There is a growing acceptance that rail has an important role to play in the national and international movements of goods and people. By making transportation between countries more efficient, the Trans-Asian-Railway Network is an important infrastructural and logistical component of Asian's goal of achieving closer economic and social integration, This paper discuses about Trans-Asian-Railway Network and its impact on Asia and Korean economy.

CALS(Commerce At Light Speed) which originated in the early 1980's in the military sector is now an integral component in our global strategy to further heighten competitiveness. Through integration and streamlining of production, distribution, technical information and management, CALS will certainly lead the world out of these economically challenging times and into new global prosperity. However, not much effort have been focused on the development and diffusion issues of component technologies such as ERP/SCM(Enterprise Resourses Planning/supply Chain Management), PDM(Product Data Management), and BPR(Business Process Reengineering) related with the CALS in electronic industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the advancing status and to present suggestions for the development of the CALS in electronic industry. In order to achieve the purpose, the case study has been conducted using the questionaries on the end-users and the interviews on the managers in the CALS area. The case study cover 57 users of the CALS for the three outstanding electronics(L, S, and D Electronics) in Korea. The questionaries include five success measures and eleven diffusion factors for the component technologies such as ERP/SCM, PDM, and BPR. In summary, the CALS will serve as the bases for exciting corporated innovations and the common business framework which facilitates the realization of Virtual Enterprise and Electronic Commerce in the 21st century.

인터넷 기술의 급격한 발전으로 지리정보시스템의 실행 환경 분야에서 개발 방법론의 변화가 일어나고 있으며, 사용자의 요구사항 다변화로 시스템의 통합과 컴포넌트 전략이 연구되어 왔다. 웹의 발달로 과거 일부 전문가만이 공유하던 공간정보를 조회하고 검색할 수 있는 새로운 개발 방법론과 기술개발이 절실히 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 웹 환경 하에서 공간 데이터 컴포넌트 모델링을 통하여 사용자의 요구사항을 최적화하기 위한 컴포넌트 설계기법과 개발 방안을 제시한다. 제안 기법과 프로세스는 실무적인 개발기법과 과정에 적용한 후 소프트웨어 개발과정을 단축하고, 개발비용을 절감 할 수 있는 개선효과를 평가한다.

Current CAD systems used in the AEC community have some critical problems. One of them is that they hardly support design collaboration. Thus designers and engineers are hard to transfer design knowledge from one discipline to another. What we need is a common building database which creates and manages building plans/models and relevant design knowledge consistently and effectively. This paper presents a powerful CAD editor, called UNIFORM, which is being developed. Currently UNIFORM includes three main modules: a plan generator, a 3-D model generator, and component databases. A plan generator, called UNIFORM PLANNER, creates a plan which contains semantically-rich information of building. Each component in the plan can be presented in various ways and connected to component databases that contain knowledge of building components such as windows, doors, walls, etc. Based on the plan UNIFORM MODELER, another module of the program, generates a three dimensional building model which could be a multiple-story building. One of the main ideas behind the system is that it generates and maintains a common building form that can be easily delivered to other members of the project team. Thus it is expected to increase system integration, team interactions, and productivity.

웹 기반 교육(WBI)이 많은 장점을 가지고 있으나 한편으로는 웹 기반 수업 혹은 웹 기반 교육의 초기에는 교수자의 개인적인 수준에서 교육 시스템이 개발 운영되어 체계적으로 개발 관리되지 못하였고 교수-학습자의 요구사항을 충분히 반영하지 못하였다. 그리고 분산되어 있는 자료의 적절한 활용과 검색이 용이하지 못하여 중복 개발되고 신뢰성이 떨어지는 문제점등을 내포한다. 이 논문에서는 WBSE(Web Based Software Engineering)개념을 웹 기반 교육시스템에 도입하여 요구사항을 반영하고 기존에 개발되어 사용되고 있는 소프트웨어를 컴포넌트화 하는 작업을 시도하여 이를 재사용 통합함으로써 새로운 교육 소프트웨어 개발에 사용하는 일련의 과정에 대하여 연구 기술하였다.

