This paper treated what are congressional records which are one of core fields of national records and what kind of significant records they have. The characteristics of "substantive records" of the institution among public records are as follows: firstly, their contents depend on the inherent function of the institution; secondly, their types differ by the character of basic unit(member); thirdly, their sources are determined by the character of institution. Starting from the above points of view, the contents, characteristics, main sources, and types by sources of congressional records were presented. They are summarized as follows. In Chapter 2, the substantial records, which document the intrinsic function of congress on the basis of analyses of inherent function and structural uniqueness of congress have natures of which the contents are "legislative records", "oversight records", and "political activity records" starting from the inherency of congress as the people's representation. The typical natures of congress records are related with the specialty that the basic unit of congress structure is an individual congressman as an indepent national institution and congress is a council of these congressmen. Firstly, the records of congressmen as basic member of congress are the national records with the type of personal records. Secondly, "council records" produced by the council (commettee and main conference), which have evidencial and informative value for decision making through the process of investigating, discussing and voting bill and policy (item) of the basis for national management, are very special kind of records, such as item records, decision records, journal records, and congress assistant records. Because congressmen and councils composing congress have an equal inter-relationship in the structure of congress, the main sources of congress records are an individual congressman and all the councils. In chapter 3, the contents and sorts of main records are discribed, centering around congressmen and councils as the main sources of congress records. In chapter 4, the management of records of congressmen is issued as an urgent subject for the management of congress records, instead of conclusions.
VR (Virtual Reality) contents make the audience perceive virtual space as real through the virtual Z axis which creates a space that could not be created in 2D due to the space between the eyes of the audience. This visual change has led to the need for technological changes to sound and sound sources inserted into VR contents. However, studies to increase immersion in VR contents are still more focused on scientific and visual fields. This is because composing and producing VR sounds require professional views in two areas: sound-based engineering and computer-based interactive sound engineering. Sound-based engineering is difficult to reflect changes in user interaction or time and space by directing the sound effects, script sound, and background music according to the storyboard organized by the director. However, it has the advantage of producing the sound effects, script sound, and background music in one track and not having to go through the coding phase. Computer-based interactive sound engineering, on the other hand, is produced in different files, including the sound effects, script sound, and background music. It can increase immersion by reflecting user interaction or time and space, but it can also suffer from noise cancelling and sound collisions. Therefore in this study, the following methods were devised and utilized to produce sound for VR contents called "A Midsummer Night" so as to take advantage of each sound-making technology. First, the storyboard is analyzed according to the user's interaction. It is to analyze sound effects, script sound, and background music which is required according to user interaction. Second, the sounds are classified and analyzed as 'simultaneous sound' and 'individual sound'. Thirdly, work on interaction coding for sound effects, script sound, and background music that were produced from the simultaneous sound and individual time sound categories is done. Then, the contents are completed by applying the sound to the video. By going through the process, sound quality inhibitors such as noise cancelling can be removed while allowing sound production that fits to user interaction and time and space.

In this paper, we propose a decision tree-based machine learning model that leads to food exchange table renewal by classifying food groups through machine learning for existing food and food data found by web crawling. The food exchange table is the standard for food exchange intake when composing a diet such as diet and diet, as well as patients who need nutritional management. The food exchange table, which is the standard for the composition of the diet, takes a lot of manpower and time in the process of revision through the National Health and Nutrition Survey, making it difficult to quickly reflect food changes according to new foods or trends. Since the proposed technique classifies newly added foods based on the existing food group, it is possible to organize a rapid food exchange table reflecting the trend of food. As a result of classifying food into the proposed model in the study, the accuracy of the food group in the food exchange table was 97.45%, so this food classification model is expected to be highly utilized for the composition of a diet that suits your taste in hospitals and nursing homes.

