농촌지역사회 리더의 역할지위별 리더십역량 중요성취도분석 (IPA of Leadership Competency in the Rural Leader's Role)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze leadership competency in the rural leader roles. The data were derived from 317 leaders in 97 rural communities by questionnaire. SPSSWIN/ver10 was adopted t-test and IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) methods employed. The major findings of this study were as follows; Rural leaders should concentrate on developing coaching/feed back, program management skills, and presentation skills. Administrative head of village should pay attention to benchmarking, brand development and conflict resolution rather than resident management, service knowledge, and making relationships. Leaders of village development council should concentrate on brand development, benchmarking, and educating residents. Head of women's organizations should concentrate on developing assessments, educating residents, and resolving conflict skills, whereas members of Samaeul organization should try to concentrate on program management, coaching/feed back and presentation skills. Rural leaders showed different leadership competency by the IPA. Therefore, this study suggested that leadership education for rural leaders should consider leadership competency.

간호사의 간호역량이 직무만족과 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (An Analysis of Nursing Competency affecting on Job Satisfaction and Nursing Performance among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of nursing competency of nurses on job satisfaction and nursing performance. Method: Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 368 nurses. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and pearson correlation coefficient with SAS package were used for data analysis. Results: The total mean score for nursing competency was 2.65, with scores for subcategories as follows: ethical competency 2.74, personal competency 2.65, esthetical competency 2.64, and scientific competency 2.61. The mean score of total job satisfaction was 3.18 on a 5 point scale, and nursing performance was 2.97 on a 4 point scale. Total nursing competency and total subcategories of nursing competency perceived by nurses were positively related to job satisfaction and nursing performance. Conclusion: In conclusion, nursing competency of nurses influence job satisfaction and nursing performance. With these result, it is necessary to concentrate on improving nursing competency of nurses to increase job satisfaction and nursing performance.

국내건설기업의 해외 프로젝트 입찰단계 우선집중역량 분석 (An Analysis of Concentrate Competency in Bidding Process for Overseas Project of Domestic Construction Companies)

  • 국내건설기업의 해외건설수주액은 2005년 109억 달러에서 2012년 649억 달러로 단기간에 큰 폭으로 상승하였다. 하지만 양적인 성장에 비해 질적인 뒷받침이 따라가지 못하고 있다는 우려가 크다. 본 연구는 국내건설기업이 해외 진출 시 프로젝트 수주 뿐 만이 아니라 성공적인 프로젝트의 실행을 위해 우선적으로 확보해야 할 역량을 도출하였다. 단계별 역량 평가를 위해 사전 영업 단계, 입찰 준비 단계, 본 입찰 단계, 계약 단계의 4단계로 입찰 단계를 정의하였다. 실무자 면담을 통해 단계별 세부 업무를 도출한 뒤, 국내건설기업의 해외 입찰 담당자 및 해외 현장 투입 인원을 대상으로 세부 업무별 중요성 및 현재 보유 역량에 대해 Likert 7점 척도를 활용한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문값의 IPA 분석 결과, 국내건설기업이 우선적으로 확보해야 할 역량은 내부적 역량으로 철저한 리스크 검토, 합리적인 입찰팀 구성, 현실적인 가실행예산 산정, 외부적 역량으로 발주처 니즈 파악, 현지화 전략, 협력 체계 구축으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 활용하여 향후 국내건설기업이 프로젝트의 수주 뿐 만이 아니라 실행 단계에서의 수익률 향상을 위한 입찰 전략의 방향을 설정하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

창업 역량 강화를 지원하는 창업 정보시스템에 필요한 IT서비스 기능 연구 (The Study of IT Service Functions for Start-up Information System Supporting Start-up Competency)

