The researches of image recognition have been processed traditionally. Especially, face recognition technology has been received attractions with advance and applied to various areas according as camera sensor embedded into many devices such as smart phone. In this study, we design and develop a feature vector generation technique of face for making animation caricatures using methods for face detection which are previous stage of face recognition. At first, we detect both face region and detailed eye region of component element by Viola&Johns's realtime detection method which are called as ROI(Region Of Interest). And then, we generate feature vectors of eye region by utilizing factors as opposed to the periphery and by using appearance information of eye. At this point, we focus on the embedded information in many color spaces to overcome the problems which can be occurred by using one color space. We propose a feature vector generation method using information from many color spaces. Finally, we experiment the test of feature vector generation by the proposed method with enough quantity of sample picture data and evaluate the proposed method for factors of estimating performance such as error rate, accuracy and generation time.

In the 21st century, university library is changing into a new paradigm. Among others, color image emerges as an important aspect of the library. Up to now, studies on colors of indoor space have been limited on partial and specific spaces. But, this study, using the tool of emotional evaluation, aims to do a comprehensive research on color image of the whole space. This research uses the H University library completed in March 2015. This research is performed in the following procedure. First, previous related researches for the past ten years from 2005 to 2015 is examined, which will help understand the trends in this kind of research, and set up the concrete goal of research. By literature review, color image is established in the environmental psychological aspect. Second, to analyze colors, all the spaces of the library from the entrance lobby are filmed. Filmed images are changed into mosaic, and color palettes are composed, and color values are calculated using the Munsell color system. Third, emotional words are extracted, and emotional evaluation is made. Using the Semantic Differential scale method, emotional differences among subjects are compared, and the validity of the survey data is tested using the statistical program SPSS 18.0. As the outcome of the research shows, the color image and emotion in space are closely related. And, through emotion, it is possible to get color image, and this aspect can be scholastically systemized and developed.

본 연구는 상업공간에 환경적 자극으로 설치된 미술품 색 계열이 방문객의 만족도에 미치는 영향과 그 영향 관계의 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 환경 심리학 분야의 매장환경 연구에 적용된 자극(Stimulate).유기체(Organism).행동 반응(Response)의 SOR 모형과 이를 이용한 선행연구를 토대로 미술품 색 계열(S) .기분 및 공간 어메니티(O).만족도(R)의 연구 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 실험은 미술품의 색 계열에 대해 난색과 한색이 설치된 이미지를 제작하여 두 집단 간 응답자가 반응하는 만족도 차이를 조사했다. 회귀분석을 통해 검증한 결과 미술품 색계열은 난색(vs. 한색)이 설치된 경우 더 높은 방문객의 만족도를 유도한다는 것을 발견했다. 또한, 이러한 영향 관계에 있어서 기분과 공간 어메니티 유형의 조절요인을 분석한 결과 미술품 색 계열의 난색(vs. 한색)이 주는 긍정적 기분을 평균보다 더 높게 느꼈을 때, 공간 어메니티의 네 가지 유형 중 쾌적성과 심미성만을 더 높게 인지했을 때 각각 유의한 조절효과가 나타난다는 것을 발견했다. 본 연구 결과는 상업공간의 물리적 환경을 자극하는 미술품의 난색 계열이 한색 계열에 비해 방문객의 만족도에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 이것은 긍정적 기분 및 쾌적성, 심미성에 따라 강화된다는 것을 증명함으로써 기존 문헌의 이해를 추가하고 효과적인 마케팅 전략에 유용한 시사점을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study is to determine color preferences in housing spaces according to different types of personalities and color preference according to classifying dwellers various characteristics by MBTI to obtain basic information for the color plan that satisfies their desires. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, in terms of the color distribution of living spaces, for the ceiling and general walls, results showed that N (white) systems and YR of bright tones were mostly distributed. For the color of the floor, results showed that the calm tone of YR was mostly distributed. Secondly, for the favored colors of finishing materials in each space, the greatest distribution of preference color was found to be the N (white) group (series) in the case of ceilings, For general walls, the bright tone of the N (white) group was the most common in living rooms, and the bright tone of RP was used mostly in couples' rooms and girls' rooms. The bright tone of B and PB were found mostly in boys' bedrooms. In the case of the floor color, results showed the largest distribution was the calm tone of YR. For point walls, the preference was for various kinds of bright and brilliant colors. Thirdly, we could determine that extroverts (E) strongly disliked black and grey, while introverts (I) strongly disliked red as well as black and grey. Those who favored colors of closing materials were the sensible types (S) where colors were concentrated in common color groups. On the other hand, intuition types (N) preferred color groups of various kinds, not only the typically preferred colors.

