The military communication equipment is required the high reliability for operating adequate functions under severe conditions. This reliability is the essential element for the quality of the product, for the uncontrolled factors, such as the clearance, damage of the material, the reduction of stiffness, which are the designer is unable to handle. In this paper, the uncertainty for the dimension was supposed to the probability model for the military communication equipment, and the average of the objective function was minimized for reducing design uncertainty. The reliability-based design optimization which was implemented the limit state function was formulated into the mathematical model, so the reliable optimized structure was implemented than the base-line design.

인터넷은 다양한 정보를 소비자에게 제공하며 구매의사결정을 지원하는 중요한 매체이다. 특히 인터넷의 상호작용적 특성과 정보 생성자라는 소비자 역할의 변화는 구매행동에서 구전커뮤니케이션을 통해 교환되는 정보의 효용가치를 증가시키는 계기가 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 쇼핑환경에서 구전커뮤니케이션을 통한 정보의 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하고, 지각된 유용성과 구전커뮤니케이션스타일과의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 분석결과 선택 불확실성, 지식불확실성, 지각된 위험 등의 요인이 커뮤니케이션을 통한 정보의 유용성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 관계불확실성은 영향을 주지 않았다. 또한 소비자 간에 교환되는 정보의 유용성을 높게 지각할수록 수동적인 커뮤니케이션보다는 상호작용적 커뮤니케이션 방식을 선택하는 것으로 조사되었다.

Purpose: This study was done to investigate the level of uncertainty, transfer anxiety, and to identify the participant's characteristics those influence them by targeting the mothers of transferred patients from the pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to the general ward. Methods: This study was a descriptive correlational study. The participants were 94 mothers of children who had been scheduled to transfer from the PICU. Results: The item mean score for uncertainty was 2.16 (4 scale), transfer anxiety was 2.15 (4 scale). There were statistically significant positive correlation between uncertainty and transfer anxiety (r=.591). The level of uncertainty significantly differed according to education level (p=.035), duration of marriage (p=.043), and monthly income (p=.022). The level of transfer anxiety significantly differed according to religion (p=.044), duration of marriage (p=.043), and severity of illness at transfer (p=.047). Conclusion: In order to reduce the transfer anxiety and uncertainty of the mothers of patients, efficient communication with medical staff and clear informations are needed to reduce ambiguity. Also, standard protocol should be developed for improving communication among medical staffs.

사회적으로, 조직이 보유한 정보 자원에 대한 엄격한 관리를 요구하고 있다. 조직들은 기술적으로 외부 정보 침입에 대처해야 할 뿐 아니라, 내부자에 의한 정보 노출 가능성까지 관리해야 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 하지만, 조직이 도입한 정보보안 정책, 기술 등은 조직 내부의 보안 수준 달성에 도움을 주지만, 과도하거나 체계적이지 못한 보안 구조는 조직원의 불확실성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구는 정보보안 관련 조직의 구조적인 불확실성 요인을 제시하고 행동에 미치는 영향을 제시한다. 즉, 정보보안 정책, 기술, 그리고 커뮤니케이션 불확실성이 구조적으로 존재할 수 있음을 밝힌다. 정보보안 환경 관련 선행연구를 통해 연구 모델과 가설을 제시하였으며, 구조방정식 모델링을 적용하여 가설을 검정하였다. 가설 검정 결과, 정보보안 정책, 기술, 그리고 커뮤니케이션 불확실성이 조직원의 역할 정체성과 준수 의도를 감소시켰다. 연구 결과는 조직 내 정보보안 관련 구조적인 불확실성 개선 조건을 제시하였기 때문에, 조직 내부의 정보보안 목표 달성을 위한 환경 전략 방향을 제언한다.

THis study examines a contingency relationship between task uncertainty and structure of project teams in conjunction with the leader-member communication patterns. Multivariate analyses are used to analyze the data from 63 R & D project teams of research laboratory in a large manufacturing corporation. Major findings for this study can be summarized as follows. First, project teams with an organic structure are found to yield high performance when task uncertainty is high, while project teams with a mechanistic structure achieve high performance when their tasks are relatively certain. Second, patterns of leader-member comunication are significantly associated with both task uncertainty and structural characteristics of project teams. This implies that leaders of project teams communicate with their members in more conslutative manner when their tasks are uncertain or when their team structure exhibits organic characteristics. Finally, task uncertainty playus a significant moderating role in the relationship between consultative communication patterns and performance of project teams. Based upon these findings, this study offers several theoretical, practical, and methodological implications.