  • Recently, many people are interesting for Start-up and government also try to support their business because it can contribute economic growth. However, in Korea, despite there are many education and supporting programs for them, many Start-ups are failed to retain their business because they actually do not know what they do. Although prior studies for Start-up have pointed that education for them is very important for success, education programs for them only focus on theories rather than practices. Moreover, Start-ups need tools for supporting to business plans or information for their business. Therefore, in this study, we propose IT service functions for Start-up information system supporting Start-up competency. For this purpose, we conduct Delphi and Importance-Performance Analysis with experts on start-up. In experiments, we divided stage of business into three stages; business planning, implementation, growth and diversification. And we draw important tasks from experts in each stage. As a result, we find some tasks to concentrate for Start-up information systems. And we also find tasks which are not important for company founders. Through these results, we expect that the development of functions for supporting those important tasks will help increase the efficiency of Start-up companies and the survival rate of them.

유럽 철강산업 Local Player의 틈새시장 공격전략 (Niche Market Strategies of Local Players in the European Steel Industry)

  • This study considers the local players in the European steel industry, whose the amounts of crude production are more or less 5 million tons per annum. They do not belong to the Pan-EU mega-group of steel mills with more than 15 million tons of crude production yearly. However, these mid-sized steel mills in European countries have been originated from the strong foundation of steel, scientifically and technically, as well as the centennial history. They concentrate on the niche market adjacent to the local area, which takes advantage of the geographical location. The companies considered here are VoestAlpine in Austria, Salzgitter in Germany, Rautaruukki in finland, and SSAB in Sweden. Their corporate strategies are compared on the basis of product mix and sales structure. And, the deep analysis for each company is performed, such as business strategies with the sales volumes, market strategies. competitiveness improvement planning. and R&D policies with the technology management. These analysis results can be benchmarked as the cases of best practices for domestic steel mills, especially mid & small sized companies, that develop business and market strategies for the sustainable growth and profitability.

예방의학 발전을 위한 전공의 수련 교육개선 (Reformation of Residency Trainingship for the Future of Preventive Medicine in Korea)

  • From the start of the residency trainingship in 1963, the residency training programs have been contributed much on the establishment and development of preventive medicine in Korea. But these programs are now have several problems to update the changes in health service needs of the population that were caused by a rapid epidemiologic transition from the acute infectious diseases to chronic diseases in last a few decades. Strengthening in medical practice, not just in knowledge is urgently required. Must have more concentrate on preventive service for the individual, as in clinical preventive medicine. Training residents by the systematic and well scheduled programs, not just 'teacher' assistant' in the academic facilities. Trying the change in the system of Specilty of Preventive Medicine to the well established several subspecialty, so more specific competency can be gained through the training. These approach and reformation may not only contribute for the better future of the preventive medicine, but also improve in disease prevention and health promotion, which required by the society in Korea.

캄보디아 건축 사업 진출을 위한 우선적 확보역량분석 (Analysis of Concentrate Competency for Cambodian Building Construction Projects)

  • 우리나라 해외건설 누적 수주 금액은 2012년 6월을 기준으로 5,000억 달러를 달성하였으며 더 나아가 2020년 1조 달러를 목표로 하고 있다. 또한 국내 건설기업들도 해외건설시장 진출을 목적으로 여러 전략을 구상하고 있다. 특히, 해외건설시장 진출을 위해서는 시장에 따른 경쟁력을 가져야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경제 성장과 더불어 정부의 인프라 시설 확충 및 개발 부문의 투자가 증가하고 있는 캄보디아 건축시장의 진출 경쟁력 분석을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 캄보디아 건축시장 진출을 위해 사업유형별 필요 경쟁역량을 IPA기법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 도급사업에서는 발주정보 및 글로벌 공급역량이 필요한 경쟁역량으로 나타났으며, 투자사업에서는 시장정보, 사업타당성 조사를 포함한 설계이전 단계의 역량 및 글로벌 네트워크가 필요한 경쟁역량으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리 건설기업들이 향후 캄보디아 건축시장 진출 시 필요한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

