보건간호사의 조직문화와 업무성과 간의 관계: 셀프 리더십의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Self-leadership in the Relationship between Public Health Nurses' Organizational Culture and Their Job Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to enhance organizational competitiveness of health centers as well as private medical institutions serving as public health and medical institutions. It tries to help them to cope with the requirements from health consumers, to enhance public health nurses' job performance, Methods: After verifying the reliability of the tool, confirmatory factor analysis was used to detect a model, in which valid path coefficients exist among variables. The detected model was then selected as the subject and its validity was verified. Finally, a structural equation model was applied to verify whether the estimate was suitable for the purpose of this research. Results: As for the nursing organizational culture, the public health nurses considered relation-oriented culture the most desirable. As for the self-leadership, they considered self-compensation the most desirable. It was found that mediating effects of self-leadership was partially significant. Conclusion: To enhance job performance, it is necessary to make a transition from the organizational culture to the relation-oriented culture and it is also necessary to develop a program capable of reinforcing self-leadership. In addition, it is necessary to conduct a research to verify whether such a developed self-leadership program is influential on job performance enhancement.

이용자 행태 분석을 통한 병동부 체류 공간에 관한 건축계획 연구 - 근로복지공단병원 병동부 공용공간을 중심으로 (A Study on the Architectural Planning for Space for Stay in the Ward Based on the Analysis of User Behavior - Chronic Patient Ward in Korea Workers' Compensation Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study is focus on investigation of user's spontaneous behavior in the public space of ward where chronic patients are hospitalized. Methods: The notion and necessity of social healing environment is analyzed by literature review. User's location and behaviour are investigated for analyzing behavior by visiting the six wards. Results: The result 1) Stay is main behavior of users. 2) The frequency of stay is high in the place where are planned as the dayroom, the program room and the balcony. 3) In the corridor, the users are staying around court and single side corridor. And the users who are staying in the ward planned middle corridor and double corridor are spreaded all over the corridor. As the result of the analysis of correlation between frequency of user for stay and area of public space, 4) The area of the dayroom, the program room and the balcony is bigger, the frequency of users are higher. 5) There is no correlation between area of corridor and frequency of users. 6) When the density of user is highest in the place for stay, one person occupied $1.96m^2$. Implications: Hereafter the public space, which social healing environment is considered, is planned, this study could suggest the directions of architectural planning about area.

소형 FWD와 반복평판재하시험에서의 변형계수(Ev2)와의 상관관계 평가 (Evaluation of correlation between Strain mudulus (Ev2) and Deformation modulus (ELFWD) Using Cyclic Plate loading Test and LFWD)

  • 본 논문에서는 국내 건설현장 29개 지점에서 국내 철도노반 다짐품질관리 방법인 반복평판재하시험과 LFWD(Light Falling Weight Deflection)에서 구한 변형률계수(Ev2)와 변형계수($E_{LFWD}$)에 대하여 응력보정을 통해 자갈재료와 사질토에 대하여 상관성을 비교하였다. 실험결과 대부분 다짐품질관리 기준을 만족하고 있으며, 입상재료의 경우 관리기준치에 약 3배이상 값을 나타내었다. 두 시험방법에 따른 상관성은 토사의 경우에는 서로 상관성이 높은 것으로 나타났지만, 강성이 상대적으로 큰 입상재료의 경우 두 시험간의 상관성이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시험방법 별로 탄성계수를 구하여 응력상태를 보정한 후 회귀 분석한 결과 응력 보정하지 않는 조건보다 상관성이 더 높게 나타났다.

해외 소셜 미디어에 나타난 시니어 패션과 심리적 특성 (A Study on Seniors' Fashion and Psychological Characteristics Shown at Overseas Social Media)

