  • Export controls on strategic items has been an international standard of trade. We should understand the global trend of this and perform clean policies in the international community. This article examines the Improvement of Competitiveness and International Export Control System of Strategic Items for focusing to Internal Compliance Program(ICP). Therefore, this study would like to suggest for build to ICP. Each member of company have to convert their perception for controling strategic items. Also, they have to build controling system in ERP system and extend Incentive for CPs. the support to the trustworthy controling system. Korea is actively trying to control strategic items export for world peace and national security. So the related enterprise needs to manage voluntary export system.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the necessary conditions and factors what effect as a society member through the students with disabilities to have a positive and mutual peer relationship with their classmates in the school and by them analyzed formation process and elucidate signification. The research method focused on the data summarized and enumerated through the investigation methods such as two in-depth interviews and two observation activities part, and the data which are commonly stated or observed in the data. The results of this study start that the factors of peer relationship formation between children with disabilities and their with non-disabled children are caused by lack of prejudice or lack of awareness. However, continuous cognizance improvement program, teacher's education guidance, the age have presence sense and subject about friend equating idea was mainly shown of school education or local community.

  • We are been overconcerned about the economic changes in the information society. But there is clear viewpoint that we should consider the social or familial changes in conjunction with the emergence of an 'information society'. Additionally, the introduction of new technologies, for example internet, WWW and their network community increase the change to family and family member's life. Thus, this paper is prepared to examine how the information process is presented in our family life. The whole paper has three sections. The first chapter introduce the author's topic and related viewpoints, and the second explored many aspects linked family life in information society. Finally the third chapter explained about the studied results like the information gap according th sex and age, the familism and the concept of child as reward/cost in the informationalized group.

  • As more and more the social environment change, the companies try to improve industrial structure. The role of enterprise changed direction from position power to communication power. Social contributed activity - representative of social responsible activities in companies - is means of communication with the community and new marketing strategy. The most important element of successful social contributed activity is member's volunteering minds. Volunteer mind based on practical behavioral philosophy. This is right people for company. In this paper, we discussed company social responsibility and suggested standard guide line for voluntary record reflection when the company hire new employees.

  • Two culture-independent methods, namely ribosomal DNA libraries and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE), were adopted to examine the microbial community of a Malaysian light crude oil. In this study, both 16S and 18S rDNAs were PCR-amplified from bulk DNA of crude oil samples, cloned, and sequenced. Analyses of restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and phylogenetics clustered the 16S and 18S rDNA sequences into seven and six groups, respectively. The ribosomal DNA sequences obtained showed sequence similarity between 90 to 100% to those available in the GenBank database. The closest relatives documented for the 16S rDNAs include member species of Thermoincola and Rhodopseudomonas, whereas the closest fungal relatives include Acremonium, Ceriporiopsis, Xeromyces, Lecythophora, and Candida. Others were affiliated to uncultured bacteria and uncultured ascomycete. The 16S rDNA library demonstrated predomination by a single uncultured bacterial type by >80% relative abundance. The predomination was confirmed by DGGE analysis.

  • The span record of cable-stayed bridges has exceeded 1,000 m, which makes research on the maximum possible span length of cable-stayed bridges an important topic in the engineering community. In this paper, span limit is discussed from two perspectives: the theoretical span limit determined by the strength-to-density ratio of the cable and girder, and the engineering span limit, which depends not only on the strength-to-density ratio of materials but also on the actual loading conditions. Closed form equations of both theoretical and engineering span limits of cable-stayed bridges determined by the cable and girder are derived and a detailed parametric analysis is conducted to assess the engineering span limit under current technical conditions. The results show that the engineering span limit of cable-stayed bridges is about 2,200 m based on materials used available today. The girder is the critical member restricting further increase in the span length; its compressive stress is the limiting factor. Approaches to increasing the engineering span limit are also presented based on the analysis results.

  • Objective: This study examined the experiences of pre-service Early Childhood teachers who participated in major-associated autonomous club activities. Methods: Participants were 31 students of the Department of Child Care at A University located in Gyeonggi-do, who participated in a major-associated autonomous music club activity. A content analysis was conducted to examine the meaning of the participation experience of pre-service Early Childhood teachers. Qualitative content analysis was the best method to analyze the meaning of their experience while participating in the activities. Results: The meaning of the experience of music club activities was organized into three categories: "enjoying abundant college life," "growing as a competent childcare teacher," and "being a responsible member of a community." Conclusion/Implications: The results show that pre-service Early Childhood teacher's participation in the activities of major-associated autonomous clubs has a positive impact on desirable changes in college life and adaptation to the department and on the growth of future professional Early Childhood teachers.

  • Singapore and Thailand have been rapidly ageing. There has been a growing demand for eldercarers in the home-setting for which migrant domestic workers have filled the role. This paper examines the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Consensus governing women migrant workers entering the eldercare sector. It argues that because the ASEAN Consensus is not legally binding, it only serves to reinforce the sovereignty of states in the treatment of migrant workers instead of member states acting in unison to ensure labour protections for this group; as a result, Singapore and Thailand do not feel the need to step up protections for this group of workers according to national labor laws and hence low-skilled women migrant workers entering the eldercare sector continue to be vulnerable to labour abuses. Thus as with globalization, the ASEAN Economic Community manifests the paradox of borders: that while states are economically interconnected and interdependent, they are simultaneously disconnected and independent from each other.

  • In Europe most Earth Observation (EO) data users rely on several EO missions, both to increase sustainability of their service and to widen the range of observation parameters. In addition to its own missions such as ERS 1 &2, ENVISAT and the Earth Explorers, ESA therefore offers access to the scientific and applications community to so-called 'Third Party Missions'. Third Party (TP) missions are complementing the observations of ESA missions, are used to prepare for future ESA missions including cross-calibration and create synergy to favor a wider use of EO data within ESA Member States.