조직 내부의 정보 노출 위협에 대한 관리가 조직 전체의 정보보안 목표 달성에 기여할 수 있음이 밝혀지면서, 조직들은 내부자에 적용되는 정보보안 정책을 엄격하게 구축하고, 보안 시스템에 대한 투자를 높이고 있다. 하지만, 정보보안 사고는 한 명의 고의적인 정보 노출에 의해서도 조직에 피해를 주므로, 심리적 측면에서 내부자의 정보보안 준수 행동 강화를 위한 노력을 하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구는 정보보안에 대한 불확실한 조직환경이 어떻게 개인의 정보보안 관련 행동에 영향을 주는지를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구는 정보보안 정책 구축 및 활용하는 조직의 내부자를 대상으로 설문하였으며, 440개의 표본을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 정보보안 기술 및 커뮤니케이션 불확실성이 정보보안 예상 불안을 통해 정보보안 제언 행동을 감소시켰으며, 개인의 정보 영향 민감성이 정보보안 기술, 커뮤니케이션, 그리고 예상 불안에 의해 변화되는 제언행동을 조절하였다. 연구의 결과는 실무적으로 불확실한 정보보안 환경의 보완 필요성과 개선 방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of economic uncertainty on MNC investment in Malaysia from 2009 to 2019 by employing an ARDL method. The results revealed that Economic Policy Uncertainty (EPU) has a positive association with the capital expenditures of Nestle, British American Tobacco, and Public Bank in the long run. In a similar period, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is positively significant with the capital expenditures of British America Tobacco and Heineken. However, inflation is negatively related to the capital expenditures of British America Tobacco and Heineken. Additionally, the exchange rate has a significant and negative relationship with the capital expenditures of Nestle and Petronas, while the ECT value is negative and significant in the short run, hence confirming that co-integration exists. In view of this, it is imperative that the government plays a prerogative role to support MNC operations, as MNCs foster the developing countries' economic development through facilitating full employment. This study sets to enhance the personal knowledge of those with a strong interest in the Malaysian financial market. As long as MNCs believe that the Malaysian market has the potential to grow, they will continue to invest for the benefit of the country.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to examine the connectedness between categorical economic policy uncertainty (monetary, fiscal, trade and foreign exchange policy uncertainty) indexes and option-implied volatility index in Korea, Japan and the US. Design/methodology/approach - This paper employs the Diebold-Ylmaz (2012) model based on a VAR and generalized forecast error variance decomposition. This paper also conducts regression analyses to investigate whether the volatility indexes are explained by categorical policy uncertainty indexes. Findings - First, we find the total connectedness is stronger in Korea and Japan relative to the US. Second, monetary, fiscal, and foreign exchange policy uncertainty indexes are connected to each other but trade policy uncertainty index is not. Third, the volatility index in Japan and the US is mainly associated with monetary policy uncertainty while the volatility index in Korea is explained by fiscal policy uncertainty index. Research implications or Originality - To our knowledge, this is the first study to investigate the connectedness among categorical policy uncertainty indexes and the volatility index in Korea, Japan, and the US. The empirical results on the connectedness suggest that transparent policy and communication with the market in one type of policy would reduce the uncertainty in other policies.

러프집합을 구성하는 식별불가능 관계를 표현하는 정보시스템에서 데이터의 중복이나 비일관성은 피할 수 없기 때문에 속성의 감축은 매우 중요하다. 러프집합이론에 있어서 일관적인 정보시스템과 비일관적인 정보시스템의 속성감축의 차이를 극복하고 자, 본 연구에서는 조건 및 결정속성에 대한 상관분석에 베이지언 사후확률을 적용한 새로운 불확실성 척도와 속성감축 알고리즘을 제안한다. 정보시스템의 불확실성에 대하여 제안된 척도와 기존의 조건부 정보엔트로피 척도를 비교해 본 결과, 정보시스템의 조건속성과 결정속성의 상호정보를 이용하여 속성간의 불확실성을 측정하는데 있어 제안된 방법이 조건부 정보엔트로피에 의한 방법보다 정확성이 있음을 보여준다.