  • This study aims to examine the formative characteristics of seniors' fashion in overseas social media, and look into the psychological characteristics of seniors by analyzing the emotions and the characteristics of psychological mechanism in seniors' fashion. The study methods include statistical analysis and content analysis for literary study and data analysis. For data analysis, statistical and content analyses were conducted to analyze 992 data collected from Advanced style, Facebook, and Instagram for 4 years from 2013 to 2016. In formative features shown at overseas social media, circle and square silhouette, achromatic color and warm color, showy tone color, soft material, horizontal details, plain and natural patterns, cap and sunglasses production, and sophisticated elegance styles appeared high. The emotional characteristics in senior's fashion had a silhouette that expressed stability, color that expressed passion, love, happiness, joy, hope and comfort. Materials were expressed by the emotions of dependence and attachment, details were expressed by stable, maternal, calm, comfortable and harmonious emotions. Patterns were expressed by the images of beauty, love, fruit and psychological stability. Accessories were expressed by young and characterful images. Style expressed the emotions of trust, pride, longing, intoxication and ecstasy. The characteristics of psychological mechanism used such shapes and patterns as flower, heart and lips to symbolize the emotions of love, humor, and fun. Young and trendy fashion were expressed in compensation for aging. Kitsch and kidult style was expressed by regression. Elegance fashion was expressed by the sublimation of pride, trust and intoxication.

  • 다양한 소비자의 요구에 따라 가공된 제품을 좀더 신속하고 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 공작기계 내 자동계측장치를 적용하는 사례가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 자동 계측으로 가장 많이 활용되는 접촉식 측정 프로브는 주로 공작물의 가공 원점을 설정하고, 정확한 치수 검사를 통한 불량유무 판정 및 보상가공에 많이 활용된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기기상 자동계측장치인 접촉식 측정 프로브를 활용하여 가공된 형상을 신속하고 정확하게 측정하는 방법을 연구하였으며 이를 위하여 가장 많이 활용되는 홀 측정 사이클에 대한 매크로 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 측정 시 홀의 진원도 오차에 따라 발생할 수 있는 편심량을 시뮬레이션하여 분석하였으며 본 연구의 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여 기기상에서 개발된 홀 측정 매크로 프로그램을 이용하여 홀플레이트에 대한 측정이 이루어졌으며, 진원도 오차에 따른 편심량을 검증하였다.

건설CALS시스템에 전자정부 표준프레임워크 적용을 위한 사전 고찰 (Preliminary Investigation for Apply of e-Government Framework at the Construction CALS System)

  • 건설CALS시스템은 건설 공사의 기획 설계 시공 단계에서 발생되는 다양한 정보를 발주처와 시공업체에 제공하는 업무지원 시스템으로써 건설CALS포탈, 건설인허가, 건설사업관리, 시설물유지관리, 용지보상인 5개 단위 시스템으로 구성되어있다. 국토교통부 및 관련 연구진들은 CALS시스템의 중장기 운영 전략 수립 및 최신 IT기술 접목과 같은 서비스 개선 방안을 제시하는 등 시스템 활용률을 높이고자 많은 자원을 투자 하였다. 그러나 단위 시스템의 서로 상이한 개발 환경을 고려하지 않은 서비스 개선 방안들이 전체 시스템의 유지관리 및 개발비용을 증가시키고 데이터 처리속도를 감소시키는 원인 중 하나로 파악되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 단위 시스템의 개발 환경을 통일 시킬 수 있는 전자정부 표준프레임워크를 소개하고 SW개발비용 산정도구인 기능점수(Function Point)를 이용하여 건설CALS시스템에 전자정부 표준 프레임워크의 적용 가능성 및 경제적 효율성을 분석하였다.

차세대 이동통신 시스템을 위한 PAPR 감소와 대역 내 왜곡보정 기법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the PAPR Reduction and In-Band Distortion Compensation Schemes for Next Generation Mobile Communication Systems)

  • 차세대 이동통신 시스템은 다양한 서비스를 지원하기 위해 다양한 분야에서 연구되며 응용되고 있다. 차세대 이동통신 시스템 연구에 있어 최대 관심은 다양한 통신시스템의 통합과 빠른 데이터 전송을 이용한 다양한 서비스의 제공이다. 통신시스템의 통합은 Multi Standard Modem을 이용하여 연구되고 있으며, 다양한 서비스 제공을 위한 빠른 데이터 전송은 OFDM(Othogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 방식이 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 이동통신을 위한 Multi Standard Modem을 이용하여 PAPR(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio)을 감소시키기 위한 방법을 제안하고, PAPR 감소 중 발생되는 문제점인 대역 내 왜곡을 EVM(Error Vector Magnitude)을 이용하여 보정하는 기법을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 방법을 이용하여 차세대 이동통신 시스템의 PAPR 감소 효율, CCDF(Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function)와 BER(Bit Error Rate) 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석했다. 시뮬레이션 결과 차세대 이동통신 시스템의 성능이 개선됨을 알 수 있다.

