Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the influence relationship between positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of tourism guides, and to provide implications through empirical research to increase the capabilities of tourism guides that are a factor in the performance of planned travel products Design/methodology/approach - This study conducted an empirical survey using the google online questionnaire. It was directly surveyed, distributed, and collected from workers who were or were performing tourism guide duties in Asia and Europe, and 203 questionnaires were used for analysis. The empirical survey was conducted in a self-written manner through a simple random sampling method, and the statistical package was conducted with frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and correlation analysis using the spss 21.0 program. Findings - First, among the positive psychological capital factors, two factors, hope and optimism, have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, among the positive psychological capital factors, two factors, self-efficacy and optimism, have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment Research implications or Originality - The implications of this study are that the research results have had a positive (+) effect on the variables of positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of tourism guides, and have laid the foundation for academic research on research topics. In practice, it is expected to increase the positive psychological capital of tourism guides and have a significant impact on the organization's performance by actively supporting and supporting individuals related to the sustainable growth of travel products.
The purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of characteristics of public enterprise CEOs' leadership (transforming leadership and transactional leadership) on the leader trust and organizational effectiveness of organizational members. A survey was made on 1,124 persons being in the service of 14 marketable and quasimarketable public enterprises. The results of this study were as follows. First, it showed that the individualized consideration had an effect on the confidence level of leader. Second, it showed that the transforming and transactional leaderships had an effect on the organizational effectiveness, which the hypothesis was adopted. Third, it showed that calculable, intellectual and identical factors had a positive effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the organizational commitment of calculable variable was rejected in the confidence level. In general, the effect of transforming and transactional leaderships as public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics on the organizational effectiveness by mutual confidence level of calculable, intellectual and identical standards showed that the organizational commitment was rejected in the base of identification. And other factors were adopted as a positive mechanism, which they were a mechanism suitable to public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics.
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of work rewards on the organizational effectiveness including mediator role of self-efficacy, and also the work rewards was divided into three categories of task rewards, organizational rewards and social rewards, organizational effectiveness into two categories of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Research findings are follows; First, job diversity and job challenge of task rewards, payment of organizational rewards, superior support of social rewards have a positive influence on organizational commitment. Second, job diversity, job challenge and job autonomy of task rewards, superior support of social rewards have a positive influence on job satisfaction of finance public enterprise employees. Third, tested mediator role of selt-efficacy between work rewards and organizational effectiveness, and found out moderating roles between work rewards and organizational commitment, but its role between organizational rewards and job satisfaction was found only in job stability of organizational rewards. In terms of the results of this study, the theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and directions for future research were presented.
The purpose of this study is to how certain types of leadership of food and beverage employees in the super deluxe hotels in Seoul significantly affect self-efficacy, organizational efficacy and organizational effectiveness. The model was tested using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 on a sample of 222 respondents with 74% of a usable response nate. To lead the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of organizational member's, It needs to change the psychological attitude of organizations through perception of organizational members who recognize the organization's support in the convergence age. Therefore, this study establishes the Perceived Organizational Support as an independent variable, and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an dependent variable. Also, we want to analyze the effects of psychological impowerment and organizational engagement, explaining the psychological conversion process of individuals. The result is following ; First, Perceived Organizational Support has significant effects of Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment. Second, Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment have shown significant implications for Organized Citizenship Behavior. In addition, Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment have been shown to be partial mediation effect between Perceived Organizational Support and Organized Citizenship Behavior. These findings reveal the specific process of Organized Citizenship Behavior. It is expected to contribute to various measures that can cause to the extra-role behavior of the organizational member's.

Recently, church organizations are experiencing various problems, including a sharp decline in the number of members. This study focused on the problem of lack of communication, that is, organizational silence, which is commonly pointed out in previous studies as a problem of church organizations, and empirically analyzed the relationship between organizational silence, organizational cynicism, and organizational commitment within church organizations. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to 210 members of churches and related organizations from May to June 2023, of which 202 copies were used as analysis data. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used to perform frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis, and bootstrapping to verify mediation effects. As a result of the study, organizational silence had a negative effect on organizational cynicism, and organizational cynicism had a negative effect on organizational commitment. Although organizational silence did not have a direct negative effect on organizational commitment, it was found to have a negative effect mediated by organizational cynicism. This study expanded the scope of the study by applying variables from organizational theory to church organizations, and presented practical implications through the research results to church organizations.
