공동물류 환경의 혼합추천시스템 기반 차주-화주 중개서비스 구현 (Hybrid Recommendation Based Brokerage Agent Service System under the Compound Logistics)

  • Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

복합물류단지 조성에 따른 농산물 수출입 물류비용 절감에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reduction of Import and Export Distribution Costs for Agricultural Products by Creating a Compound Logistics Complex)

  • Imported and exported agricultural products are facing a very difficult time due to the rising distribution costs spurred by the increasing labor and oil prices. High empty transfer rates, which take place on a return route after the regular transportation of imported and exported agricultural products, are especially a major cause of the rising distribution costs. In an effort to overcome those limitations, this study set out to examine the transportation stages connecting harbor warehouses, processing plants, and central distribution centers on the circulation route of such imported grains as wheat, barley, corn, and soybean and the transportation route from the warehouses devoted to exported agricultural products to harbors for such exported agricultural products as apple, pear, and persimmon in order to develop a model on the creation of a compound logistics complex for processing plants and transshipment of imported and exported agricultural products. The study also promoted the logistic rationalization of imported and exported agricultural products by creating a compound logistics complex that would combine processing plants for imported agricultural products and transshipment functions for exported agricultural products.

순 방사형 물류체계에서 수송장비의 보유대수 결정과 분배정책 : 복합포아송과정을 따를 경우 (On Fleet Sizing and Distribution Policy of Transportation Equipments in Pure Hub-and-Spoke Networks : The Case of Compound Poisson Process)

  • Fleet sizing and empty equipment redistribution are two of the most critical problems in managing a fleet of equipment over a transportation network. Where the demand pattern followed the compound Poisson process(CPP) which can be generated one or more at a time under homogeneous Poisson process(HPP), this paper presented a mathematical model to determine control parameters of a decentralized distribution policy and fleet size in case of the pure hub-and-spoke system, a popular form of a logistics system. and validated this model by simulation. That is, where the number of demanded equipments followed geometric and binomial distributions, respectively, cost models on the pure hub-and-spoke logistics system with deterministic trans-portation times, which could be solved analytically, were established and analyzed. We also compared the deterministic case with stochastic one that the transportation time follows some probability distributions.

  • Recently, high luminance and high efficiency were realized in OLEDs with multilayer structure including emitting materials such as metal-chelate complexes. New luminescent materials, [2- (2-hydroxyphenyl)-quinoline] (Zn(HPB)q), [(1,10-phenanthroline)- (8-hydroxyquinoline)] Zn(Phen)q was synthesized. Zn-Complexes have low molecular compound and thermal stability. The ionization potential(IP) and electron affinity(EA) of Zn-complexes were measured by cyclic-voltammetry(CV). The fundamental structure of the OLEDs was $ITO/{\alpha}$-NPD/Zn-Complex/Al and then we made device structure rightly in energy band gap. We using Zn(Phen)q as emitting layer and Zn(HPB)q as electron transport layer. We measured current density-voltage, luminance-voltage characteristics.

CFPR법을 활용한 국내 화주기업의 3PL 기업 선정 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors of Selecting 3PL Companies by Using CFPR Method in Korea)

  • 경쟁력 있는 물류서비스를 제공받고자 하는 화주기업에게 3PL 기업의 선택은 중요한 과정이다. 하지만 소비자인 화주기업의 관점에서 3PL 기업을 선정하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 전문가의 지식을 효율적으로 추출하여 계량화할 수 있는 CFPR (Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations) 방법을 활용하여 국내 화주기업이 3PL 기업을 선정할 때 활용하는 요인을 추출하고, 요인별 가중치를 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 분석결과 대요인은 "운영요인"이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로는 "전략적 요인", 마지막으로 "의사소통 요인"이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 복합 가중치의 결과를 살펴보면 "비용절감"이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, "업체의 전문성", "재고관리능력", "인적자원관리" 등의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 화주사 측면에서 3PL 기업을 선정할 때 고려하여야 하는 핵심요소를 제시하였으며, 3PL 기업 측면에서는 화주사가 중요하게 고려하는 요인들을 강화하여 향후 화주사의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에 산업적인 시사점이 있다. 향후연구에서는 화주를 산업별로 구분하고, 각 산업별 화주사가 3PL 기업 선정할 때 발생하는 요인의 차이점을 분석할 필요가 있다.

Microtubule Acetylation-Specific Inhibitors Induce Cell Death and Mitotic Arrest via JNK/AP-1 Activation in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Cells

  • Microtubule acetylation has been proposed as a marker of highly heterogeneous and aggressive triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The novel microtubule acetylation inhibitors GM-90257 and GM-90631 (GM compounds) cause TNBC cancer cell death but the underlying mechanisms are currently unknown. In this study, we demonstrated that GM compounds function as anti-TNBC agents through activation of the JNK/AP-1 pathway. RNA-seq and biochemical analyses of GM compound-treated cells revealed that c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and members of its downstream signaling pathway are potential targets for GM compounds. Mechanistically, JNK activation by GM compounds induced an increase in c-Jun phosphorylation and c-Fos protein levels, thereby activating the activator protein-1 (AP-1) transcription factor. Notably, direct suppression of JNK with a pharmacological inhibitor alleviated Bcl2 reduction and cell death caused by GM compounds. TNBC cell death and mitotic arrest were induced by GM compounds through AP-1 activation in vitro. These results were reproduced in vivo, validating the significance of microtubule acetylation/JNK/AP-1 axis activation in the anti-cancer activity of GM compounds. Moreover, GM compounds significantly attenuated tumor growth, metastasis, and cancer-related death in mice, demonstrating strong potential as therapeutic agents for TNBC.