Color can stir up the feeling and the thinking of the human inside, and heals human's illness. The color of architecture is a systematic physical space of shape and color. In other words, color is a kind of visual language organizing a structure and interact with human. The color of hospital can be specially effective to heal the elderly. This study intends to help geriatric hospital in future to elevate remedial value and indicate basic data for adapted the elderly environment. NCS is a kind of color system based on the human psychology and nature. This study researched the color of geriatric hospital with NCS and annualized the color nuance of each spaces. As a result the distribution of color nuance show the present of the geriatric hospital's color planning.

A color is the most important of all factors that have influence on interior spaces, and plays an visually and psychologically important role in making interior environment. Thus, the aim of this study is to propose predictable color models by image types specially for color design in living room.This study was composed of three steps, and was carried out as follows.1) The evaluation experiment was carried out by color simulation using Color Image Processor. 2) Image types were extracted by factor analysis. 3) The characteristics of colors by image types were analysed by the multi regression and as a result the predictable color models by image types was determined.

A variety of color calibration technologies have been developed for input device. Linear or nonlinear matrices have been conveniently applied to correct the color filter\`s mismatch with color matching function in scanners. The color matching accuracy is expected to be further improved when the nonlinear matrices are optimized into subdivided smaller color spaces than in single matrix of the entire color space. This article proposed the scanner calibration method using subspace division regression analysis and it were compared with conventional method.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the interior color characteristics of elderly housing facilities in U. S. A. For this purpose, a field survey was conducted between July 23 and July 31, 2003, visiting 10 elderly housing facilities in Contra Costa County, California. A three step analysis of the facilities involved. First, floor, walls, ceilings, base boards and doors in common spaces were examined for the color scheme using the "Pantone for Fashion and Home Color Guide" for each room. Measured Pantone numbers were converted to RGB color using "Chooser 3.0 of Pantone, Inc." Finally, the conversions were recorded as Munsell numbers. The results are as follows: First, the colors chosen for American elderly housing are high value and low chromatic colors. In many facilities, analogue colors such as BG, B, BP and Y, YR R, RP are used. Second, the colors of ceiling and wall are mainly very bright and low chromatic colors. The colors of floor are undertaking an Important role by generating major atmosphere in the America elderly housing. Third, the colors used for elderly housing are found inter-related. For example, the main color in the lobby is also used from corridor to stair and used again from lounge to dinning room as a secondary color. Fourth, it is found that accent colors are used at the beginning and end of stair and corridor outskirts in consideration of physical condition of elderly people. Fifth, there is no difference in color selection between elderly housing with low and high rental value. Preferably, more versatile colors are being chosen for elderly housing with the low rental value.he low rental value.

In this study, the CIE RGB color space which was one of the most popular device-dependent application program in digital image processing was adopted to make the profile with the device information. The profile was applied to the digital image of a JPEG file format. The result was compared with the color reproduction of another digital image of a JPEG file format, which was made in the e-sRGB color space that had the color spaces allocated to each reproduced color of an image and device-independent colors. In this way it was investigated which color space was more appropriate for digital image processing for web printing and if the e-sRGB color space was good as a color management tool that didn't depend on a device in processing a digital image for web printing.
