This study was done to investigate the changes in the quality of life(QOL) of patients who received radiation therapy after surgery for breast cancer. For this purpose, 35 patients were interviewed using a questionnaire. They were followed over 8 month period from the beginning of radiation therapy. Changes in the QOL, side effect of the RT(radiation therapy), depression were measured. The results can be summarized as follows : 1. The mean score of the side effect of RT increased significantly over the period of RT. When the RT was completed, the QOL score was the low-est, and the depression score was the highest, but the changes of these scores were not statistically significant. 2. When the 6-week RT was finished, the QOL was significantly correlated with QOL of the beginning of RT, depression at RT completion and age. At three months after the completion of RT, the QOL was significantly correlated with QOL of the beginning of RT, depression and side effect of RT at three months after the completion of RT. At six months after the completion of RT, the QOL was significantly negatively correlated with age. 3. In the stepwise multiple regression analysis, the major influencing variables on the QOL were various according to the time lapse after the RT. The QOL at the completion of RT was predicted by the QOL at the beginning of RT, depression at the completion of RT and age. The QOL at three months after the completion of RT was predicted by the QOL at the beginning of RT and side effect of RT and depression at three months after the completion of RT. The QOL at six months after the completion of RT was predicted by age. This study suggests that continuous nursing care be required for improving the QOL of breast cancer patients not only during the RT period but also for a long term after the completion of RT.

This study is intended to look into the effects of project managers' leadership on participants' individual competency and project performance. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to a sample of 276 researchers who are working on a project with a research and development group in private R&D centers. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, the leadership competency of project managers had a significant positive effect on the individual competency of project participants. Second, the leadership competency of project managers had a significant positive effect on the project management performance. Third, the leadership competency of project managers had no significant effect on the project completion performance. Fourth, the individual competency of project participants had a significant positive effect on the project management performance. Fifth, the individual competency of project participants had no significant effect on the project completion performance. Sixth, the project management performance had a significant positive effect on the project completion performance. Seventh, the project completion performance was indirectly mediated in the effect of project managers' leadership competency on project completion performance. Eighth, the project management performance was indirectly mediated in the effect of project participants' individual competency on project completion performance. Based on the findings stated above, a combination of project management performance can generate better results in the effect of project participants' individual competency on project completion performance.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the stock market performances CAR of reorganized firms and study the disclosure effect of completion of reorganization to examine whether there exists significant economic merit for the institutionalized continuation of unprofitable firms. The main results of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, the average stock market performances for +12 months after the completion of reorganization compared to those for -6 months before the proposal of reorganization show consistently negative returns. Second, to see whether there exist significant differences between the stock market performances of reorganized firms and those of normal firms with similar characteristics, CAR's measured from -6 months before the proposal of reorganization to +12 months after the completion of reorganization are statistically tested, which results in significantly negative values starting +5 months after the completion of reorganization. Finally, to see the disclosure effect of the news of completion of reorganization, daily CAR's are measured and tested, which shows positive values only for -20 days and -19 days before the disclosure, and shows negative values for the whole periods up to +20 days after the disclosure. The results of the paper imply consistently that the reorganized firms have no better performances compared to the similar normal firms, and the performances do not improve even after the completion of reorganization, which casts serious doubts upon the current forms of the institutionalized continuation of unprofitable firms.

This study was a similar experimental study that analyzed the effect by applying the learning portfolio completion. The study period lasted from October 1, 2019 to November 20, 2019. A total of 47 people participated in the study, and the effectiveness of the program was analyzed with the SPSS 18.0 program for critical thinking disposition. The statistical analysis method was frequency analysis and paired t-test. As a result of the analysis, the critical thinking disposition increased significantly in the application of the learning portfolio completion (Truth-seeking MD= -0.05, p <0.01), Open-mindness MD= 0.11, p <0.001), Analyticity MD= 0.76, p <0.001), Systematicity MD= -.25, p <0.001), Self-confidence MD=-0.54, p <0.001), Inquisitiveness MD=0.29, p <0.001), Maturity MD=-.0.33, p <0.001). In conclusion, the teaching method applied with the learning portfolio completion actually helped nursing students learn nursing students learn based on critical thinking. Based on these result, further research using learning portfolio is to be done and more systematic and practical application of learning portfolio completion to nursing students. This study would be used as a basic data for the study guideline development for learners.

