  • In this research a Simulink/RTW-baed realtime control system was developed for an induction motor vector control. On the Simulink window, the control system is designed in the form of block diagrams, program codes are produced automatically with the RTW(Real Time Workshop), then an DSP c compiler compiles the program codes. With this automatic program producing method rapid prototyping is realized with the least time-consuming manual programming procedures. To show effectiveness of the proposed system designing scheme a DSP-based induction motor vector controller was constructed and implemented.

  • This paper presents a retargetable compiled assembly simulation technique for fast ASIP(application specific instruction processor) simulation. Development of ASIP which satisfies design requirements in various fields of applications such as telecommunication, wireless network, etc. needs formal design methodology and high-performance relevant software environments such as compiler and simulator In this paper, we employ the architecture description language(ADL) named ${HiXR}^2$ to automatically synthesize an instruction-level compiled assembly simulator. A compiled simulation has benefit of time efficiency to interpretive one because it performs instruction fetching and decoding at compile time. Especially, in case of assembly simulation, instruction decoding is usually a time-consuming job(string operation), so the compiled simulation of assembly simulation is more efficient than that of binary simulation. Performance improvement of the compiled assembly simulation based on ${HiXR}^2$ is exemplified with an ARM9 architecture and a CalmRISC32 architecture. As a result, the compiled simulation is about 150 times faster than interpretive one.

  • 본 논문에서는 국내에서 상용화되고 있는 삼성전자의 SPC-10의 IEC1131-3 표준 언어(LD, SFC, FBD, ST)가 상호 호환성을 갖도록 목적 언어인 IL로 변환하여 컴파일 될 수 있는 IL 컴파일러를 개발하고자 한다. 개발하려는 IL 컴파일러는 IL언어의 활용성을 매우 높여주며, 실제네트워크 디바이스에 다운로드 하여 사용할 수 있는 IL 언어를 생성하고 실행시키는 점이 특징이다. 이 시스템은 SPC-10에서 많이 사용되는 언어를 패턴인식에 의해 클러스터링하여 자동적으로 IL 언어로 변환이 되며, 컴파일에 의해 PLC 프로그램의 동작이 가능하다. 이 시스템에서는 또한 사용자가 발생할 수 있는 문법오류는 물론 논리오류를 지능적 에이전트에 의해 검색하여 수정함으로써 최적화된 환경에서 PC 기반 제어가 가능하도록 해준다.

  • The Binary Decision method can evaluate any switching function in the number of steps not exceeding the number of input variables. A Binary Decision Programmable Controller module is designed using this method so as to improve scan speed. A compiler system is also developed to relieve the memory problem which the Binary Decision method entails. A communication channel between MDS and BD-PC modules is also constructed to load the compiled BD-PC object program into the memory of BD machine.

  • CDSS provides clinical doctors with knowledge to be required when they diagnose or make decision about treatment strategy. Arden Syntax is one of the language with which we write MLM that is a component of CDSS. It was designated as a standard by HL7/ANSI. ArdenML is an XML version of Arden Syntax. In this paper we propose a tool which translates Arden Syntax MLMs into ArdenML MLM. To this end we first defines the corresponding relation between two languages. Next we presents a modified version of Arden Syntax grammar to improve performance of lexical analysis and minimize parsing conflicts. Finally we presents syntax and semantics gaps between the both languages, which are a structural representation problem, a data type problem, and a disrelation problem. Our translator resolves such issues and generates exact ArdenML codes for an arbitrary Arden Syntax MLM.

  • The researches about the hardware and the software implementing ubiquitous sensor network have great rush in recent years. This paper deals the development of a sensor node with the dual interface which also has an RF wireless interface while has an Bluetooth interface used widely in present. This sensor node includes a Atmeg32 microcontroller, a Bluetooth module, a RF module. a temperature-humidity sensor. and I also develop the F/Ws controlling each modules with C language using GCC compiler. The sensor node developed can reaches 15m with Bluetooth interface and 60m with RF interface. It works stably with the voltage above 5V and it consumes currents 21mA average in idle mode, 63mA average in active mode.

