A voltage sag is a short-duration reduction in rms voltage, and utilities have been faced with rising numbers of complaints about the quality of power due to voltage sags. In this paper, vulnerable areas of voltage sag are determined using representative loads at the buses. The CBEMA curves of the representative loads are used to determine whether the bus is vulnerable or not. Also, the ares are displayed with geographical information in order to help operators understand the situation going on easily. The proposed simulator is applied to Jeju power system to show its capabilities.

Noise and vibration occurs during construction intermittently, but with the most arise complaints. There is a need to efficiently manage the construction noise and vibration problems because in case a residential facility that requires calmness around the construction site adversely affects the living conditions of nearby residents. The ministry of environment has mandating the installation of soundproofing facilities for the management of construction noise. In order to enforce a particular construction, the mandatory install with soundproofing facilities before the start of construction, and after construction. However, Installation guide of soundproofing facilities for construction sites were not considered affected areas by noise and there is no provision of performance evaluation for soundproofing facilities. In this study, investigated the status and problems of the installation guide for soundproofing facilities in construction sites, we propose an efficient installation guide of soundproofing facilities for the reduction construction noise.

This research aimed to examine consumer's expectancy disconformation related to purchase satisfaction/dissatisfaction and post-purchase behavior in cable TV home shopping. A total of 700 questionnaires were randomly sent to cable TV home shoppers and 172 copies were used in final analysis. Frequency analysis. correlation analysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis, path analysis, and multinominal logit were used. The expectancy discoformation on \"fitting\" and \"how well the clothes suits oneself\" were significantly related to the complaint behavior of return and refund. TV home shoppers tended to express their complaints by requesting the home shopping company or the manufacture company for a compensation rather than express privately such as warning friends, stop buying and boycotting the item. The significant variables that would influence consumers to seek refund rather than exchange were purchase satisfaction, request of compensation to the company, overall expectancy disconformation and expectancy disconformation on decoration and details and suiting oneself.

The purpose of this research was to ascertain the optimum rear slit length of tight skirts in terms of comfort and appearance. The typical measurements of tight skirts on current market were recorded and a questionnaire survey of women in their twenties was conducted in order to find out the current conditions of the skirts and specific complaints about motion restrictions. Just over half the respondents (50.4%) reported that they had experienced damage to the slit usually when they were stepping on a bus and also walking and running. The clothing test showed that the slit length increased as the motion went from "walking" to "going up stairs", and to "stepping on a bus" In addition the slit length significantly decreased as the hem circumference of skirt became wider. On the basis of those results, a wearing test, evaluating sensual comfort and appearance, was also conducted and the results showed that the slit length of 385mm was most prefered.

All over the world, one finds different types of dues, charges and fees imposed for the use of port facilities. The positiion is further confused by the fact that different names are often used for the same charge in different ports and again the same name can be used for different types of charge. For instance, in some places "tonnage" dues can be dues on cargo tonnage and in others are dues on shipping tonnage. Charges made by port authorities can be of two kinds; charges on ships and charges on goods. One of the abiding complaints of all port tariffs is that they are too complicated. The plea is for simplicity and comprehension. The purpose of this study is to elucidate and to criticize principles for guiding port pricing policy.ng policy.

This study is aimed to verify effects of Walking in treating hospitalized patients with low back pain in the Korean medicine hospital. The method of this study is choosing patients whose chief complaints were low back pain in the Korean medicine hospital in Gyeonggi Province. People who agreed to take Walking treatment were classified into experimental group and control group. Both experimental group and control group were treated with Korean medicine. In addition, experimental group performed Walking program more often. Changes of temperature difference taken by digital infrared thermal imaging(DITI) were used as measuring tools. The summary of this study's result is as in the following. There was significant difference in the experimental group which performed Walking treatments but not in the control group resulting from examining the change of temperature difference between left and right Yongchon. As known from the results above, Walking program is meaningful in curing the low back pain.

The lipomatous of the mediastinum are fairly uncommon tumors. Since 1971, two patients with proven mediastinal lipoma and one primary liposarcoma of the mediastinum have been treated at the Seoul National University Hospital. This report reviews our experience with the review of literature. Case 1.: A 3 year old body revealed a huge round homogenous mass density in the posterior mediastinum in routine chest X-ray. The tumor mass, lipoma, was successfully removed and postoperative course was uneventful. Cases 2.: An asymptomatic 24 year old male was operated on with the preoperative diagnosis of mediastinal lipoma. His preoperative chest X-ray and CT films showed a huge anterior to middle mediastinal tumor, right, with fat density. There is no postoperative problem after successful removal of the tumor mass. Case 3. : A 24 year old female was hospitalized with the complaints of cough and chest pain. A mediastinal mass was removed, which proved to be a liposarcoma on pathologic examination. About one year later, she was found to have recurrent liposarcoma in the right chest area at the OPD follow-up. She was lost to follow-up since then.

Intralobar pulmonary sequestration is a rare congenital malformation characterized by a cystic portion of the lung that derives its arterial blood supply through aberrant vessel directly of systemic circulation. Intralobar pulmonary sequestration Is usually contained within the visceral pleura of a pulmonary lobe and its venous drainage to the pulmonary venous system. We experienced a case of pulmonary sequestration preoperatively confirmed. The patient was 17 year old female whose complaints were mild fever and profuse purulent sputum. Chest film showed a large thin walled cystic lesion with air-fluid level at the left lower posterior basal lung field. Aortogram revealed an aberrant artery originated from thoracic aorta just above the diaphragm and that drained via pulmonary vein into the left atrium. At time of operation, a large abscess cavity measuring 9x8x3 cm in dimension at the left lower lobe was noted. And the aberrant artery, measuring 0.5 cm in diameter and 2 cm in length, arising from thoracic aorta just above the diaphragm was noted. After division and ligation of the aberrant artery, a left lower lobectomy was performed and the patient`s postoperative course was uneventful.

Tricuspid atresia is the third most common cause of cyanotic heart disease, following T.O.F. and T.G.A. It is seen in about 30% of patients with congenital heart disease on postmortem examination. Recently, we experienced a case of tricuspid atresia, who had received Blalock-Taussig Shunt operation 10 years ago. The Patient was 15 year-old girl with the complaints of persistent cyanosis and exertional dyspnea. Cineangiography revealed Keith type lib tricuspid atresia, so, RA appendage was anastomosed to the right pulmonary artery and ASD was also closed using patch. Postoperative course was very difficult because of persistent right heart failure and weak respiratory power, but from postoperative 15th day, all cardiac and respiratory problems were resolved. We followed up this patient for about 1 year, and her condition is excellent up to now.

This paper is a review of 29 cases of mediastinal tumors originating in the mediastinum or metastasized from other organs and classified on the basis of histopathological types and specific anatomic location in this depart-ment, during nine years period from January 1959 to December 1967. In twenty-three cases, diagnosis was confirmed by histological findings and the rest of the cases were considered to be mediastinal tumors by clinical and/or roentgenological findings. In this series, metastatic mediastinal carcinomas of unknown primary site were most frequent [30.4%] and lymphoma ranked second in frequency comprising 21.7% of total. Range of age was 5 to 61 years and average mean age was 39 years old. Sex ratio was 1.4 male to female. Subjective complaints in order of frequency were as follows: dyspnea [37%], cough [34%], chest pain[24%] and chest discomfort [21%]. Objective signs were as follows: hoarseness [17%], palpable cervical lymph node[17%], blood tinged sputum [10%], weight loss [10%] and superior vena cava syndrome [7%]. There was no operative mortality. There were histologically nine different kinds of mediasfinal tumors in this series.
