미세여과와 한외여과를 이용한 대추술의 고품질화 (Value Addition of Jujube Wine using Microfiltration and Ultrafiltration)

  • 청주지방의 민속주인 대추술은 제조과정중 고유한 대추술의 풍미의 손실로 인한 상품가치가 감소되는 문제점이 있다. 특히 가열살균 공정에서의 품질저하를 개선하고자 미세여과와 한외여과 시스템을 적용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. $0.2\;{\mu}m$와 50K dalton의 hollow-fiber module을 사용하여 대추술을 여과시에 시간에 따른 투과플럭스의 변화는 초기 10분 경과시까지 급속히 저하되었으며, 공정압력이 높을수록 투과유속이 증가하였다. 막을 투과한 대추술의 색은 L값이 증가하고 b값이 감소하여 밝고 엷어졌으며, 탁도는 크게 낮아져 청징되었다. 또한 pH, 알코올, 총산 및 당도는 같거나 약간 낮아졌으며, 유기산과 유리당은 80%이상 회수되었다. 또한 이들의 성분은 적용압력에는 큰 영향을 받지 않았다. 관능검사 결과 대추술을 미세여과와 한외여과시 색은 맑고 밝으며 연하여지나 오히려 선호도가 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 맛과 향은 시판제품에서 강하게 느끼던 화독내가 적고 무처리 발효주와 비슷한 맛과 향을 보여줘 미세여과와 한외여과법이 기존의 여과와 가열살균법에 비하여 관능적 품질을 개선시킬 수 있음을 보여주었다. 또한 선호도를 조사한 관능검사 결과 미세여과와 한외여과 술은 같은 그룹으로 구분되어 차이가 없으므로 처리 효율이 좋은 미세여과 법만으로도 대추술의 품질을 크게 개선시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

모바일 기기를 위한 협동작업 시스템의 구현 (Design and Implementation of collaborative system for mobile devices)

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 모바일 기기를 협동작업 공간에서 사용할 수 있도록 하는 모바일 협동작업 시스템을 소개하고자 한다. PDA등의 모바일 기기를 살펴보면 CPU의 처리 속도, 디스플레이의 해상도, 칼라 표현력 등에서 PC와 크게 차이가 나며, 각 모바일 단말기간에도 그 차이가 심하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모바일 협동작업 시스템은 ITU-T 데이터 회의 표준 프로토콜인 T.120을 기반으로 한 시스템으로 모바일 협동작업 서버 및 모바일 협동작업 클라이언트, 세션노드로 구성된다. 본 시스템에서는 협동작업 세션을 관리하는 모듈을 데스크 탑인 세션노드에 둠으로써 모바일 기기상에서 수행되는 모듈의 부담을 줄였다. 모바일 협동작업 서버는 모바일 협동작업 클라이언트에게 세션노드가 될 후보 노드들 및 세션 정보, 사용자 정보 등을 제공하여 클라이언트가 자신의 세션노드를 설정하고 협동작업 세션을 맺어 운영할 수 있도록 지원한다. 모바일 기기를 사용하여 협동작업 세션에 참가하기 위해서는, 모바일 기기상에서는 모바일 협동작업 클라이언트 및 APE를 포함한 응용 어플리케이션만 실행되고 실제 세션을 운영하는 것은 세션노드의 기능을 이용할 수 있다. 또한 모바일 클라이언트 모듈 및 어플리케이션은 JAVA로 구현하여 플랫폼 독립성을 가지도록 하였다.

퍼지집합연산을 통한 다중 지질학적 선구조 관련자료의 공간통합 (Spatial Integration of Multiple Data Sets regarding Geological Lineaments using Fuzzy Set Operation)

