  • By adding height compensation to the usual 3 points skew adjustment device, an improved functional skew adjustment device is implemented in this paper. The proposed skew adjustment device is for traverse which will be adapted to BD and HD player system requiring more accuracy. and It can adjust not only R/T skew but also height. The system is composed of personal computer, control box, kinematic mechanism device and bar-code reader device. Application programs are implemented by visual basic.

유압기계식 거버너의 실습용 시뮬레이션 모듈과 안정도의 조정 특성 (A simulation module to practice hydraulic mechanical governors and its adjustment characteristics for stability)

  • 거버너의 특성은 기관 운전에 큰 영향을 미치므로 이에 대한 운전자의 조정관리가 필요하나 PID 연산을 기초로 하는 디지털 거버너와 달리 유압식 거버너는 안정도의 조정 방식에서 큰 차이가 있다. 이러한 관계의 이해에는 실물장치의 유압식 거버너로 직접 실습하는 것이 효과적이나 엔진을 구동해야 하는 등 현실적인 어려움이 있으므로 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 모듈의 방법으로 안정도 등의 조정 실습이 가능하도록 주요 특성을 구현하였다. 거버너 모듈에는 스피드 설정, 스피드드룹 및 니들밸브와 보상포인터 등의 조정 파라미터가 포함되었으며 2차 함수의 엔진 전달함수를 결합하였다. 이로부터 안정도에 관련되는 조정 파라미터를 가변시킬 때 얻어지는 시스템에서의 속도 및 연료량의 응답 결과를 분석한 결과 제시된 모듈이 유압기계식 거버너의 제작자가 정하고 있는 니들밸브 및 보상지침의 일반적인 조정절차를 따라 조정 실습이 가능한 특성을 나타낸다는 것을 확인하였다.

Sensorless IPMSM Control Based on an Extended Nonlinear Observer with Rotational Inertia Adjustment and Equivalent Flux Error Compensation

  • Mechanical and electrical parameter uncertainties cause dynamic and static estimation errors of the rotor speed and position, resulting in performance deterioration of sensorless control systems. This paper applies an extended nonlinear observer to interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSM) for the simultaneous estimation of the rotor speed and position. Two compensation methods are proposed to improve the observer performance against parameter uncertainties: an on-line rotational inertia adjustment approach that employs the gradient descent algorithm to suppress dynamic estimation errors, and an equivalent flux error compensation approach to eliminate static estimation errors caused by inaccurate electrical parameters. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is demonstrated by experimental tests.

간호관리료 차등제를 반영한 DRG수가 조정기전 개발 (Development of the DRG Fee Adjustment Mechanism Reflecting Nurse Staffing Grades)

  • Purpose: Korean health insurance extended application of the Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) payment system to tertiary and general hospitals from July, 2013. This study was done to develop a DRG fee adjustment mechanism applied to levels of nurse staffing to assure quality nursing service. Methods: Nurse stafffing grades among hospitals in Korea were analyzed. Differences and ratio of inpatient costs by nurse staffing grades in DRG fees and differences of DRG fee between tertiary and general hospitals were compared. Results: In 2013, nurse staffing grades in tertiary and general hospitals had improved, but other hospital nurse staffing grades remained at the 2001 level. Gaps of inpatient costs between first and seventh nurse staffing grades were over 10% in 4 out of 7 DRG diagnosis; However differences of DRG fee between tertiary and general hospitals were only 4.51% and 4.72% respectively. A DRG fee adjustment mechanism was developed that included nurse staffing grades and hospitalization days as factors of the formula. Conclusion: Current DRG fees motivate hospitals to decrease nurse staffing grades because cost reduction is bigger than compensation. This DRG fee adjustment mechanism reflects nurse staffing supply to motivate hospitals to hire more nurses as a reasonable compensation system.

