The purpose of this paper is propose an analytical method for evaluating user satisfaction of Internet website and identifying casual relationships between user satisfaction of Internet website and performance measures as like revisit intention and complaints using the structural equation model (SEM). This paper is intended to identify critical evaluation factors of user satisfaction for Internet website to determine criteria for evaluating the website. and use the criteria to develop a SEM model for quantitatively evaluation of each factors effects of user preference. The SEM model used 5 latent variables for the evaluation factors of website user satisfaction and 2 latent variables for performance evaluation. 2 portal sites were evaluated to construct the SEM model. and 74 subjects participated the website evaluation using the walk-through and face-to face survey method. Analysis results showed that the SEM model was statistically significant for all the 2 websites evaluated.

The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between a chef's physical pain complaints and occupational circumstances. Cause-and-effect analysis of employees whose work was related to cooking was analyzed in relation to, - factor of cooking circumstances (kitchen condition, cooking operation, cooking allocation and distance of movement, cooking facilities) in order to ascertain possible links to physical pain. Cooking operations appeared to causes pain, especially in neck, shoulders, and legs. Cooking allocation and distance of movement, affected backache, eye-tiredness, and change of body-weight. Cooking space and facilities was related to, pain in waist, neck, shoulders, legs, arms, wrists, and back. Because cooking operations require extended concentrations and intensive effort, inappropriate occupational circumstances can lead to employees who usually suffer from accumulated.

The purpose of this study was to validate the Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) with a population of Korean children. Subjects were 415 mothers of fourth and sixth graders selected from five elementary schools in Seoul. The CBCL(Achenbach, 1991) and the Child Behavior Questionnaire(CBQ; Rutter et als., 1970) were used as a methodological instrument. Statistics used for data analysis were ${\chi}^2$, Cramer's V, factor analysis, Pearson's r, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. The major findings were that 102 items of the 107-item scale were found acceptable through the item discriminant method. Nine factors (anxious behavior, hyperactive behavior, immature behavior, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, withdrawn behavior, thought problems, somatic complaints, other problems) were extracted by factor analysis. The correlation between the CBCL and the CBQ was examined to test criterion-related validity, and the coefficient was significant (r=.78, p<.001). Finally, the internal consistency of the CBCL appeared to be at an acceptable level (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$=.83).

Headaches and sleep problems are common complaints in clinical practice. The relationship of sleep and headache has been extensively studied. Brain systems involved in the regualtion of sleep may also play a role in the initiation of vascular headache. Some of the physiological alterations in sleep, particularly REM sleep, are similar to those described in vascular headache. Clinical studies have documented an association between vascular headache and sleep, and headache is a common symptom of sleep disorders. Sleep and headache are known to be interrelated in several ways. It can be summarized as follows: 1) sleep-related headaches, 2) sleep phase-related headaches, 3) length of sleep(excess, lack, and disruption) and headaches, 4) headache related to sleep associated behavior, 5) sleep disorders and headaches, 6) effects of headaches on sleep, and 7) dreams and headaches. Several mechanisms can be proposed to explain the relationship between sleep and headaches.

Objectives: This study reports the effects of HongYi (Formica yessensis) pharmacopuncture on the women voiding dysfunction patients. Methods: The women patients who complain of voiding dysfunction were treated with HongYi pharmacopuncture for ten times. We measured the international prostate symptom score (IPSS) for five times and analyzed. Results: After treatment with HongYi pharmacopuncture for ten times, the IPSS was improved in all of the patients. Complaints of voiding dysfunction was reduced and other symptoms also improved. Conclusions: HongYi pharmacopuncture is effective on women patients complaining of urinary disturbance.

we clinicallly observed 48 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited Kyoung-Won univ. Oriental hospital from 1996. 3 to 1998. 4. Their chief complaints were nasal obstruction, sneezing, watery rhinorrhea. They were also troubled with itching sensation of eye ball, dryness of nasal cavity or throat, photophobia and lacrimation, ect. The results were as follows: 1. In the classification of Sasang constitution, Taeum-group patients visited most frequently and ,the treatment to the taeum-group patients was most effective. 2. There were no differences between inhalant and climatic factor at the improvement rate of allergic initiator. 3. During the aflected time, the shorter termwas the higher improvement rate was. 4. The patients with no complication were treated better than those who accompanied with other nasal diseases.

40세 된 남자 환자로, 12일 전 스쿠바다이빙을 한 후에 나타난, 돌발성난청.이충만감.이명을 주소로 입원하였다. 발병 16 일째에 시험적 고실 개방술을 시행하였다. 등골-난원창 관절의 전방에서 밝은 액체가 누출되는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 그곳을 이수에서 Ep어낸 작은 지방조직으로 봉했다. 술후, 순음청력이 85㏈에서 15㏈로 좋아졌다. 그러나 4KHz 이상의 고음역에서는 변화가 없었다. 중이강을 보다 많이 탐사 함으로 해서 ,돌발성 난청을 일으키는 미노루공을 발견하는 데 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

This study intended to investigate factors shaping the styles for comsumers to express their dissatisfaction after comsuming goods(cloth and household appliance) and services(public and health) In particular this study examined what kinds of characteristics were crucial to distinguish three styles of consumers' and public complaints. The characteristics of consumer to be considered in this study included consumer knowledge consumer attitude consumer and several socio-economic characteristics. The sample used in this study were consumers whose age was grater than 20 years old living near Seoul in 1996. Discriminant analysis was conducted to investigate what factors discriminate the style of complaint. This study found that several consumer characteristics were sigificant in explaining different styles for consumers to response their dissatisfactions. The effects of consumer characteristics were more significant in explaining the complaining styles derived from public and health services rather than goods. Overall consumer attitude consumer knowledge and the degree of satisfaction of services were discriminant variables in explaining the styles of consumer complaint. Both consumer knowledge and budgeting skill were significant in explaining complaint styles to response dissatisfaction derived from consuming clothing while both consumer education and time constraint were significant in shaping the kinds of complaining styles derived from consuming household appliances.

PL law seeks consumers'just compensation and effective deterrence through shirting liability principle from negligence to strict liability. Impact analysis of Product Liability(PL) Low requires consumers' perspectives. This paper performed a policy delphi to predict the impact of PL law on consumers. The study surveyed the opinions of 30 specialists in PL area, ranging from government, officials, professors, researchers, consumer activists, to business executives, for three times. The consumer are as follows: first of all, PL law can contribute to damage compensation significantly in that it stimulates consumer complaints through non- court procedures. It is very unlikely that suits will be increased rapidly due to PL because of the current law environment. The degree of influence of PL law on damage compensation will very according to the content of PL law. Secondly, PL law can contribute to deterrence in that it encourages companies' efforts for product safety while it doesn't undermine consumers' attentions to safety. The influence on companies' efforts will vary according to the content of PL law.

Recently, more power facilities are needed to cope with the increasing electric demand. However, the additional construction of generators, transmission and distribution installations is not easy because of environmental problems and citizen's complaints. Under this circumstance, a microgrid system with distributed renewable resources emerges as an alternative of the traditional power systems. Moreover, the configuration of power system changes with more DC loads and more DC installations. This paper is written to introduce an idea of a genetic algorithm-based solution to determine the optimal capacity of the distributed generators depending on the types of system configuration: AC-link, DC-link and Hybrid-link types. In this paper, photovoltaic, wind turbine, energy storage system and diesel generator are considered as distributed generators and the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparing the calculated capacity of each distributed resource with HOMER simulation results for 3 types of system configuration.
