonstrate their applicability.

  • This paper presents an overview of the concepts of optimal feeder design in relation to the loading of bulk solids for Automatic filling system that should be control the amount of goods and packaging to seal. Feeder modular device, important parts of the package, so in order to perform a conceptual design optimization techniques are applied in two steps. First of all derive the problems through structural analysis for the conceptual model of vibrating feeder. Secondly derive reasonable design model based on the results of the structural analysis of modified boundary shape and then verify it. The proposed system has the following goal that is satisfies the dynamic stability with minimum weight and optimization of the shape. As a result, the weight reduction of feeder is 2.1% and 7% increase in the natural frequency.

  • Environmental friendly architecture'is undeniably a verb important and global paradigm. Beyond energy-conscious design and building with renewable materials, environmental friendly architecture also deals with recyclable and found forms and images. Concepts of sustainable building lead to the analysis of all currently available options for building optimization. Tomorrow's framework for information and communication processing, as well as automation and process optimization. The purpose of this study is to define the conceptions about 'environmental friendly Architecture' and to discover new alternative architecture in the end of the 20th century.

  • In the case of designing control devices in a building, reliance on experimental formulation or engineering concepts without using optimization algorithms leads to non-optimal solutions or design parameters, which makes the use of control devices costly and unreasonable. The optimization algorithms are capable of identifying the required number of parameters for a specific design problem, however, this process is difficult and inefficient in dealing with some specific optimal design processes. This paper aims to introduce an upgraded version of the salp swarm algorithm to handle some engineering design. The performance of the new upgraded algorithm is tested using some benchmark test functions as well as a six-story benchmark building equipped with semi-active MR dampers. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can be successfully applied to get an optimal design of the MR dampers in the building.

  • We consider an efficient parametric estimation method of spatial dependence in weak stationary processes. Spatial dependence is modeled through variogram and correlogram. Most of parametric estimation methods of correlogram use two step method; nonparametric estimation and parametric integration. We bind these two steps into one step by using GEE method instead of least squares type optimization. Our one step method is more efficient statistically and gives a clear interpretation of related concepts used in traditional two step methods.

  • In this paper, the performance evaluation of coded 8PSK TCM system is presented which is evaluated on the basis of the software simulator developed by Monte-Carlo simulation method. The Gaussian noise as well as Gaussian/Impulsive noise are used for the system channel. The required basic concepts for developing a S/W simulator applicable to TCM system are presented and the decoding memory length cosidered as optimal is determined.