병동선임간호장교의 간호관리역량 격차분석과 원인조사 (An Analysis of Nursing Managerial Competencies;Military Hospital Head Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the gap between need-level and demonstration-level in nursing managerial competencies. In addition, the study proposes solutions to narrow this gap. The results of this study are as follows : 1) The mean score for need-level of each item was 4.0, and for demonstration-level, 3.5. This indicates that military hospital head nurses demonstrate a higher level of managerial competencies than the moderate level on all items. But items which were related to resource/ cost/ information managament, staff development management and professionalism management got relatively low ratings in the need-level. 2) The mean score for need-level of each category was 4.14, and for demonstration-level, 3.53. Categories on the individual dimension got a higher rating than categories on the group or organization dimension in both need-level and demonstration level. 3) The gap between need-level and demonstration-level appeared in all items(p<.05) and categories(p<.001). Although the gap was relatively low, it indicates that it is essential to plan a developmemt program for all nursing management competencies for military hospital head nurses. 4) There were significant differences in the gap between need-level and demonstration-level according to specific characteristics of the subjects. The gap did not appear in many categories on the individual dimension where the number of nursing staff was more than 10, a major grade, ICU head nurse or for head nurses having a long career. 5) Need-level and demonstration-level showed a difference according to specific characteristics of the subjects, because need-level and demonstration-level were higher where the number of nursing staff was more than 10, a major grade, and for ICU or Medical ward head nurses. The categories which showed need-level difference and demonstration-level differences according to specific characteristics of the subjects existed almostly completely in the group and organization dimension. Gap-level differences according to the number of hospital bed existed in only two categories. 6) The general causes of the gap were indicated to be 'Knowledge/ skill/ experience deficit', 'Limitation of rules and systems/ Inappropriate organizational environment' for most items, categories, and dimensions. The results of this study indicate that extensive competency developing strategies must be developed, because a gap was found in all items and categories. Specially, there is a need to concentrate attention on competencies in the group and organizational dimension which had a wider gap level. And it is important to take an individual approach according to the cause for each gap. In order to produce effective competency developing strategies, top managers must have sinsights into the importance of nursing staff development and nursing officer's efforts to develop themselves must be achieved. Further multi-dimensional(education, personnel-policy, nursing/ organizational environment) solutions to the gap must be developed and utilized.

슈퍼바이저의 지식 및 기술 역량 연구 -IPA분석을 통한 사회복지관, 장애인복지관, 노인복지관 비교- (Knowledge and Skill Competence of Supervisor)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 슈퍼바이저 스스로가 인식하는 슈퍼바이저의 역량에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 사회복지관, 장애인복지관, 노인복지관 유형에 따라 비교 분석하고 이에 따라 슈퍼바이저의 역량을 향상시키기 위한 실행전략을 제안하는 것이다. 367부의 설문에 대한 t검증 결과, 슈퍼바이저에게 요구되는 14개 지식역량(t=30.545, p<.001)과 15개 기술역량(t=27.335, p<.001)에 대한 중요도와 실행도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 IPA(중요도-실행도)분석 결과, 4개 영역(지속유지, 집중개선, 점차개선, 과잉)의 분포에 있어서 기관유형별로 차이가 나타남에 따라 이에 대한 실행전략을 제시하고 논의하였다.

소셜 빅데이터 기반 인공지능 개발윤리 인식 분석 (A Study on the Awareness of Artificial Intelligence Development Ethics based on Social Big Data)

  • Artificial intelligence is a core technology in the era of digital transformation, and as the technology level is advanced and used in various industries, its influence is growing in various fields, including social, ethical and legal issues. Therefore, it is time to raise social awareness on ethics of artificial intelligence as a prevention measure as well as improvement of laws and institutional systems related to artificial intelligence development. In this study, we analyzed unstructured data, typically text, such as online news articles and comments to confirm the degree of social awareness on ethics of artificial intelligence development. The analysis showed that the public intended to concentrate on specific issues such as "Human," "Robot," and "President" in 2018 to 2019, while the public has been interested in the use of personal information and gender conflics in 2020 to 2021.
