기존의 영상 기반 질문-응답(VQA) 문제들과는 달리, 새로운 영상 기반 상식 추론(VCR) 문제들은 영상에 포함된 사물들 간의 관계 파악과 답변 근거 제시 등과 같이 추가적인 심층 상식 추론을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 영상 기반 상식 추론 문제들을 위한 새로운 심층 신경망 모델인 KG_VCR을 제안한다. KG_VCR 모델은 입력 데이터(영상, 자연어 질문, 응답 리스트 등)에서 추출하는 사물들 간의 관계와 맥락 정보들을 이용할 뿐만 아니라, 외부 지식 베이스인 ConceptNet으로부터 구해내는 상식 임베딩을 함께 활용한다. 특히 제안 모델은 ConceptNet으로부터 검색해낸 연관 지식 그래프를 효과적으로 임베딩하기 위해 그래프 합성곱 신경망(GCN) 모듈을 채용한다. VCR 벤치마크 데이터 집합을 이용한 다양한 실험들을 통해, 본 논문에서는 제안 모델인 KG_VCR이 기존의 VQA 최고 모델과 R2C VCR 모델보다 더 높은 성능을 보인다는 것을 입증한다.

정보통신 기술이 발전하여 시간과 장소에 제한 없이 통신을 할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 개념이 나타났다. 이렇게 정보를 전달할 수 있는 기술의 발전으로 현재의 사회를 정보화 사회에서 발전된 지식화 사회로 부른다. 지식화 사회는 정보를 가공하여 축척된 지식이 중심이 된 사회이다. 교육의 방법도 컴퓨터를 이용한 e-러닝(e-Learning)의 개념에서 유비쿼터스 개념이 접목된 u-러닝(u-Learning)이라는 개념으로 발전되었다. 군에서도 교육은 핵심정책 중의 하나로 꼽힌다. 전쟁의 양상이 플랫폼 중심전에서 네트워크 중심전(NCW：Network Centric Warfare)로 바뀌고 있다. 따라서 전장을 상황을 실시간으로 수집하여 관리하는 것이 지휘통제의 핵심이 된다. 이를 위해서는 첨단 지식강군 육성을 위해 개인과 조직의 능력을 최대화시켜야한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전장환경과 정보통신기술의 변화에 맞추어 교육훈련 및 작전에서의 u-러닝 시스템 적용 방안을 알아보고자 한다.

The concept field is defined as the schema of all equivalent definitions of a mathematics concept. Concept system is defined as the schema of a group concept network where there are mathematics relations. Proposition field is defined as the schema of all equivalent proposition sets. Proposition system is defined as a schema of proposition sets where one mathematics proposition at least is "derived" from the other proposition. CPFS structure that consists of concept field, concept system proposition field, proposition system describes more precisely mathematics cognitive structure, and reveals the unique psychological phenomena and laws in mathematics learning.

This study selected Yangpyung as a target site because Yangpyung is a area of high value blessed with well preserved natural resources and beautiful natural scene and where thoughtless development and malformed use of land are in progress under the mask of hotel, accommodations and sales facility which fits the interests of land owner. As for the method used for this study, I inquired into domestic/international instances and the concept of existing environmental indicators and assessment of suitability with a view to establish assessment indicators and pose the concept through theoretical investigation of green-network and to establish green-network. 17 articles of environmental indicators such as aspect analysis, contour, greenbelt, DEM, NDVI, nature conservation area, reservoir and area for the promotion of agriculture were chosen as a actual analysing n data for setting up assessment indicators. From the result of analysis, as anticipated, green zone in Yongmusan areas within Youngmun and Seojong areas were the center of green-network in the wide area green-network in Yangpyung and the restricted area by basin system, road and legal regulation was selected as spot area and finally arable land and reservoir were selected as base which connects core with spot.

this paper presents the concept of "mobile ATM', a proposal for third-generation (3G) mobile communication network infrastructure capable of supporting flexible evolution of radio technologies from today's cellular and data services towards future wireless multimedia services. Mobile ATM provides generic mobility management and QoS-based transport capabilities suitable for integration of multiple radio access technologies including cellular voice. wireless data, and future broadband wireless services. The architecture of a mobile ATM network is outlined in terms of the newly-defined "W-UNI" interface at the radio link and "M-UNI"and "M-UNI" interface which supports unified access for WATM and non-ATM mobile terminals through corresponding interworking functions (IWF) is explained. leading to an understanding of how different radio access technologies are supported by the same ATM-based core network infrastructure. Generic mechanisms for handoff and location management within the core mobile network are discussed. and related protocol extensions over the "W-UNI" and "M-UNI/NNI"interfaces are proposed. the issue of "crossover switch (COS)" selection in mobile ATM is considered, and a unified handoff signaling syntax which supports flexibility in COS selection is described. Typical signaling sequences for call connection and handoff using the proposed protocols are outlined. Experimental results form a proof-of-concept mobile ATM network prototype are presented in conclusion.