보고이익전략이 비대칭적 경영자 성과-보상 민감도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Reporting Earnings Strategy on Asymmetric CEO Performance-Compensation Sensitivity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경영자의 능력과 경영자 성과-보상 민감도 간의 관련성에 보고이익전략이 미치는 조절효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 경영자의 보고이익전략에 따른 경영성과의 조정 방향은 상향조정과 하향조정 모두 발생할 수 있으며, 상향 조정과 하향 조정에 따라 경영자 보상에 미치는 영향이 차별적일 것으로 예상되어 분석한 결과, 과대보고를 위한 보고이익전략은 기대와 동일하게 상향조정 된 경영성과에 따라 보상을 지급하였으므로 성과에 근거한 차별적인 보상이 지급되지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 반면에 과소보고를 위한 전략은 성과에 근거한 성과-보상 민감도를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 과소보고전략은 경영자의 능력에 따른 보고전략의 수행에 대하여 추가적인 보상이 지급되어 보상의 수준은 증가하지만, 이러한 유형의 보상이 경영자의 실제 성과와는 무관하므로 성과-보상 민감도를 감소시킬 것이라는 가설을 지지하며, 보고이익전략에 따른 경영성과의 상향 및 하향 조정에 대해 차별적인 보상이 이루어진다는 것을 간접적으로 확인한 결과이다.

Sensorless Control of PMSM by a Four-Switch Inverter with Compensation of Voltage Distortion and Adjustment of Position Estimation Gain

  • This paper proposes performance improvement schemes for sensorless PMSM control drive using a four-switch three-phase inverter (so-called B4 inverter). In the proposed scheme, the back-EMF estimation-based sensorless control algorithm is used to control the brushless PMSM without position sensors. In order to have stable operation, this paper presents a gain adjustment scheme that compensates the reduction of stable sensorless operation range as long as the rotor speed increases. In B4 topology, the center point of dc-link capacitors is connected to 3-phase load, and it is prone to have the load current distortion. Hence, to mitigate this problem, a distortion compensation scheme by modifying voltage commands using measured dc-link potentials is proposed in this paper. The validity of the proposed method is evaluated by simulations and experiments.

  • With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the uncooperativeness between economy and ecological environment has become an obstacle to the progress of the society. Due to the limitations in terms of scale, source of funds and quality, the present ecological compensation mode doesn't realize the planned effects. In this paper, a new framework and mechanism of ecological compensation has been proposed, which could guide the adjustment and improvement of the present policies based on the analysis of implementation to meet the demand for environmental management in Erhai, so as to achieve the co-existence between human beings and nature.

전자제품생산의 조정고정을 위한 지능형 제어알고리즘 (Intelligent Control Algorithm for the Adjustment Process During Electronics Production)

  • A neural network based control algorithm with fuzzy compensation is proposed for the automated adjustment in the production of electronic end-products. The process of adjustment is to tune the variable devices in order to examine the specified performances of the products ready prior to packing. Camcorder is considered as a target product. The required test and adjustment system is developed. The adjustment system consists of a NNC(neural network controller), a sub-NNC, and an auxiliary algorithm utilizing the fuzzy logic. The neural network is trained by means of errors between the outputs of the real system and the network, as well as on the errors between the changing rate of the outputs. Control algorithm is derived to speed up the learning dynamics and to avoid the local minima at higher energy level, and is able to converge to the global minimum at lower energy level. Many unexpected problems in the application of the real system are resolved by the auxiliary algorithms. As the adjustments of multiple items are related to each other, but the significant effect of performance by any specific item is not observed. The experimental result shows that the proposed method performs very effectively and are advantageous in simple architecture, extracting easily the training data without expertise, adapting to the unstable system that the input-output properties of each products are slightly different, with a wide application to other similar adjustment processes.

마모공정에 대한 정량 보정계획 (A Fixed Amount Compensation Plan for a Tool Wear Process)

  • A fixed amount compensator is proposed for a process with a linear tool wear function. A Cost model is constructed which involve process adjustment cost and quality loss. Symmetric and asymmetric quadratic functions of the deviation of a quality measurement from the nominal target value are considered as the quality loss functions. Methods of finding optimal values of initial setting and compensation limit are presented and a numerical example is given.