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship among Organizational Commitment, Positive Psychological Capital and Burnout. Second one is to promote job satisfaction by identifying the effect of the relationship on Burnout. We conducted a survey of 107 nurses in the hospital. According to the relationship among Organizational Commitment, Positive Psychological Capital and Burnout. This study showed that equated resilience from of Organizational Commitment and dynamic stability from of Positive Psychological Capital are important factors to Burnout. Nurses with high Organizational Commitment and Positive Psychological Capital can provide improved medical service due to reduction of Burnout. Therefore, more effective base line data for nursing management is required through development and application of high Organizational Commitment and Positive Psychological Capital.
Although there have been continued researches on the effect of fatigue among organization members on organizations, there has been an absence of studies on sub-factors of organizational commitment using Saito(1999)'s whole questionnaire. Therefore, this study aimed to measure the level of fatigue among police officers and empirically examine the effect of fatigue on organizational commitment. Based on the previous studies, fatigue(mental fatigue and physical fatigue) of police officers and physical disharmony were selected as independent variables, and organizational commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment) was selected as a dependent variable. The meanings and the implications of this study are as follows. First, from a theoretical perspective, this study has significance as the first study, which used Saito(1999)'s whole scale and examined the relationship between sub-variables of organizational commitment in a police organization. This study also confirms the importance of fatigue management for organization managers. Second, from a perspective of organization management, this study implies that effort should be made to measure fatigue of police officers, who have 5 to 10 years of service and work as Senior patrol and sergeants and manage it actively on an organizational level, and there is a need to develop a training program for improving their attitudes towards organizations.
Purpose - In the insurance distribution channel, the salespeople plays a role of representing the company, and recognizes the needs of the customers and plays a role in responding to them. Therefore, their turnover can have a great influence on the company performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between salespeople's personal - environmental fit and organizational commitment and turnover intention. Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was conducted a self-filling questionnaire for salespeople for about one month from July 24, 2017 to August 30, 2017. The subjects of the questionnaire were the insurance salespeople who work in the sales line such as K life, S fire. A total of 450 copies were distributed and 432 copies of the questionnaire were used for final analysis. The analysis program used SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. Analysis method was Frequency Analysis, Reliability & Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM). Results - As a result of Hypothesis 1, Person-Supervisor Fit had significant influence only on Continuance Commitment. Person-Job Fit did not have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Person-Coworker Fit had a significant effect on Continuance Commitment and Affective Commitment. Person-Organization Fit had a significant impact on Affective Commitment. Therefore, only , , , , were adopted. As a result of Hypothesis 2, Continuance Commitment had a significant effect on turnover intention. Therefore, only was adopted. Conclusions - This study suggests that it is necessary to manage the human resources in the sales field through studies related to salespeople's extension of the research scope and salespeople's turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, the conclusion suggests some implications for the efficient human resources management of insurance companies in sales channels. It is expected that it will be helpful for the salespeople to find out what kind of Person-Environment Fit affects the organizational commitment and how to manage the organizational commitment among the three dimensions of organizational commitment to reduce turnover intention.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational virtue and leader member exchange on workplace-incivility by reducing workplace incivility. And second, to examine how incivility in the organization will affect affective commitment. Third, the effect of conscientiousness on the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization is examined. In this study, 234 domestic workers were surveyed and their hypotheses were verified for empirical study. This study revealed that organizational virtue and leader member exchange had negative effects on workplace-incivility, and organizational incivility also had negative effects on affective commitment. In addition, the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization showed that the lower the degree of conscientiousness in personality, the stronger the negative effect of workplace-incivility on affective commitment. Therefore, this study suggests that empirical studies show causal relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization. In addition, the moderating effect of conscientiousness on the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment was demonstrated, and it is meaningful that the effect of organizational virtue, leader member exchange relationship and affective commitment is demonstrated empirically.