The planning strategy of robotics technology for nuclear decommissioning in Taiwan

  • According to the market research report, the nuclear decommissioning services market is currently experiencing considerable growth, with a projected Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of nearly 13% during the 2020-2024 forecast period. This expansion is primarily fueled by the advancement of Industry 4.0, in conjunction with the emergence of cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and 5G. Even though the fact that robots have already been utilized in the nuclear industry, their adoption has been hindered by conservative regulations. However, the nuclear decommissioning market presents an opportunity for the advancement of robotics technology. The British have already invested heavily in encouraging the use of intelligent robots for nuclear decommissioning, and other countries, such as Taiwan, should follow suit. Taiwan's flourishing robotics development industry in manufacturing, logistics, and other domains can be leveraged to introduce advanced robotics in the decommissioning of its nuclear power plants. By doing so, Taiwan can establish itself as a competitive player in the nuclear decommissioning services market for the next two decades.

A Study on the Operation System Improvement of Busan International Passenger Terminal: Focusing on the Car Ferry

  • In the past 20 years, passenger and cargo transportation performance at the international passenger ports in Korea have increased by 8.6% on the compound annual growth rate, respectively. The Korean government had expected to continue expanding the market of car ferries and the government included plans for the development of additional routes and lanes with neighboring countries such as China, J apan, and Russia as a part of the Plan of the Korean Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in 2019. However, compared to the development of routes, the management and operation of passenger terminals are inefficient. The purpose of this paper was to introduce the overall improvement of the passenger terminal operating system that reflects the recent changes in the supply and demand of international passenger vessels and the needs of the government and private sector passengers. To this end, a basic survey was conducted on the status of operations and facilities at the Busan International P assenger Terminal and a questionnaire survey was administered on the subject of use. The results of the survey were analyzed using the IPA model. As a result of the analysis, three items in the operation sector, three items in the facility sector, and four items in the system sector of the Busan International Passenger Terminal were identified as in need of improvement. Based on the results, the need for investment to improve the international passenger terminal operating system is suggested.

매화의 향기성분 분석과 매화차 추출조건 (Analysis of Volatile Compounds of Prunus mume Flower and Optimum Extraction Conditions of Prunus mume Flower Tea)

  • 매화의 품종과 건조방법에 따른 향기성분을 분석하여 매화차 제조에 맞는 재료와 처리방법을 찾고, 매화의 첨가량 및 침출 온도, 녹차 첨가 비율 등을 관능검사를 통하여 살펴본 결과, 매화의 휘발성 향기성분의 분석결과 총 17종이 검출되었으며 그 중 생화의 경우 총 15종이 검출되었다. 동결건조 시료에서는 건조과정중 1가지 성분이 소실되었고 1가지 성분이 다르게 검출되었으며, 음건의 경우4가지 성분이 소실되었고 1가지 성분이 다르게 검출되었다. 3가지 품종 모두 benzaldehyde의 함량이 가장 높았고 성분 구성비율도 비슷하게 나타났다. 매화차의 추출온도에 따라 색도측정 결과 a값은 감소한 반면, b값은 증가하였고, 추출시간이 길어질수록 L값과 a값은 감소하고 b값은 증가하였다. 매화 첨가량을 달리하여 제조한 매화차 관능평가 결과 향, 색에서는 매화의 첨가량이 높을수록 기호도가 증가하였으나 0.3g이상에서는 많은 차이가 없었다. 또한 맛에 있어서는 0.3 g에서의 기호도가 3.8로 높았다. 매화의 온도, 시간별 추출물의 관능평가 결과와 녹차의 흔합비율에 따른 결과 향, 색에서는 추출물의 온도가 높을수록 기호도가 높았지만 $80^{\circ}C$가 적당한 침출온도였다. 매화와 녹차의 혼합비율에 따른 관능평가 결과는 매화의 비율은 매화와 녹차 비는 1:9로 나타났다.

Performance Analysis of Trading Strategy using Gradient Boosting Machine Learning and Genetic Algorithm

  • 본 연구에서는 그래디언트 부스팅 기계학습과 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 일별 주식 포트폴리오를 동적으로 구성하는 시스템을 구축하고 트레이딩 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 유가증권시장과 코스닥시장에 상장된 종목들의 가격 데이터 및 투자자별 거래정보를 포함한 다양한 데이터를 수집하고, 전처리 과정과 변수가공을 통해 학습-예측에 이용될 변수들을 생성하였다. 첫 번째 실험에서는 예측정확도와 정밀도, 재현율 및 F1 점수 등 네 가지 지표를 활용하여 그래디언트 부스팅 기법들(XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost)의 성능을 비교 평가하였다. 두 번째 실험에서는 전 단계에서 선택된 LightGBM과 유전 알고리즘을 적용하여 상장 종목들의 일별 수익 여부를 학습-예측하였다. 그리고 예측된 수익 발생확률을 바탕으로 종목을 선별하여 트레이딩 시뮬레이션을 시행하고, CAGR, MDD, 사프지수 및 변동성 측면에서 코스피, 코스닥 지수와의 성능을 비교 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 제안된 전략들 모두 네 가지 성능평가 지표상에서 시장 평균을 넘어서는 것으로 나타났으며, 그래디언트 부스팅과 유전 알고리즘의 결합이 주식 가격 예측에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있음을 보여주었다.