There are many difficulties and inconveniences in the process of completing driving education for the disabled. Even in the content of driving education, various unpredictable unexpected situations occur during actual driving. Although education on emergency situations is being conducted in the current driving education course, education to cope with various unexpected situations is insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a Unity-based driving education simulator for the disabled. Create a simulator by composing scenarios for various unexpected situations using Unity. A simulation is conducted through the test subjects, and the coping score for the existing unexpected situation is evaluated according to the evaluation items. It was confirmed that the evaluation score of the ability to cope with unexpected situations of the proposed system was higher than that of the existing driving education simulator. If the proposed system is used, it can be expected to improve the ability to cope with unexpected situations and improve the quality of life through realistic driving experience.
Much has already been learned about what goes on in the minds of second language writers as they compose, yet, oddly enough, until recently little in the L2 research literature has addressed writing and mental imagery together. However, images and imaging (visual thinking) play a crucial role in perception (the basis of mental imagery), in turn, affecting language, thinking, and writing. Many theorists of mental imagery also agree that more than just language accounts for how we think and that imagery is at least as crucial as language. All of these demands, to be sure, are compounded for EFL students, which is why I investigate EFL students' writing process, focusing on the use of mental imagery and its relationship to the writing. First I speculate upon some ways that imagery influences EFL students' composing processes and products. Next, I want to explore how and whether the images in a writer's mind can be shaped effectively into a linear piece of written English in one's writing. I studied two university undergraduate EFL students, L and J. They had fairly advanced levels of English proficiency and exhibited high level of writing ability, as measured by TOEFL iBT Test. Each student wrote two comparison and contrast essays: one written under specified time limitations and the other written without the pressure of time. In order to investigate whether the amount of time in itself causes differences within an individual in imagery ability, the students were placed under strict time constraints for Topic 1. But for Topic 2, they were encouraged to take as much time as necessary to complete this essay. Immediately after completing their essays, I conducted face-to-face retrospective interviews with students to prompt them for information about the role of imagery as they write. Both L and J have spent more time on their second (untimed) essays. Without time constraint, they produced longer texts on untimed essay (149 vs. 170; 186 vs 284 words). However, despite a relatively long period of time spent writing an essay, these students neither described their images nor detailed them in their essays. Although their mental imagery generated an explosion of ideas for their writings, most visual thinking must merely be a means toward an end-pictures that writers spent in purchasing the right words or ideas.
This paper aims at tracing the appearance of Italy in W. H. Auden's poems. Auden summered on Ischia, an island in the Gulf of Naples, between 1948 and 1957. In the process of ten years of contact with Italy, Auden' poetry developed out of Italy, and contributed to the world's picture of Italy by English poets. In the early part of his stay, Auden was fascinated with Italy and found a source of vitality for composing his poems. But Auden's initial view of Italian culture evolved from extolling its virtues to a more critical one weighing its losses and benefits. The happiest mood is reflected in "In Praise of Limestone", in which the ground itself becomes a symbol of Eden. "Ischia" introduces the real landscape of the island. Auden partly admits the darkness of the island in the aspects of its past history and legends, but the poem is still mainly about praising the beauty of the island and the comfort that it gives to the poet. In "Goodbye to the Mezzogiorno" the negative side of the island's life comes to light. There was something in the setting, warm and beautiful as it was, that no longer suited Auden's temperament and Auden bids farewell to his Mediterranean period. His view of Italy is a restricted and detached one seen through the eyes of a successful Anglo-American poet. Auden's cosmopolitan character often is defined such terms as "the Wandering Jew," "alien" or "stateless Auden". But our reading of his poems dealing with Italy reveals his true characteristics which can not transcend his evolving views.