  • 지질학적 선구조선에 관한 특성은 일반적인 지질작용, 광물탐사 또는 자연재해 예측과 관련된 자료의 해석 및 분석단계에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 지질조사에 의하여 드러난 선 구조와 위성자료로 부터 정량적으로 판독된 선구조정보는 이들 자료 각각의 고유한 유용성을 가 지고 있으면서도 여러가지 이유로 인하여 실질적인 차이를 보이는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 선구조와 연관된 위성영상자료의 효과적인 지질학적 활용으로서의 자료통합문제를 해결하고자 퍼 지집합연산방법을 실제 사례연구를 통하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 실제 응용으로서, 호명지질도 (1:50,000)가 포함하는 지역과 같은 지역의 Landset TM 자료를 이용하였고, 자료 통합과정에서는 지질도상에 있는 선구조선, 위성자료로 부터 도출한 선구조선 및 자유 배수 양상과 같은 자료는 시험적으로 이용하였다. 자료 통합단계에서는 각각의 자료에 있는 영상요소에 대하여 백분위수계 념을 응용한 퍼지소속함수를 정의한 뒤, 퍼지 산술합연산과정을 실시되었다. 비록 현재까지의 결 과로 본 방법의 유용성에 관한 일반적인 결론을 얻기에는 다소 미흡하지만, 본 사례연구지역의 경우에는 통합된 정보에서 다른 분석방법과는 구별되는 비교적 의미있는 새로운 선구조관련 지질 정보가 내포되어 있는 것으로 판단된다. 결론적으로 본 통합방법은 앞으로 본다 많은 기초 및 관 련 연구를 통하여 결정판단 보조자료를 얻기 위한 효과적인 공간사고방법으로 간주 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

휴대폰 카메라 렌즈 스페이서 적용을 위한 구리의 흑화 (Cu Blackening through CuO Oxidation for the Application of Camera Lens Spacers in Mobile Phones)

  • 휴대폰의 카메라 모듈 내에 정렬된 카메라 렌즈들은 일반적으로 검은색 폴리머 스페이서(spacer)에 의해서 물리적으로 분리된다. 그러나 카메라 모듈이 계속 얇아지고 삽입되는 렌즈의 수는 계속 증가하는 추세를 고려해볼 때, 렌즈들을 분리해주는 스페이서의 기계적 특성이 점점 중요해지고 있다. 이에 기존 폴리머 스페이서의 대체재로서 우수한 기계적 특성을 가진 구리(Cu) 소재가 고려되고 있는데, 특히 표면에 고유한 흑색 구리(II) 산화물(CuO)을 형성하여 빛의 간섭을 줄이고 플레어(flare) 현상을 억제할 수 있기 때문에 스페이서로 적합하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행 연구들과 특허들을 분석 및 정리하여 표준 구리 흑화 공정과 공정 조건을 제시하였다. 전체 공정은 수세(cleaning), 탈산화(deoxidizing), 활성화(activation), 흑화(blackening), 그리고 안정화(sealing)의 단위 공정들로 구성되는데, 각 단위 공정의 온도 및 활성화 용액의 농도 등의 공정 변수가 구리 시료(strip)의 흑화도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 표준 공정 조건은 색차계로 측정된 구리 시료의 흑화도가 품질 만족(on-spec.) 조건에 부합하는가를 기준으로 결정되었다.

비전센서 및 딥러닝을 이용한 항만구조물 방충설비 세분화 시스템 개발 (Development of Fender Segmentation System for Port Structures using Vision Sensor and Deep Learning)

