소비자의 지각된 가치와 컬래버레이션 제품반응에 대한 브랜드 신뢰성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Brand Trust on Consumers' Perceived Value and Collaboration Product Response)

  • 기업 간의 비교 우위를 판단하고 공유하여 상호 보완하고자 하는 컬래버레이션이 요즘은 동종 업계뿐 아니라 이종업계 간에 일상적이지 않은 새롭고 이색적인 컬래버레이션으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 트렌드는 즐거움과 재미를 바탕으로 소비자들의 관심을 증대시키고 있다. 그러나 이색적인 컬래버레이션이 지속적으로 긍정적인 효과를 이끌 수는 없으며 오히려 모든 기업들이 컬래버레이션을 하다보면 역효과가 나타날 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 소비자의 반응이 항상 긍정적일 수는 없기 때문에 소비자의 이해를 기반으로 소비가치와 브랜드 신뢰성을 통해 컬래버레이션의 제품태도와 구매의도에 대한 소비자반응을 탐색적으로 조사하였다. 그 결과 브랜드 신뢰성이 컬래버레이션을 구매하고자 하려는 의도와 제품태도에 브랜드 신뢰성이 매개 역할을 하였다. 본 연구는 소비가치와 브랜드 간의 협업제품에 대한 관계를 살펴봄으로써, 기업의 입장에서는 소비자의 이해를 기반으로 이색적인 컬래버레이션 전략을 통한 브랜드 관리와 전략을 수립하는데 실무적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

S 플라스틱 사출성형 공장에서 새로운 생산/배송 방법에 의한 수익증가의 연구 (A Study on the Profit Increase through a New Production/Distribution Method at S Plastic Injection Molding Factory)

  • S plastic injection molding factory located at Namdong Industrial Complex in Incheon produces plastic parts for semiconductor, vacuum cleaners, office furniture, etc. It produces the parts to customers' order and delivers them directly to customers at due dates using the trucks of freight company. In recent years, it has been suffered from the excessive production cost, high lost sales rate, rigid response to customers' order, and high delivery cost, which affect negatively on its profit. This paper introduces a case study on the profit increase through a newly proposed production and distribution method which applies a make-to-stock and multi-visit delivery strategy at S plastic injection molding factory. The proposed method is evaluated by comparing with the current method with respect to sales profit using the historical data of customer demand. It is confirmed through the computational experiments that the proposed production and distribution method yields almost double increase in profit resulted from the increased production, reduced lost sales, reduced production cost, and reduced delivery cost.

중국의 무역관련 정책 변화가 현지 진출 한국계 기업의 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact of China's Trade-related Policy Changes on Export Performance of Korean Manufacturing Companies in China)

  • 2000년 이후 중국 정부의 무역 관련 정책의 변화 요인은 기업에 상당한 부담이 될 것이라고 선행연구에서 밝히고 있다. 그러나 선행연구들의 상당수가 법리분석에 따른 대응전략 도출에 국한되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 현지 한국계 기업을 대상으로 수출성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증분석하여 중국 시장에 진출하고자 하는 기업과 진출해 있는 기업에 시사점을 제공함과 동시에 향후의 대응전략 모색에 기여하고자 하는 것에 목적이다. 연구결과 기업의 수출성과에 영향을 가장 많이 미치는 요인은 노무정책 요인이었으며 다음은 환율정책 요인이었다. 결국 중국에 진출한 한국계 기업의 상당수는 환율정책 요인의 변동으로 인해 많은 영향도 받지만 저렴한 인건비를 목적으로 진출한 생산형 기업이 상당수이므로 그에 대한 기업 및 정부차원의 대응전략 모색이 필요하다.

  • A fundamental concepts of business environment changes and the importance of stakeholder's value creation is changing in the business. This study ISO9004: 2009 quality management system of Category 5: Strategy and Policy, Category 10: improvement, innovation and learning (Note) SBK target was to develop a model that is the company's sustained success. Three concepts of the new revision of ISO9004" in response to environmental changes," "learning", "innovation" (Note) SBK applied to the project settings and talent establish long-term vision was to establish the process as the organization's learning content was TDR for the creation of exceptional and innovative programs were introduced. As a result, (Note) SBK three years of continuous business performance indicator has grown dramatically to more than 50% continued success is going to create business models. But 100 years to accomplish the vision, ISO9004 model needs to extends the entire category as a management system to achieve the optimization needed.