In this paper we develop a link cost function for data delivery in sensor network. Usually most conventional methods determine the optimal coefficients in the cost function without considering the surrounding environment of the node such as the wireless propagation environment or the topological environment. Due to this reason, there are limitations to improve the quality of data delivery such as data delivery ratio and delay of data delivery. To solve this problem, we derive a new cost function using the concept of Partially Connected Neural Network (PCNN) which is modeled according to the input types whether inputs are correlated or uncorrelated. The correlated inputs are connected to the hidden layer of the PCNN in a coupled fashion but the uncoupled inputs are in an uncoupled fashion. We also propose the training technique for finding an optimal weight vector in the link cost function. The link cost function is trained to the direction that the packet transmission success ratio of each node maximizes. In the experimental section, we show that our method outperforms other conventional methods in terms of the quality of data delivery and the energy efficiency.

최근 많은 TV방송사들은 다채널의 경쟁에서 우위를 지키기 위해 채널브랜드 전략의 일환으로 네트워크디자인(Network Design)에 매우 높은 관심을 가지고 있다. 네트워크디자인이 1997년 국내에 도입된 이래 주요 케이블채널 및 위성채널들은 앞 다투어 네트워크디자인을 방송에 반영하기 시작했다. 그러나 그 연구와 정보가 부족한 이유로 현장의 네트워크디자인 제작은 많은 어려움을 안고 있다. 성공적인 네트워크디자인 실행을 위해서 스타일가이드는 일관된 기획 및 구체적인 제작을 위한 필수적인 과정으로 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 본 논문은 TV채널 이미지 제고를 위한 네트워크디자인의 이론적 체계를 마련하고자 네트워크디자인 스타일가이드를 연구하였다. 먼저 네트워크디자인 개념과 네트워크디자인 스타일가이드의 필요성을 논하였다. 그 다음, 네트워크디자인 스타일가이드의 사례연구를 통하여 주요 구성요소를 체계화하였고 각 요소의 개념을 정의하였다.

Purpose The high-technology market shows characteristics of a highly interdependent network market in both supply-side and demand-side, compared to other markets. Particularly, for convergence products, connectivity with related elements, as well as characteristics of innovation itself, is relatively important to the extent that they combine functions provided by several devices into a single device. Therefore, this study aims to identify whether network externality exists in value and adoption of a convergence product and discover a source of network externality, if any. Design/methodology/approach: Through a preceding research analysis and a literature review, 'social influence' and 'network size' have been drawn as direct network elements. On the other hand, general (comprehensive) concept compatibilities including 'intra-technology compatibility', 'inter-technology compatibility' and 'complementary-technology compatibility' are regarded as indirect network elements. Findings: Major findings are as followed;- First, it is shown that the factors influencing on perceived value of a convergence products are 'social influence' and 'network size' as the direct network elements and 'complementary-compatibility' among indirect network elements. Second, it is also found that 'intra-technology compatibility', 'inter-technology compatibility', 'complementary-compatibility' and 'perceived value' have significant effects on adoption of a convergence product. Particularly, it is known that 'complementary-compatibility' is an important source of network externality as it plays a decisive role in value judgment and has significant effects on perceived value. It is worthwhile to notice that this study comprehensively explains effects of network on high-tech products by structuring comparability as a multi-dimensional concept, as well as direct network elements.

In this study, we analyzed applicability of object database, designed the concept model based on object-oriented idea for measurement data management, and applied the design model to object database. The concept model composes three sub models Infrastructure managing information model, Infrastructure measurement data model, and Measurement unit model. The process to expand measurement data of new type was executed easily without changing database schema in object database. Therefore, applicability of new technology to infrastructures for building a safety management network of road bridges could be increased with object database system.

The background of this paper is the HVDC concept design of Jeju HVDC #2, which will be operated at 2011. The concept design is the first step of HVDC design procedures and the contents handled in this procedure are operation conditions, short circuit ratios(SCR) and interactions between AC network and HVDC. The operating conditions are based on the reliability of HVDC and AC network, SCR is related to HVDC stability and overvoltage and the interaction is between HVDC and other AC equipments, that are FACTS, generator and HVDC. The results of this paper are a keystone of HVDC #2 design.
