Building the Public Appraisal Information System(PAIS) has been a critical issue because real estate valuation process depends on the various information and analysis. However, there has been little research in this area. As a result, there is not any comprehensive plan for the PAIS constructed by the MOCT(Ministry of Construction and Transportation), and its database quality has various Problems. Therefore, this paper investigated the database of the public appraisal information system and suggested development strategies as follow: preparing a comprehensive plan for data collection, establishment of data management standards, additional collection of the attribute and spatial data, linkage PAIS and other information system.

The purpose of this study is to discuss about the current status and problems of 24 public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and to suggest strategies for the development of public library system in Daejeon. For this purpose, first, this study investigates facilities, human resources, collection, and budget in public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and compares to the standards in "The Third Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan(2019-2023)", "The library Act" and "Korean Library Standards". Secondly, this study analyzes administrative organization system. Finally, suggested are both strategies and methods for continuous construction of new public libraries, librarian recruit, collection increase, better service for older adults, budget increase, organization exclusively responsible for library policy.

This study examined the evolution of S&T Basic Acts in Korea from the Science and Technology Promotion Act (1967) through the Special Act on STI (1997) to the Framework Act on Science and Technology (2001) in the following aspects: 1) comprehensive plans, 2) coordination mechanisms for S&T policies, 3) enforcement of R&D programs and performance diffusion, 4) promotion of human resources, 5) and S&T investment and budgeting. Before the Framework Act on S&T was enacted in 2001, critical issues were found in establishing S&T master plans, promotion of R&D programs, comprehensive coordination mechanisms, and R&D budgeting. The three Basic Acts have expanded the scope of regulation over time to cover the entire cycle of the S&T process. They concern a wide range of issues, including creating a basis for scientific and technological development, S&T promotion, disseminating and commercializing research outcomes, and preventing adverse effects from science and technology. The content of the Basic Acts has evolved in response to changes in the political, economic, and social environment of Korean industry during the past five decades.

The purpose of this study is to suggest visual resource management methods for the national parks and adjacent areas, where visual impacts by high rise buildings such as hotel, condominium, etc. become serious problems. In this study Soraksan National Park has been selected as a case study for landscape management planning. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Comprehensive landscape management planning for National Parks and adjacent areas is necessary to solve visual impact problems by high rise buldings such as hotel, condominium, etc. 2) It is suggested to investigate visual resources and conceptual landscape management ideas, to select landscape control points and lines, landscape management areas, and to prepare building height control plan for proper landscape management plan. 3) In case of Soraksan national park, the landscape management plan includes three landscape management areas : Landscape preservation area, General landscape management area, and special landscape management area. 4) In the part of special landscape management area, it is necessary to introduce landscape impact assessment system to more effective landscape management.

There have been significant changes in the Korean railway environment in recent years. First, as the railway restructuring plan, Korea Rail Network Authority and KORAIL were established and commenced their works. Secondly, the opening of the high speed railway has provided a chance of reorganization in the whole operation system of the Korean railway network. These new changed environments require an alternative plan to examine the management system of deficit lines and their stations. This paper is intended to approach to clearly define the concept of deficit rail stations and lines in order to make a contribution to establish a comprehensive rationalization plan in the management environment of railroad. The study proposes some method to categorize their deficit stations and lines by three ways.

This primary study describes some proposition of restoration and rehabilitation of rail station and station impact area for efficient use. Therefore, I reviewed the functions and roles about rail station and other railway facilities related with urban structures and development, and also analysed the case studies about realignment of rail station, and then, suggested primary management plan of efficient railway installation. This study has some bounds and limits owing to the descriptive reviews but not detailed analyses. Hereafter, I am planing to consider the management plan for efficient railway installation use as coinciding with specific city characteristic and comprehensive plan such as rearrangements of the station.

A total of eleven keywords for construction project management engineers to know about safety are as follows. Before the construction, there are two keywords as the safety organization plan and safety management plan, safety compliance, document beach, safety check, safety management fee, hazardous risk prevention plan, safety education, safety accident, seven keywords, There are two keywords of safety inspection comprehensive report, safety management document. It is necessary to understand the keywords well in accordance with the relevant time and to do the best in safety work, and it should be recognized that safety inspection is carried out every month and the safety work should be done faithfully.

In large commercial facilities, customer movements have a close interrelation between space structure and interior environment elements. With the importance of the spacial structure, VMD strategy has recently played greater role In the interior environment image to satisfy customers' needs. This study intends to examine the relationship among customer behavior, customer movement, and VMD by grasping customers shopping behavior characteristics that come from the relatively comprehensive factors in the female sections of the department stores through the environmental image that is composed of spatial and emotional elements. This study also serves the purpose that by tracking shopping time, shopping speed, and the ratio of shopping depth that directly reflects customer behavior characteristics, various causes, either general or specific, which can affect the decision on purchase are to be examined. Based on this research results, we bring up the basic data and foundation for floor MD plan, establishment of movement plan, and VMD plan at a store.

Distribution planning requires comprehensive knowledge about not only distribution but also transmission/subtransmission system expansion plan. At the same time, distribution planning is very time consuming and a series of routine job which involves a lot of experience and efforts of planning engineers. Since the quality of distribution planning depends upon the ability of planning engineers, the economy of investment should be taken into consideration. The object of this study is to establish a computerized distribution planning system which helps distribution engineers finding a new system expansion plan. It provides the engineers with at optimal system expansion plan which satisfies the condition of both reliability and economy.