모바일 서비스에서 확장된 기술수용모형을 활용한 유·무료의 조절효과 분석 (Moderating effects of charging on an expanded technology acceptance model in mobile service)

  • In this paper, we propose a strategy of charging by analyzing the difference of path coefficient according to whether consumers are free or not, rather than presenting strategies for charging. Mobile devices have become so popular that they are called necessities. Companies have to adapt to the mobile environment and respond to the situation, and have to expand market opportunities strategically. In this study, we extend the technology acceptance model to analyze the incentives of consumers' behavior by analyzing the difference in the effect consumers perceive as a moderating variable, whether paid or free. Efforts to maximize company's inherent profit continue, and in particular, charging is a strategy that all companies should pursue in the mobile environments. It is necessary to grasp the degree of the consumer's response to free and charge. The model of satisfaction with the continuous use and the word-of-mouth intention, which is the behavior intention, is presented by adding parameters of satisfaction to the technology acceptance model. In addition, we try to derive implications by analyzing the influence of moderating effects of whether free or not.

글로벌 기업의 공급사슬보안 및 위험관리전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Supply Chain Security and Risk Management Strategies of Global Companies)

  • Since the 9/11 terror attack, the event which caused supply chain disruption, supply chain security has becomes more important than ever before. Furthermore, such company's logistics strategies conflicting supply chain security as increased global sourcing, JIT manufacturing are increasing supply chain vulnerability. It could burden for global companies to strengthen supply chain security because not only it requires additional investment cost but also changes of companiy's global logistics strategy. However, on the other hand, supply chain visibility and resilience can be improved through supply chain security. In addition, it allows companies to stabilize supply chain structure as well as rapid and flexible response to market demand. The key issue is balancing between efficiency and supply chain security. To do this, identifying risk elements under the supply chain and assessing vulnerability of each supply chain components should be performed before developing efficient supply chain security management system without obstructing supply chain efficiency.

중대재해처벌법의 건설업 적용 문제점 및 대응방안 (Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction Industry Application of the Serious Accident Punishment Act)

  • The Act on the Punishment of Serious Accidents to Prevent Large-scale Disasters, including Ferry Sewol and Taean Thermal Power Plant, passed the National Assembly on January 8, 2021, and has been in effect since January 27, 2022. However, the law, in which the representative of the headquarters is unlimitedly responsible for each worker's accident, is somewhat unreasonable at a time when a company owns dozens to hundreds of construction sites due to the nature of the construction industry. I agree with the purpose of enacting the law to reduce chronic serious accidents at construction sites, but it is necessary to carefully reconsider the implementation of the law in that punishment alone cannot achieve industrial safety. Previous studies focused on revising the Occupational Safety and Health Act, but there are few studies on the impact on the construction industry after the implementation of the Serious Accident Act. Therefore, this study attempts to derive problems related to the application of the Serious Accident Act and present improvement measures. To this end, after analyzing previous studies, SWOT analysis was performed by applying the Delphi method to derive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In addition, the results of two surveys of safety experts such as public institutions, academia, and companies were reflected, and its countermeasures were presented as follows. S/O strategy: establishing on-site execution capabilities of health and safety management system; W/O strategy: expanding legal and system execution checks; S/T strategy: establishing a risk response system; W/T strategy: expanding consulting by external specialized institutions

GM과 현대자동차의 중국 내 합작 연구소의 기술적 능력에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Technical Capabilities of General Motors and Hyundai Motor's Joint Venture Research Institutes in China)

