기업의 무형자산이 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 코스닥 상장 중견기업을 중심으로 (A Study of the Effect of Intangible Asset on Firm Value : Focused on KOSDAQ-Listed Medium-Sized Companies)

  • According to the growing importance of science and technology policy, investment in research and development (R&D) has been increased. In this context, a patent as one of outcome of firm's systematic R&D investment is the way to hold a dominant position in companies' technology competitiveness and also to protect technology right. This study attempts to find the effects of input resources and intellectual property production activity on company value. It conducted empirical analysis based on 238 KOSDAQ-listed and medium-sized firms. Using the previous research, this study configurated research variables about activity of patent production, company value, and input of resources. Through these variables, it aims to know the effect of input of resources and activity of patent production on company value. First, the result of regression analysis shows that R&D cost has the positive effect on a patent production and sales promotion cost positively affects on the registration of the trademark. Second, the output of regression analysis indicates that a patent has the positive effect on company value but a trademark has not. With regard to the input of resources, R&D cost has the influence on company value but sales promotion cost has not. This study attempts to find the effectiveness of company's intellectual property registration on its value and suggests a way that the systematic R&D investment contributes the growth of company value.

중.소규모 사업장의 안전관리 실태 분석 (Analysis on The Actual Conditions of Safety Management about Small & Midium sized Company)

  • Small & medium sized company is the most efficient way of management to prevent my accident in the area of industry. Employees are more than 30 to less than 50 persons and which is liable for securing a safety manager on site, is gradually seen on the surface. Even a small company is nothing less than a dead zone from a safety since it's free from his obligation of employing a safety manager. Let us now think about the effective measures against a industrial accident by collecting, reviewing a variety of preventive measures, which is being carried out for preventing an industrial accident happening in a small company, and comparing, analyzing the effect according to the respective measures. Through this research, it's expected to contribute to both the development of small & medium sized company and our national economy with the improvement of a company's competitiveness and the accumulation of technical background by way of prevention from occurring industrial accident in a small & medium sized company, in accordance with an friendly environment of work room to protect the employee from leaving his job.

  • Recently the paradigm of business management has changed. The businesses have restored to ERP or BPR to integrate their information system. But now they are trying to find out a new competitiveness in tacit knowledge of individuals. The creative company has come to put much weigh on the value of their employee′s "non-patternized" knowledge. And this trend has seen a development into a theory of knowledge management in which "non-patternized" knowledge, along with explicit knowledge, is also considered as a source of competitiveness. With the hypothesis that the recognition of the knowledge management and the utilization of the information technology will have influence on the integration of the integrating the information system information system into a new phase, this study carries out a research on the effects of knowledge management and information technology on management achievement. According to this study the distribution of knowledge has an effect on the integration of information system and management achievement. The asset of knowledge, however, has little effect on them. This means that the recognition of the asset of knowledge alone can't affect the management achievement, but when combined with the recognition of the distribution of knowledge, it can have influence on the management achievement. Thus, a company has to enhance the recognition of the distribution of knowledge. And with this, a company can have a business management based on management achievement and the integration of information system utilizing information technology and the recognition of knowledge management. A company has to promote it business achievement by integrating the information system utilizing information technology and recognizing knowledge management.

  • 급변하는 세계 경제환경 하에서 생존과 발전을 지속하기 위해서는 우리 나라 정기선사도 신속한 변화와 대응이 필요하다. 즉 개방화 및 자율화의 큰 흐름으로 급변하는 세계적인 해운환경의 변화에 맞추어 우리 나라의 해운산업정책토 종전의 보호와 폐쇄위주의 정책에서 점진적으로 개방과 자율화로 그 기조가 변화되어 가고 있으며 국제해상운송을 담당하고 있는 정기선사들 역시 원가절감과 고객서비스의 제고라는 화주의 요구에 부응하기 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 즉, 한편에서는 규모의 경제를 통한 원가절감을 위해 대형컨테이너선의 투입을 늘리는 동시에 다른 한편에서는 선사들간 전략적 제휴를 통해 서비스항로의 범위와 서비스 빈도를 확대하고 지역별로 서비스를 특화하는 등 화주의 다양한 고객서비스 요구에도 부응하려는 경향이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라 정기선사의 국제경쟁력을 파악하려는데 그 목적이 있으며 정기선사에 의하여 이루어지는 정기선운송을 그 대상으로 하였다.

TOE 프레임워크를 활용한 RPA 도입 의도에 미치는 영향 요인 연구 - 중소기업 규모의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on Factors Affecting the Degree of RPA Patching Using the TOE Framework - Focusing on the Effect of Adjusting the Size of Small and Medium-sized Businesses -)

  • Purpose: By empirically analyzing factors that affect the intention to introduce RPA, we aim to increase understanding of RPA introduction in small and medium-sized businesses and contribute to establishing an effective introduction strategy. The aim is to improve the company's productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen its competitiveness. It also provides policy recommendations for the introduction of RPA. Methods: A survey was conducted to examine whether the technical, organizational, and environmental factors of the TOE framework had an impact on the intention to adopt RPA. We also used stepwise regression analysis to determine whether firm size moderates this relationship. Results: Technical factors, organizational factors, and environmental factors were all found to have a significant impact on small and medium-sized enterprises' intention to adopt RPA. It was confirmed that company size has a moderating effect affecting the intention to adopt RPA. In particular, customer pressure, relative advantage, competitive pressure, age, government support, and the perceived ease of use of RPA was a key determinant of its adoption by small and medium-sized enterprises. Conclusion: This suggests that small and medium-sized businesses should comprehensively consider technical, organizational, and environmental factors when introducing RPA. It is expected to increase understanding of RPA introduction in small and medium-sized businesses, contribute to establishing effective introduction strategies, and contribute to improving company productivity, reducing costs, and strengthening competitiveness.

