Common system deployment is one of the global information systems strategies of a multinational corporation for large-scale development that can provide economies of scale and optimal use of scarce technical expertise. But while the same (headquarter) team implements the same system, the resulting efficiencies of those projects differ widely among the subsidiaries. This paper focuses on the differences between the efficiencies of these implementation projects. Eight prepropositions about the factors causing the differences have been developed from the previous research. These prepropositions are explored through a case study on the twelve overseas subsidiaries of a multinational electronic corporation headquartered in Korea. We found that three factors(autonomy of subsidiary, complexity of task, experience level of users) have strong relevant relationships and two factors(level of subsidiary country, level of process formality) have partial relevant relationships with the implementation outcome.

In order to improve the accuracy and universality of the flow metric correlation analysis, this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of Internet flow metrics as random variables, points out the disadvantages of Pearson Correlation Coefficient which is used to measure the correlation between two flow metrics by current researches. Then a method based on Symmetrical Uncertainty is proposed to measure the correlation between two flow metrics, and is extended to measure the correlation among multi-variables. Meanwhile, the simulation and polynomial fitting method are used to reveal the threshold value between different correlation degrees for SU method. The statistical analysis results on the common flow metrics using several traces show that Symmetrical Uncertainty can not only represent the correct aspects of Pearson Correlation Coefficient, but also make up for its shortcomings, thus achieve the purpose of measuring flow metric correlation quantitatively and accurately. On the other hand, reveal the actual relationship among fourteen common flow metrics.

국가지리정보체계의 표준화는 정보의 공동활용 및 상호운용성의 확보 등을 이유로 중요한 존재로 부과되고 있다. 이의 표준화는 현재 구체적으로 추진되고 있는 현재 국제적으로 추진되고 있는 OSE/RM을 참조하여 발전할 수 있으며 이의 구조에 맞는 국가 표준의 제정이 요구된다. 현재 추진하고 있는 국가지리정보체계 표준화는 국가 기본도 표준화와 공통데이터교환포맷 표준화가 있으며 국가 기본도 표준화에서는 지형지물 코드 및 속성 부분데이타 모델링 등을 추진하고 있고 공통데이터교환포맷 표준화에서는 국외표준의 국내수용으로 그 기본 방향을 유지하고 있다.

Since the day the Internet became a common and reliable mechanism for communication and data transfer, security officers and enthusiasts rallied to enforce security standards on data transported over the globe. Whenever a user tries communicating with another recipient on the Internet, vital information is sent over different networks until the information is dropped, intercepted, or normally reaches the recipient. Critical information traversing networks is usually encrypted. In order to conceal the sender's identity, different implementations have proven successful - one of which is the invention of anonymous networks. This paper thoroughly investigates one of the most common and existing techniques used during data communication for avoiding traffic analysis as well as assuring data integrity - the onion router (TOR). The paper also scrupulously presents the benefits and drawbacks of TOR.

As the 4G and 5G Internet technologies become more common and developed, an environment for uploading and watching videos is created and spread, in addition to simply uploading posts. Watching and sharing daily life among media contents called Vlog, are very common more than ever. This means that individual users could access Vlog easily and the situation could be new trend. Additionally, academic research about Volg is increasing. We analyzed three independent variables affecting a perceived enjoyment we set up the dependent variable. Information search, self-expression, and social need are set as independent variables and social interaction is set as the control variable. Information search and self-expression are significant effect to perceived enjoyment except social need. In particular, social interaction as a control variable has effect to all relationships.

초고속 통신망 및 이동통신 단말기의 보급을 통해 전자상거래 서비스가 널리 확산되고 있으며, 이로 인해 유.무선 기반의 다양한 전자지불 시스템 및 표준들이 제안되고 있다. 그 중에서도 스마트 카드를 이용한 CESP 전자 상거래 표준이 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Casper 및 FDR 도구를 사용하여, CEPS 표준 중에서 전자화폐를 이용한 물품 구입 프로토콜을 정형적으로 명세하고, 보안 취약점을 분석해 보았다.

오늘날 조직에서 공개된 소프트웨어를 이용한 오픈소스 내포형 정보보호시스템(OSS-embedded Information Security System) 개발이 증가되고 있으며 소스의 상당부분을 오픈소스 소프트웨어(OSS : Open source Software)를 이용함으로써 복잡한 IT환경 속에서 효율성 증대와 고가의 라이센스에 대한 비용 절감 효과 등을 통해 높은 시장성이 예상된다. 그러므로 오픈소스 내포형 정보보호시스템에 대한 평가 제출물 준비 및 평가에 대한 기준을 정의할 필요가 있으며 공통평가기준(CC : Common Criteria)과 공통평가방법론(CEM : Common Evaluation Methodology)에서 유도한 OSS 평가요구사항을 분석하고자 한다.

Satellite images are utilized for various purposes and many people are concerned about them. But it is necessary to process geometric correction for using of satellite images. However, common user regards geometric correction, which is basic preprocessing for satellite image, as laborious job. Therefore we should provide an automatic geometric correction method for Landsat image using GCP chip database. The GCP chip database is the collection of pieces of images with geoinformation and is provided by XML web service. More specifically, XML web service enables common users to easily use our GCP chip database for their own geometric correcting applications.

모바일 융합 서비스를 개발하기 위해 단순 컴포넌트의 조립(integration)이나 합병(merge)과 융합 서비스를 식별하는 기존의 개념만으로 부족하다. 비즈니스 서비스 모델에 적합한 비즈니스 기능을 가진 융합 서비스를 지원하는 응용 시스템 개발을 위해 비즈니스 서비스 모델에서부터 서비스 모델로의 매핑과 다양한 자산(assets)정보가 필요하며 이들을 설계 단계에서 구현 단계를 지원하는 적절한 프레임 워크가 절대적으로 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 집약적인 신기술을 도입하여 시장 전략과 융합 모바일 도메인에 적합한 소프트웨어 개발 도구 및 환경 지원을 위한 모바일 융합 서비스 기반 공통 프레임워크(SOCF:Service Oriented Common Frameworks)를 연구하며 실생활의 모바일 서비스가 제공자와 고객 간에 재사용 단위의 추상화 수준을 단순 컴포넌트를 넘어 서비스 제공과 사용사이(provide/consume)의 서비스 수준까지 확대하여 다양한 서비스 자원들을 통합하고 재사용하여 서비스 융합 시스템 개발을 지원하는 프레임워크 설계 및 구현에 관한 내용을 서술한다.

The existence of abnormal breakpoint data leads to poor channel balance in wireless sensor networks (WSN). To enhance the communication quality of WSNs, a method for positioning abnormal breakpoint data in WSNs on the basis of signal reconstruction is studied. The WSN signal is collected using compressed sensing theory; the common part of the associated data set is mined by exchanging common information among the cluster head nodes, and the independent parts are updated within each cluster head node. To solve the non-convergence problem in the distributed computing, the approximate term is introduced into the optimization objective function to make the sub-optimization problem strictly convex. And the decompressed sensing signal reconstruction problem is addressed by the alternating direction multiplier method to realize the distributed signal reconstruction of WSNs. Based on the reconstructed WSN signal, the abnormal breakpoint data is located according to the characteristic information of the cross-power spectrum. The proposed method can accurately acquire and reconstruct the signal, reduce the bit error rate during signal transmission, and enhance the communication quality of the experimental object.