With the recent trend to construct high-rise and large buildings, the steel structure system is widely used, but there are not enough studies on the vibration characteristics of the iFLASH system on the buildings. Therefore, in this study, we performed a vibration measurement of the natural frequency and damping ratio in the stage of iFLASH panel, composit, frame completion and cladding completion. The result findings suggest that the damping ratio after the cladding completion has a greater effect on the reduction of the damping ratio, than the stage after the frame completion.

In order to improve project performance by analyzing the effects of the project manager's leadership competency and the individual competency of the project participants on the project performance, this study examines the effect. In this study, a research model and hypothesis were established to understand the causal relationship between leadership competency, individual competency, and project performance, and a survey was conducted based on this. Overall, it was found that the leadership competency of the project manager and the individual competency of the project participants had a positive effect on the project management performance, the project leadership competency had a positive effect on the completion performance, and the project participant individual competency had a negative effect on the completion performance. As a result of analyzing the effect of the project manager's core competency on the project management performance according to the amount or period of the project type, which is the moderating variable, it was found that there was no moderating effect on the management performance. For the success of the SI project, it is most important to understand the project characteristics well and select a PM suitable for the characteristics, and methods for nurturing excellent project managers should be further studied. In addition, it is expected that it will be possible to identify the effect of project manager leadership competency and participant competency on project performance based on sophisticated research design for more competent PM selection.

This study was performed to survey the specific information about the time of onset, frequency, duration, and severity of the side effect of radiation therapy following breast cancer surgery, and identify the difference of these data according to the type of breast cancer surgery : modified radical mastectomy(MRM) vs. breast consevative operation(BCO). 38 breast cancer patients were interviewed with side effect profile about radiation therapy. Interview was done weekley from the start of radiation therapy through 6 weeks and 3 month follow-up interview was done at 3 month after completion of the treatment. The results are as follow : 1. Total score of side effect experienced by the breast cancer patients was rapidly increased at 2-3 week after intiating treatement and continousely raised maintaing high score until completion of the treatement. Some problems like cough, dyspnea and pain were more experienced after treatment. 2. Patients with modified radical mastectomy showed more total score of side effects than patients with breast conservative operation. And both patients with MRM and BCO experienced similar pattern of side effect to radiation therapy. Through these data we concluded that side effect to radiation therapy was not ended at completion of treatement. Patents will continously experiend various problems and suffer from not only acute side effects like skin problem, sore throat and swollowing difficulty but also late effect of the radiation therapy. Clinically these data can be used for oncologic nurse to provide informational interventions to prepare breast cancer patients for the radiation therapy.

In this study, results of completion inspection are investigated according to the performance of the firefighting construction supervision personnel and according to the necessity of clean air supply in a performance test of the firefighting construction supervision personnel. The results of the completion inspection are measured and the causes of defects in the fire protection facilities after issuance of a completion inspection certificate are analyzed. The findings of this investigation can be used to minimize the risk of apartment fires and improve the performance of firefighting construction supervision personnel. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the results of the completion inspection conducted by the firefighting construction supervision personnel varies according to particular occupation. The performance of fire facility supervisors from design companies and fire construction companies were significantly higher than the fire officers. Therefore, it is necessary to employ supervisors who have experience in supervising the construction of apartments, in order to improve the performance of fire construction supervision officers. Second, the analysis of the completion inspection results according to the necessity of a clean air supply for performance tests of firefighting construction supervision personnel showed that the necessity of a clean air supply was significantly higher for fire facility supervisors from design companies and fire construction companies than for the fire officers. In order to improve, the completion inspection should be carried out up until the completion date of the building. In addition, a system needs to be established to ensure that clients are not able to demand that a completion inspection certificate be issued on the construction completion date. Finally, it is found that defects of completion inspection after issuance of a completion inspection certificate affects the result of the completion inspection. The results of the completion inspections conducted by the fire facility supervisors from design companies and fire construction companies were affected significantly less by defects than that of the general contractors. Research shows that faults have occured in firefighting facilities after the issuance of a completion inspection certificate due to the client and the construction company demanding the issuance of the completion inspection certificate.

This study estimated direct factors that have effect to completion degree of game, and we constructs structural equation model that can evaluate completion degree of game using empirical analysis. For it, we obtained weight of components of game development by eigenvector method for analytic hierarchy process. Using calculated weight, we also let that components of game development is observating variable of X, and genre of game is observating variable of Y. And we constructs structural equation model with LISREL program
