The people shares the street with various activities. The colour-blind also shares this public space of the city. But, the colour-blind is difficult to feel and act as the normal people, because of their limited visual ability. The purpose of this research is to suggest the color matching codes of the city for the colour-blind adopting the NCS color system. This research analyzes the result of the simulation with color programs. This paper discusses ways of improving city color planning towards the public environment for all people, especially the colour-blind.

In this paper, we proposed the color matching application based on smart phone which can help color blind people. For color blind people, the existing methods and applications supported color matching application which based on mobile. However, because the most research only showed the color value and color name through capture image of mobile camera, those cannot compare with capture image color of mobile camera and color of real object in real-time. To solve those problem, we proposed the color matching algorithm and developed the color matching application that can compare with color of mobile camera's capture image and color of real object in real-time, because the proposed application divides screen of smart phone into two parts and it show one part as capture image of smart phone camera and the other part as real-time camera image of smart phone. Color matching algorithm calculate cosine similarity using Red, Green, Blue, and Hue value of each image for real-time comparing and show matching result according to similarity value in real-time. To evaluate the performance of the proposed application, we tested a color matching experiment using the proposed application and the matching result was 98% success rate. Therefore, the proposed application will be a useful application which can help color blind people.
This Braille System for color recognition was designed for those who have lost eye sight after birth. This system was based on the idea that these people had the understanding of colours before they went blind. So when they touch the braille, they can feel and recognize colours. This system adopted the Munsell's hue circle system which is used worldwide for its simple way of colour identification. It also used some texture to help people in need identify the brightness and saturation of colors. In spite of its simple structure, this system has a range of up to 153 different colours. For a friendly use, minimal changes were made by modifying location and height of dots of the braille system which blind people are already accustomed to. Because of it's simplicity, this colour braille system can be used easily and broadly. I believe that many acquired blind people can feel colour again through using this system and get benefits of social and cultural communication.
The camera-based mobile applications such as color, pattern and object reading can improve the living quality of blind people. However currently available camera-based applications are uncomfortable for the blind, since these applications do not reflect accessibility requirements of the blind especially on touch screen. We investigated accessibility requirements about rapidly growing camera-based mobile applications on touch screen devices for the blind. In order to identify accessibility requirements, we conducted a usability testing for color reading applications with three different types of interfaces on Android OS. The results of the usability testing were as follows: (1) users preferred short depth of menu hierarchy, (2) the initial audio help was more useful than just-in-time help, (3) users needed both manual and automatic camera shooting modes although they preferred manual to automatic mode, (4) users wanted the OS supported screen reader function to be turned off during the color reading application was running, and (5) users required tactile feedback to identify touch screen boundary. We designed a new user interface for blind people by applying the identified accessibility requirements. From a usability testing of the new user interface with 10 blind people, we showed that the identified accessibility requirements were very useful accessibility guidelines for camera-based mobile applications.

The camouflage pattern was difficult to distinguish from the surrounding background, so it was difficult to classify the object and the background image when the color image is used as the training data of deep-learning. In this paper, we proposed a red-green color blindness image transformation method using the principle that people of red-green blindness distinguish green color better than ordinary people. Experimental results show that the camouflage soldier's recognition performance improved by proposed a deep learning model of the ensemble technique using the imitated red-green-blind image data and the original color image data.
The purpose of this study was to identify the color that you want the pitcher glove hit impact on the intensity of the other. The color of the glove pitcher was set to black, orange, beige three kinds analyzed the concentration of the batter accordingly. Subjects of this study were 15 people targeting high school baseball players in Daejeon, through a pre- test and vision test color blind players were selected with no visual problems. After the blow of the experiment was used to color the glove Nideffer is modified to fit and complement the six subscales B-TAIS. As a result, when wearing a colored glove that contrasts with the color of the ball, the batter's concentration was increased. Hopefully, research will take place using the ball skill and equipment of various pitchers.

In this thesis, the ambulatory aid mechanism was implemented so that blind people could be safer at risk of walking outdoors. Using ultrasonic sensors, the obstacles can be detected when the distance between the obstacle is within 50 cm of the obstacle. If the light sensor becomes less than 25 lux, the LED will automatically turn on and help the safety of the visually impaired and the security of sight of the peripheral walkers. Color recognition sensors increase the rate of recognition of yellow color by the detection distance is 1cm, it vibrated when yellow light was detected. Using GPS with 7.3 m of error range, the guardian was able to check the location of the visually impaired.
The macro structural perspective of how race was formed nationally, politically, and socially has greatly contributed in revealing the ills of racialism until now, likewise, the dichotomous form of Asian-American literature corresponding to such perspective has made great contribution in awakening people's awareness of race. While acknowledging the contribution of such macro perspectives, we must take note that today's racialism is becoming materialized in different aspects. The tendency of present racial formation is that the recognition of race is spread out lightly but widely in everyday lives and is revealed through the perception of our body. While publicly stating that society is color-blind and inequality significantly resolved, racialism emerges in the personal and everyday aspects. Not erased but diluted and spread out more widely, and the more diluted, harder to erase, racialism has penetrated into the perception of our lives. Racialism works not as a conspicuous discrimination but as a common sense that is 'naturally' absorbed into our perception and perspective. Chang Rae Lee's Aloft shows the process of such racial formation in our age of hybridization. This study tries to clarify why present racial formation must be analyzed in the macro perceptual perspective and show how the racial perception in the narrative of the white dominant narrator, Jerry, becomes the field where he lives and how it is spread through his perception. Through the theories of Judith Butler and Linda M. Alcoff, this study analyzes how people are got to self-identification with the racialization through reiteration and what the relationship is between racial formation and the subject's performativity in Aloft. The study concludes that revealing such current processes of racial formation perceptively is not thinking it 'natural' and inevitable but the process of bringing about a change in it.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tooth whitening effect of 0.74% and 2.80% hydrogen peroxide toothpastes and safety on tooth and gingival tissue. Methods : Toothpastes containing 0.74% and 2.80% hydrogen peroxide were evaluated. In in-vitro test, some additives (sodium metaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate and titanium dioxide) were added to the toothpastes. Hydroxyapatite specimens (HAPs) were made and stained using modified Stookey's methods. HAPs were treated for 1 hour at shaking incubator and brushed for 1,000 times as 250 gF with each diluted toothpaste. Before and after color was measured by colorimeter. Using double blind method, 99 Korean with natural maxillary anterior teeth were selected and the initial brightness (baseline) was measured by SHADEEYE-EX. Based on this measurement they were crossly distributed into control group (0% hydrogen peroxide), test 1 (0.74% hydrogen peroxide) and test 2 (2.80% hydrogen peroxide). After 2 weeks, people of each group were provided toothpaste and told to use 3 times a day right after every meal for 3 minutes. The brightness of teeth was measured 3 times for every one month. Results : ${\Delta}L$ was statistically significant among three groups in shaking test. ${\Delta}L$ of two test groups was statistically significant compared with control group but not between each test group in brushing test. After using toothpaste for 3 months, test 1 group and test 2 group were 15.89% and 31.23% more whitened compared with control group respectively (p<0.05). Rate of more whitened person of each test group was 24.2% and 40.5% more than control group respectively (p<0.05). There was no difference in the hypersensitivity during 3 months using toothpastes and no side effect on teeth or gums. Conclusions : Toothpastes containing 0.74% and 2.80% hydrogen peroxide showed tooth whitening effect and both were safe enough to use for tooth whitening.