자동차산업(自動車産業)의 하도급제(下都給制) 실태분석(實態分析) (Analysis of Actual Condition on Subcontracting System in Korean Automotive Industry)

  • 1987년의 민주화조치(民主化措置) 이후 발생한 임금(賃金)의 급격한, 그리고 지속적인 상승은 비용우위(費用優位)의 약화를 야기하였고 이에 더하여 3저기간(低期間)의 무역수지흑자(貿易收支黑子)는 원화(貨)의 절상(切上)을 유발하여 우리 상품(商品)의 수출단가상승(輸出單價上昇)을 증폭시켰다. 새로운 경쟁우위(競爭優位)를 발굴하는 것이 우리 경제(經濟)의 당면과제(當面課題)인바 당분간은 비용우위유지(費用優位維持)가 우리 산업(産業)의 기본경쟁전략(基本競爭戰略)이 되어야 할 것이다. 이때의 비용우위(費用優位)는 기술(技術)의 뒷받침을 통하여 제품단가(製品單價)를 낮추는 것을 의미하며 이는 과거 저임금(低賃金)에 의존하던 비용우위유지(費用優位維持)와는 다른 것이다. 구체적(具體的) 방안(方案)의 하나로 기업간(企業間) 생산분업(生産分業)의 효율적(效率的) 조직화(組織化)를 생각해 볼 수 있다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 목적(目的)은 기업간(企業間) 생산분업(生産分業)으로서의 하도급(下都給)이 어떠한 형태(形態)로 운영되고 있는지 그리고 최근의 경제여건변화(經濟與件變化)에 대응하여 어떠한 방향(方向)으로 진전되고 있는지를 파악해 보는 데 있다. 구체적으로 모기업(母企業)과 수급기업간(受給企業間)의 교섭력(交涉力)의 차이, 수급기업(受給企業)의 모기업(母企業)에 대한 기술력(技術力)의 기여(寄與) 정도, 대외경쟁력(對外競爭力)의 약화(弱化)에 대응한 양자간(兩者間)의 협력관계(協力關係) 형성(形成), 새로운 경쟁우위(競爭優位)를 회복하기 위한 인식형성(認識形成)과 구체적 방안(方案)에 대한 견해(見解) 등을 하도급제(下都給制) 생산방식(生産方式)에 참여하고 있는 개별기업(個別企業)들에 대한 설문조사(設問調査)를 통하여 파악해 보고자 하였다. 설문조사(設問調査)의 결과(結果)에 따르면 자동차산업(自動車産業)의 하도급(下都給)이 경쟁력회복(競爭力回復)에 긍정적(肯定的)으로 작용(作用)하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • In order to promote social responsibility, a company reads to engage in various activities to increase their competitiveness to ensure stable and continuous development. One of the activities is to input human/material resources in order to draw and develop the core abilities of member for the productivity improvement of the company. This study is concerned with capability improvement of members in relation to core company performance, the focus of the study is to identify how education training in a company may contribute to team performance by leaning transfer through empirical study. As a result of this study, it was found that the personality of members, as well as the training programs, within the company can be a significant factor for improving productivity and performance of the company. In addition, team members noted that learning transfer take place when effectively lead through the leadership of a boss and identified that this leadership ultimately has a significant effect on team performance.

  • With the dawn of the 21st century, the corporate business environment started to witness the unprecedented, intense competition on global basis. As a result, the kind of corporate business activity that can respond swiftly to the new changes emerged as one of the most critical factors to increase corporate competitiveness. Being reborn as a strategy-focused organization means seeking innovation. And the strategy not involving innovation is just meaningless. It is this innovation that lies at the heart of the corporate strategy, and that is the only way for continuation of the corporation. The most important pending issue facing companies today is to bolster corporate competencies fit for new business environment, to develop corporate culture required for getting competitiveness edge back, and ultimately to put the company on the continued growth path. Corporate culture, as the very underlying belief and philosophy, is not just woven into the fabric of the corporate management strategy and into the way the company is doing its business. It also, as a regulation and norm for its employees to stick by, affects the way they think and behave. This paper aims at presenting the role of the corporate culture in working out problems encountered by companies today, like corporate innovation, instilling vitality to the organization, beefing up the underlying corporate capabilities, and making transformation required by the changing business environment.

  • Manufacturing enterprises have been doing their best endeavors to obtain competitiveness using various methodologies, such as information technology. In order to achieve competitiveness, they are adopting manufacturing execution system (MES). MES is a total management system that manages from the beginning of the production by product order until the quality inspection of the finished product. And MES is an inter-mediator for supplementation of information gap between ERP and inspection machine and equipment. This paper describes on establishment of effective strategy based on BPR methodology and implementation of MES small and medium PCB manufacturing company with multiple-types of products and mixed process flows. And then we proposed evaluation model based on balanced score card (BSC) for considering non-finance elements as well as finance elements. With evaluation model, we analyzed benefits and effects of MES.