  • 매립지 위에 건설되는 항만시설물은 바람(태풍), 파랑, 선박과의 충돌 등 극한 외부 하중에 노출되기 때문에 구조물의 안전성 및 사용성을 주기적으로 평가하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 항만 계류시설에 설치된 방충설비의 유지관리를 위하여 비전 및 딥러닝 기반의 방충설비 세분화(segmentation) 시스템을 개발하였다. 방충설비 세분화를 위하여 인코더-디코더 형식과 인간 시각체계의 편심 기능에서 영감을 얻은 수용 영역 블록(Receptive field block) 기반의 합성곱 모듈을 DenseNet 형식으로 개선하는 딥러닝 네트워크를 제안하였다. 네트워크 훈련을 위해 BP형, V형, 원통형, 타이어형 등 다양한 형태의 방충설비 영상을 수집하였으며, 탄성 변형, 좌우 반전, 색상 변환 및 기하학적 변환을 통해 영상을 증강시킨 다음 제안한 딥러닝 네트워크를 학습하였다. 기존의 세분화 모델인 VGG16-Unet과 비교하여 제안한 모델의 세분화 성능을 검증하였으며, 그 결과 본 시스템이 IoU 84%, 조화평균 90% 이상으로 정밀하게 실시간으로 세분화할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 제안한 방충설비 세분화 시스템의 현장적용 가능성을 검증하기 위하여 국내 항만 시설물에서 촬영된 영상을 기반으로 학습을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 기존 세분화 모델과 비교하였을 때 우수한 성능을 보이며 정밀하게 방충설비를 감지하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 정맥주사는 환자의 치료를 위해 주사 약물, 수액, 비경구 영양, 혈액제제의 투입 등에 광법위하게 이용되고 있으며 입원 환자에게 가장 빈번하게 행해지는 침습적 처치로서, 채혈, 말초 카테터 삽입 및 기타 IV요법 등에 해당하며 연간 10억건 이상 발생하고 있다. 정맥주사는 정맥주사 교육을 받은 숙련된 간호사들에 의해서만 시술되는 어려운 시술 중에 하나이며 실패 시 정맥에 혈전증 및 혈종이나 신경손상 등을 초래할 수 있다. 정맥주사를 자주 시술하는 간호사들도 비만, 피부색, 나이 등의 요인으로 정맥 검출이 쉽지 않아 실수들이 발생하는 경우도 있다. 이에 정맥주사 시 실수를 줄이기 위해 손등이나 팔의 정맥 구조를 시각화할 수 있는 보조 장비들에 대한 연구들이 발표되고 있다. 본 논문은 정맥주사 시 정맥의 구조를 시각화하는 정맥검출 장비 개발에 관한 연구에 대한 내용으로서, 정맥검출을 위한 실험 모듈을 제작하고 각기 다른 파장대를 지닌 NIR(근적외선) LED와 Filter의 파장대 조합에 따른 획득 영상의 밝기 비교를 통해 최적의 조합을 선정하는 연구를 진행했다. 또한 구현한 정맥검출 실험 모듈을 통해 획득한 정맥 영상의 선명화를 위해 그레이스케일 변환, 히스토그램 평활화, 샤프닝 필터 적용하고 이진화 이후 마킹을 통해 혈관 부분을 녹색으로 변환하는 영상처리 알고리즘을 도출하였다.

도시 가로환경 개선을 위한 버스정류장 소공원화 방안 (A Proposal of Bus Stop Park for the Improvement of Urban Street Environment)

  • 버스정류장은 기다림, 만남, 휴식 등 다양한 이용행태가 이루어지는 곳이다. 따라서 이용의 요구들을 만족시켜야하며, 이용자들에게 쾌적감과 만족감을 부여할 수 있는 공간으로 조성되어야 한다. 현재 버스정류장은 경관, 생태 및 행태를 고려하지 않고 인위적이고 획일적인 형태로 조성되어 이용자들은 열악한 환경에 노출되어 있다. 작지만 요긴하고 편리함을 상징하는 도시소공원을 버스정류장과 결합시켜 시민들의 일상생활 속에서 가깝게 이용할 수 있는 휴식공간의 양적 증대뿐만 아니라 도시경관의 향상 및 다양한 형태의 공원조성 등 질적인 변화를 가져올 수 있을 것이다. 사례지의 조사를 통해 버스정류장에 소공원을 연계시킴으로써 나타날 수 있는 효과들은 첫째, 소공원은 버스를 기다리는 버스이용자에게 쉼터를 마련해준다. 둘째, 편의시설들에 더하여 모자란 휴식공간을 공원이 보완해주며, 버스탑승과 공원이용을 편리하게 해준다. 셋째, 버스정류장의 기능인 버스의 승 하차 및 공원의 기능을 동시에 달성할 수 있는 다기능적 공간으로 효율적인 공간이용을 가능하게 한다. 넷째, 문화적인 요소를 가하여 지역의 색을 나타낼 수 있는 상징적인 랜드마크적 요소가 될 수 있다. 다섯째, 공원에 존재하는 녹지는 그린웨이의 한 거점으로서 도심지의 환경복원에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 버스정류장의 소공원화를 제안하기 위해 선정된 지표를 토대로 일반적인 버스정류장의 문제점을 도출하고, 버스정류장에 공원으로 활용되고 있거나 또는 활용될 수 있는 잠재력을 가진 공간을 조사하여 해결방안을 찾아보았다. 또한, 현재 존재하지 않는 이 새로운 형태의 공간을 버스정류장공원(Bus Stop Park)라 정의하고, 이를 조성하기 위한 사례들의 모듈을 제안하였다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.