  • 본 논문은 GM과 현대차의 세계화 과정의 특징, 특히 중국 진출 과정에서의 특징을 합작 연구소를 통해 살펴본다. 중국의 대규모 시장과 50:50의 합작기업 형태로 인해 두 기업은 중국 정부의 연구개발 기능 현지화 요구에 어떤 형태로든 대응을 해야 했으며, 이들의 대응은 합작 연구소의 역할에 영향을 준다. 중국측이 초기에 합작을 통해 기대했던 기술적 능력의 개선은 두 합작기업 모두에서 잘 나타나지 않았지만, 북경현대의 합작 연구소에 비해 상하이GM의 합작 연구소에서 상대적으로 기술적 능력의 진전이 있었다. 이 논문은 동일한 합작기업 형태임에도 불구하고 나타나는 두 합작 연구소의 기술적 능력의 차이를 중국 파트너의 역량과 모기업의 글로벌 전략의 차이로 설명하였다. 상하이GM의 중국 파트너인 SAIC는 상위 기업으로서 합작 초기부터 GM에게 기술 이전을 강력히 요구했을 뿐만 아니라, 자체적으로 기술적 능력의 향상에 노력을 기울인 반면, 북경현대의 중국 파트너인 BAIC는 중위 기업으로서 기술 이전을 크게 요구하지 않았고, 또한 자체적인 연구 기반도 미흡했다. 모기업의 글로벌 전략과 관련해서는, 두 기업 모두 연구개발의 핵심 영역은 모기업에서 통제하였지만, GM의 경우 중국의 합작 연구소를 중국 현지 및 신흥국 차량을 개발하는 데에 활용할 것을 적극적으로 고려하는 반면, 현대차의 경우 중국 내 독자 연구소를 통해 기술유출을 막는데 보다 주의를 기울이면서 중국 정부의 현지화 요구에 대응하였다. 이상의 논의는 기업의 세계화 과정이 모기업의 정책이 일방적으로 관철되면서 모기업과 자회사의 조화와 협력이 원활하게 달성되는 과정이라기보다는 모기업의 글로벌 전략과 자회사를 둘러싼 이해관계자들의 요구가 충돌되고 타협되는 정치적 과정이라는 점을 보여준다.

청음용 자동차 로드노이즈 추출 방법 연구 (A Study on Road Noise Extraction Methods for Listening)

  • This study pertains to the extraction of the road noise component of signals from a vehicle's interior noise via the traditional frequency domain and time domain system identification methods. For road noise extraction based on the frequency domain system identification method, the appropriate matrix inversion strategy is investigated and causal and non-causal impulse response filters are compared. Furthermore, appropriate data lengths for the frequency domain system identification method are investigated. In addition to the traditional road noise extraction methods based on frequency domain system identification, a new approach to extract road noise via the time domain system identification method based on a parametric input-output model is proposed and investigated in the present study. In this approach, instead of constructing a higher order model for the full-band road noise, input and output signals are processed in the subband domain and lower order parametric models optimal to each subband are determined. These parametric models are used to extract road noises in each subband; the full band road noise is then reconstructed from the subband road noises. This study shows that both the methods in the frequency domain and the time domain successfully extract the road noise from the vehicle's interior noise.

THEORETICAL FLOW ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TIME RESOLVED THC FORMATION WITH RESIDUAL GAS IN A DUAL CVVT ENGINE

  • Recently, a variable valve timing system has been widely adopted in internal combustion engine in order to improve the fuel economy and torque at low engine speed. In addition, it is known that varying valve timing according to the various engine operations could reduce exhaust gas, especially NOx, because of residual gas by valve overlap. In this study, to improve the low exhaust gas and fuel economy at part load condition, the residual gas and back flow of exhaust gas due to valve overlap were calculated computationally. Moreover, the characteristics of engine performances and NOx formations were investigated with the experiment of combination of intake and exhaust valve timing condition. Under these various valve operating conditions, the effects of both the positive valve overlap and negative valve overlap(valve underlap) were examined simultaneously. Finally, the characteristics of cyclic THC emission were analyzed by using Fast Response FID(FR-FID) in the cylinder, intake port and exhaust port positions. Besides, the effect of the different gradients of the valve timing change on engine performance was investigated and an optimum control strategy was suggested.