  • Because of today's rapid growth of digital contents market and many benefits of electronic book, many people have considerable interest in E-book. Furthermore multifarious consortiums take an active part in standardization of I-book, and many E-book tools have been provided by software manufactures all over the world. E-book tools include editor for production of E-Book, viewer for reading, and the like. Especially in E-book viewer, annotation function has to be Included to put arrangement, summation, recording, comment, emphasis and after comprehension to practical use. In this paper, a E-book viewer with annotation is designed according to the specifications of EBKS, Korean standard. The proposed viewer is aimed to implement in PDA with embedded Linux, but developed in Windows 2000 platform. Because development environment and application environment are different each other, Qt-Library and cross-compiler are used for cross-platform development. The viewer support various functions such as adjusting of font size, hypertext linking, retrieval of specific word, and so forth. And in addition to these basic functions, annotation function is designed for the viewer, which can be used for re-usage and sharing of important information.

(An Integrated Development Environment for Automatic Design and Implementation of FLC) (퍼지 제어기의 설계 및 구현 자동화를 위한 통합 개발 환경)

  • 본 논문은 저비용이면서 정확한 제어를 수행하는 새로운 퍼지 제어기의 VHDL 설계 및 FPGA 구현을 자동적으로 수행하는 통합 개발 환경(IDE : Integrated Development Environment)을 다룬다. 이를 위해 FLC의 자동 설계 및 구현의 전 과정을 하나의 환경 내에서 개발 가능하게 하는 퍼지 제어기 자동 설계 및 구현 시스템 (FLC Automatic Design and Implementation Station :FADIS)을 개발하였는데 이 시스템은 다음 기능을 포함한다. (1) 원하는 퍼지 제어기의 설계 파라메터를 입력받아 이로부터 FLC를 구성하는 각 모듈의 VHDL 코드를 자동적으로 생성한다. (2) 생성된 각 모듈의 VHDL 코드가 원하는 동작을 수행하는지를 Synopsys사의 VHDL Simulator상에서 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. (3) Synopsys사의 FPGA Compiler에 의해 VHDL 코드를 합성하여 FLC의 각 구성 모듈을 얻는다. (4) 합성된 모듈은 Xilinx사의 XactSTep 6.0에 의해 최적화 및 배치, 배선이 이루어진다. (5) 얻어진 Xilinx rawbit 파일은 VCC사의 r2h에 의해 C 언어의 header 파일 형태의 하드웨어 object로 변환된다. (6) 하드웨어 object를 포함하는 응용 제어 프로그램의 실행 파일을 재구성 \ulcorner 능한 FPGA 시스템 상에 다운로드한다. (7) 구현된 FLC의 동작 과정은 구현된 FLC와 제어 target 사이의 상호 통신에 의해 모니터링한다. 트럭 후진 주차 제어에 사용하는 퍼지 제어기 설계 및 구현의 전 과정을 FADIS상에서 수행하여 FADIS가 완전하게 동작하는지를 확인하였다.

Implementation of Real Resource Simulator for TMN (TMN을 위한 실제자원 시뮬레이터 구현)

  • In this paper, we propose a RRS(real resource simulator) that supports the development and operational test of network management system before the development of real resources. The components of the RRS are the MOT(Managed Object Table) that holds the current status information of real resources, the SDT(Simulation Data Table) that holds the characteristics of real resources defined by user, the support functions that generate the random values and random interval values, the scheduling table that holds the sequence of events, and the main kernel. Users can set up behaviors of the RRS by extended-GDMO description. We present the structure of our extended-GDMO compiler and activities of RRS. We also show the interaction between user and the RRS, interaction between the RRS and the agent, and interaction among the NMS, the agent and the RRS.