Bayes theorem, suggested by the British Mathematician Bayes (18th century), enables the prior estimate of the probability of an event under the condition given by a specific This theorem has been frequently used to revise the failure probability of a component or system. 2-Stage Bayesian procedure was firstly published by Shultis et al. (1981) and Kaplan (1983), and was further developed based on the studies of Hora & Iman (1990) Papazpgolou et al., Porn(1993). For a small observed failure number (below 12), the estimated reliability of a system or component is not reliable. In the case in which the reliability data of the corresponding system or component can be found in a generic reliability reference book, however, a reliable estimation of the failure probability can be realized by using Bayes theorem, which jointly makes use of the observed data (specific data) and the data found in reference book (generic data).

최근 컴퓨팅 환경은 통합되는 개방형 시스템으로 변모하고 있다. 기존 시스템에서는 다양한 개발 환경을 지원하지 못하고 있으며, 다양한 산출물(클래스 부품, 다이어그램, 양식, 컴포넌트)에 대한 효율적인 관리를 못하는 단점이 있다. 또한 산출물레 있어서 연결관계를 서로 관련성 있는 사항을 참조 못하고 있으며 객체 내부와 관계를 정의할 수 없어서 산출물에 대한 이해도가 부족으로 객체지향 프로그램에 필요한 코드로 생성하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 산출물 객체의 효율적인 관리를 위한 통합 관리 모델을 이용한 객체 관리 저장소 설계기법을 제시하고, 버전 관리와 연결관계 상호관련기를 두어 객체내부 관계와 서로 관련성을 개발자가 쉽게 파악하여 재사용함으로서 개발자는 어플리케이션에 관련된 부분만을 개발할 수 있도록 지원한다. 객체 관리 저장소를 네 가지 단계로 설계함으로서 단점을 보완하고 클래스이해와 산출물 정보를 쉽게 표현할 수 있어 클래스를 생성할 수 있도록 하여 재사용의 효율성을 향상시켰다. 또한 새로운 소프트웨어 개발에 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 향후 시스템의 통합에 잇점인 소프트웨어의 재사용성을 극대화하여 생산성을 향상시키는 프로토타이핑을 지원할 것으로 기대된다.

연구의 목적은 BIM과 다양한 이기종 솔류션 데이터 통합을 고려한 시설물 관리 시스템 아키텍처를 개발하는 것이다. 이기종 솔류션 데이터는 시설물 관리 시스템, 자산 관리 시스템, 시설물 센서 데이터베이스 시스템 뿐 아니라 모델러로 부터 생성된 파일이 될 수도 있다. 본 연구에서 이기종 솔류션 데이터 통합을 위한 고려사항을 도출하고 이를 구현하기 위해 ETL (Extract, Transform and Load)을 사용한 BIM기반 데이터 통합 방법을 제안한다. 이와 관련된 연구동향을 조사하고, BIM기반 이기종 솔류션 데이터 통합 지원 아키텍처 개발을 위한 유스케이스를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 BIM기반으로 시설물 객체와 관련된 데이터를 확인할 수 있도록 FM 데이터베이스 스키마를 개발하였다. 마지막으로 아키텍처 적용 가능성을 확인하기 위해 제안된 방법을 이용하여 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

소프트웨어 연동통제문서는 시스템을 구성하는 구성품 간 연동을 위해 프로토콜 및 데이터 등을 기술하는 문서를 의미한다. 무기체계 개발 특성상 소프트웨어 연동통제문서 검증을 위해서는 각 구성품 개발자들이 특정 장소에 모여서 통합시험을 진행하게 되는데, 이때 소프트웨어 개발자들의 단순한 실수로 인하여 통합시험이 지연되는 경우가 종종 발생하게 된다. 이러한 상황이 발생하는 가장 큰 이유는 소프트웨어 개발자들이 연구실 환경에서는 시스템 환경을 구성하기 어려운 문제로 인해 충분한 검증을 수행하지 못한 경우와 통합시험 간 발생한 오류에 대해서 즉각적으로 원인을 발견하지 못한 경우 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무기체계 개발 단계의 제작 및 구현단계부터 시스템 통합시험 단계 사이에 많은 시간이 소요되는 소프트웨어 연동통제문서 검증을 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 전략을 제안한다.