The purpose of this study was to develop an instructional model using new technologies aiming to secure students' learnability and to enhance the public school values in the rural districts. The present study attempts to suggest a practical e-learning instructional and learning model named Group Dynamics- based Debate Instructional Model', which utilizes unique technology environment conditions in most. To develop the model, concepts of group dynamics and debate-based instructional models were reviewed. And in-service teachers in two public schools in a certain rural district were interviewed in order to collect and analyze their needs for a teaching and learning model with which they utilizes unique technology conditions as environment in most. Based on literature review and the need analysis, a group dynamics-based debate instructional model has been suggested in terms of conceptual model. And then expert assessment composing of five in-service teachers from the model schools was implemented twice in order to acquire the suggested model validation, followed by the model validation by a group of experts. Then a revised group dynamics-based debate instructional model has been finally suggested. The group dynamics-based debate instructional model is expected to build up members' affective connection in the process, to generate group value, or collective intelligence, and to establish positive discussion culture. Furthermore, beyond of just utilizing the existing materials, learners are encouraged to develop and collect their own materials and data such as expert's interview, or public news for their argument or refutation. In doing so, learners enhance their learnability as well as accountability, prompting self-directed learning, and establishing appropriate discussion culture resulting in positive learning outcomes.

It is essential and fundamental to extract boundary information of target object via massive three-dimensional point data acquired from laser scanner. Especially extracting boundary information of manmade features such as buildings is quite important because building is one of the major components consisting complex contemporary urban area, and has artificially defined shape. In this research, extended ${\chi}$-algorithm using geometry information of point data was proposed to extract boundary information of building from three-dimensional point data consisting building. The proposed algorithm begins with composing Delaunay triangulation process for given points and removes edges satisfying specific conditions process. Additionally, to make whole boundary extraction process efficient, we used Sweep-hull algorithm for constructing Delaunay triangulation. To verify the performance of the proposed extended ${\chi}$-algorithm, we compared the proposed algorithm with Encasing Polygon Generating Algorithm and ${\alpha}$-Shape Algorithm, which had been researched in the area of feature extraction. Further, the extracted boundary information from the proposed algorithm was analysed against manually digitized building boundary in order to test accuracy of the result of extracting boundary. The experimental results showed that extended ${\chi}$-algorithm proposed in this research proved to improve the speed of extracting boundary information compared to the existing algorithm with a higher accuracy for detecting boundary information.
After membrane fouling factors in acrylic wastewater were minimized by pretreatment process accompanied with $TiO_2$, it was utilized in MF/UF/RO process. After composing of ultrafiltration/reverse osmosis or microfiltration/reverseosmosiss module set according to types and kinds of membrane, the separation characteristics were examined with the variation temperature and pressure using pretreated acrylic wastewater by membrane module sets. The permeate of ultrafiltration or microfiltration module was sent to reverse osmosis module. It was found that final permeate flux of reverse osmosis module in module set 2 (MWCO 200,000 UF+RO) was excellent. It was shown that the removal efficiency of TDS, T-N and COD was very low and was not dependent on the variation of temperature and pressure in UF and MF modules. From the above result, the removal efficiency of TDS, T-N and COD was very excellent in RO module. The removal efficiency of turbidity in UF and MF module was very high (> 99% removal efficiency). Final water quality of acrylic wastewater treated by the membrane module set was satisfied with effluent allowances limit and membrane module sets were ascertained to reuse wastewater.

The purpose of this study is to develop the District-level Planning Support System (DPSS) by using GIS. The district-level planning which is related for district-level control of city, needs the various parcel-level information which is composing the urban physical environment. The information has to be stored and analyzed for recognizing the study area, then the district-level planning will be efficiently managed. The use of GIS in the process of district-level planning is restricted for the creation of thematic map. GIS is not used for the analysis of spatial patterns and planning process. This study evaluates the characteristics of current district-level planning and the basic components of urban physical environment. And the database model is built. The topology among components is defined by using the spatial relationship. Then the spatial query machine for district-level planing is developed by using ArcView 3.1, Avenue and Dialog Extension. This spatial query machine is applied for case study. This study shows 1) the possibility of the district-level planning support system for analyzing spatial relationship, 2) the needs of the up-to-date topographic map showing current building's footlines and the complete integration with cadastral maps, it will reduce the uncertainty in the spatial decision making process, 3) the methodology for the construction of spatial decision making rules, 4) the further study for the using of raster, network, image and three dimension data.