Posterior dental compensation and occlusal function in adults with different sagittal skeletal malocclusions

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to compare posterior tooth inclinations, occlusal force, and contact area of adults with different sagittal malocclusions. Methods: Transverse skeletal parameters and posterior tooth inclinations were evaluated using cone beam computed tomography images, and occlusal force as well as contact area were assessed using pressure-sensitive films in 124 normodivergent adults. A linear mixed model was used to cluster posterior teeth into maxillary premolar, maxillary molar, mandibular premolar, and mandibular molar groups. Differences among Class I, II, and III groups were compared using an analysis of variance test and least significant difference post-hoc test. Correlations of posterior dental inclinations to occlusal function were analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis. Results: In male subjects, maxillary premolars and molars had the smallest inclinations in the Class II group while maxillary molars had the greatest inclinations in the Class III group. In female subjects, maxillary molars had the smallest inclinations in the Class II group, while maxillary premolars and molars had the greatest inclinations in the Class III group. Occlusal force and contact area were not significantly different among Class I, II, and III groups. Conclusions: Premolar and molar inclinations showed compensatory inclinations to overcome anteroposterior skeletal discrepancy in the Class II and III groups; however, their occlusal force and contact area were similar to those of Class I group. In subjects with normodivergent facial patterns, although posterior tooth inclinations may vary, difference in occlusal function may be clinically insignificant in adults with Class I, II, and III malocclusions.

Disability Evaluation of the Pain : The Present and Prospect in Korea

  • Objective : Pain has long been regarded as a subjective symptom. Recently, however, some regard a type of intractable chronic pain as a disease. Furthermore, chronic persistent pain becomes a cause of permanent impairment (PI) In 6th edition, the American Medical Association (AMA) Guides has rated the pain as a PI. In Korea, pain has been already been rated as a PI. Here, we examined the present status and the prospect of disability evaluation for the pain in Korea. Methods : Pain can be rated as a PI by the Workmen's Compensation Insurance Act (WCIA) and Patriots and Veterans Welfare Corporation Act (PVWCA) in Korea. We examined the definition, diagnostic criteria and grades of the pain related disability (PRD) in these two acts. We also examined legal judgments, which were made in 2005 for patients with severe pain. We also compared the acts and the judgments to the criteria of the 6th AMA Guides. Results : The PRD can berated as one of the 4 grades according to the WCIA. The provisions of the law do not limit the pain only for the complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). The PRD can berated as one of the 3 grades by the PVWCA. If there were objective signs such as osteoporosis, joint contracture and muscle atrophy corresponding to the CRPS, the grade is rated as 6. When the pain always interferes with one's job except easy work,the grade is rated as high as 5. In Korea, judicial precedents dealt the pain a sa permanent disability in 2005. Conclusion : Although there were no objective criteria for evaluation of the PRD, pain has been already rated as a PI by the laws or judicial precedents, in Korea. Thus, we should regulate the Korean criteria of PRD like the AMA 6th edition. We also should develop the objective tools for evaluation of the PRD near in future.

추가적인 센서가 필요 없는 3상 PWM 인버터의 LCL 필터 능동댐핑 (Active Damping of LCL Filter for Three-phase PWM Inverter without Additional Hardware Sensors)

  • In this paper, a new active damping method of LCL filter without capacitor voltage sensors is proposed for 3 phase PWM Inverter. Normally, L filter or LCL filter is used as an output filter of grid connected PWM inverter. An LCL filter has more excellent performance than L filter to reduce harmonic current, so the small inductance value can be used. However, the resonance problem in LCL filter is happen due to the zero impedance by the addition of LC branch. To solve the resonance problem, the various active damping method has been proposed so far. Generally, the virtual resistor active damping methods is required to additional hardware sensors for measurement of capacitor voltage and current. In this paper, the new active damping method is proposed without any capacitor voltage or current sensors. In the proposed method, the resonance component of the capacitor voltage of LCL filter can be observed by a simple MRAS(Model Reference Adaptive System) observer without additional hardware sensors, and this component is suppressed by feedforward compensation. The validity of the proposed method is proven by simulation and experiment on the 3-phase PWM inverter system.
