  • The time optimal position control design can be repeatedly taken from the initial state of a dynamic system to a desired one as fast as possible in the industrial drives. In this case, an induction machine parameters will vary due to temperature, frequency, and saturation effects. In particular, the rotor resistance changes critically with temperature and frequency. These changes affect the command values of the stator current components and slip speed. There is a mismatch between the commanded variables and actual ones of the induction motor drive, and this situation leads to coupling of the vector controller from the plant, i.e. the induction motor . Consequences of such a coupling include the initiation of oscillations of the rotor flux and unsuitable switching of electromagnetic torque for the induction motor servo drive. Therefore, this paper describes a rotor resistance parameter compensating method for the induction motor, And the validity of the proposed design method is confirmed by simulation studies and experiment results.

  • In this paper, a speed sensorless algorithm for a high-speed induction motor is proposed. The proposed algorithm simply estimates rotor speed by integrating the deviation between the command current value of a controller and the real current value of the motor. To estimate rotor speed without a speed sensor, a fuzzy speed controller and a neural network speed estimator are applied. Computer simulation and implementation of the proposed system is described.

  • This propose a simple DC voltage sensor less single phase PFC(Power Factor Correction Circuit) converter by detecting a AC current sensors are not required to construct the control system. The DC voltage is directly controlled by the command input signal Kd($V_o/V_a$)for the boost chopper circuit. The DC voltage regulation is small because of the feed forward control for the AC line voltage VS and no dependence of the circuit parameters. The sinusoidal current waveform in phase with the AC input voltage can be obtained. These characteristics are confirmed by some experiment results.

  • A beam steering system of X-band 2-D phased array antenna for radar application is developed. The beam steering system consists of real-time command generator, beam steering unit, control PCB of array module and power supply. It plays a role of beam steering and on-line check of phased array antenna. The performance of beam steering system is verified with pulse timing of current control in phase shifters and measurement of far-field of phased array antenna. The developed beam steering system offers basic technology to develop full-scale beam steering system of multi-function radar.

  • In this paper, a new adaptive cross-coupling control(CCC) method with an improved contour error model is proposed to maintain contouring precision in high-speed nonlinear contour machining. The proposed method utilizes variable controller gains based on the instantaneous curvature of a contour and the feedrate command. The proposed method is evaluated and compared with the conventional CCC for nonlinear contouring motion through computer simulations. The simulation results show that the proposed CCC improves the contouring accuracy more effectively than the existing method.

  • 본 논문에서는 가정 등에서 사용자의 행동 반경에 가장 많이 있는 거울에 홈 제어 및 근처 전열 기구들을 보다 쉽게 제어 할 수 있도록 Google Speech API와 Open CV 라이브러리를 사용해 음성인식을 통한 홈 제어 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해서 바쁜 아침에 화장 등을 하는 경우 두 손을 자유롭게 사용하면서 디바이스를 음성으로 제어 할 수 있는 편리성을 제공하였다.

  • A composite guidance scheme is proposed for air-to-ground anti-tank missiles launched from an airborne platform. Long-range anti-tank missiles usually use a fiber optic line (FOL) for the datalink between an operator and the missile to obtain real-time target information and to command the missile. Also, impact angle control is used to maximize the warhead effectiveness, but it should be carefully implemented due to interference between the launch platform and the FOL. Thus, the proposed guidance scheme takes into account both impact angle and FOL constraints. Under system lag and acceleration limits, a selection method of guidance gains and calculation logic of the maximum achievable impact angle are proposed for a guideline of practical implementation. The performance of the proposed guidance scheme is investigated by nonlinear simulations with various engagement conditions.

  • 본 논문에서는 자동 제어 시스템의 이상행위를 분석하기 위하여 MODBUS 프로토콜 기반의 제어 명령을 수집 분류하여 등록된 화이트리스트 기반으로 이를 탐지하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현 시스템은 자동 제어 시스템 기반으로 다양한 생산설비를 동작시키는 스마트팩토리 시스템을 비롯하여 국가기간 산업에 활용 가능하며, 생산설비의 이상 작동을 확인하기 위하여 생산설비의 동작 신호를 주기적으로 수집 분석하여 정상적인 작업형태에서 벗어나는 이상 작업을 판단할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한, 소형화된 공장 자동화 설비를 구성하여 실제 스마트팩토리 환경에서 제어명령을 수집하고, 수집된 신호로부터 이상 작동을 검출하는 제안 시스템의 구현 결과를 설명한다.

  • 일반적으로 컴퓨터에서 문서 작업을 하기 위해서는 사용자는 컴퓨터 화면을 볼 수 있는 시각과 키보드와 마우스를 조작하기 위하여 손을 사용해야 한다. 시각과 손이 불편한 대부분 장애우는 컴퓨터를 조작하기 어렵다. 장애우들을 보조해주는 정보통신 보조기기의 가격은 비싸며 기기 보급을 지원해주는 사업이 있지만, 사업에 선정되기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 이 논문에서는 구글 홈을 이용하여 텍스트, 워드, 엑셀, 한글 등 다양한 응용프로그램을 음성을 이용하여 제어하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 구글 어시스턴트가 다이어로그플로우로 설계한 인텐트를 웹 훅을 이용해 서버에서 컴퓨터로 접근하여 응용프로그램을 제어한다.

  • In this study, an automatic marking system for fabric inspection machines was developed. The main objectives of the study were to promote intelligence and automation for the inspection process, as well as to increase textile industrial productivity. Generally, when a worker manually inspects and marks a fabric, human error and reduced efficiency are unavoidable. To overcome these problems, we developed an automatic marking system that uses robots. This system incorporates a vision camera to automatically recognize defects, and an optical fiber sensor to detect the side of the fabric. To verify the performance, the control system sends a command directly to the robot to mark the fabric. Finally, the actual production confirmed that the proposed system could perform the desired motion.
