We would like to celebrate the birth of a journal on college mathematics education. We make wishes and hopes on the way of the growth and developments of the journal. We especially emphasize that the journal may provide the streams of knowledges from scholars to students for better accomplishments of college mathematics educations and the development and prosperity of our country, and a storage bank for our own (mathematical) knowledges for the creation of Korea's own mathematical traditions. Reactions of trimethylsilylethylsulfide, trimethylsilylphenylsulfide, triethylstannylethylsulfide, and triethylstannylphenylsulfide with isocyanates were studied at various temperatures for 10 days. These Si-S and Sn-S bond compounds catalyzed the production of the cyclic dimer and trimer of phenylisocyanate, diphenylcarbodiimide and 1,3,5-triphenyl-4-phenyliminohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine-2,6-dione in the reaction of phenylisocyanate. In contrast, these compounds gave only the cyclic trimer, triethylisocyanurate, from ethylisocyanate.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is becoming an important development opportunity for colleges and universities to realize curve overtaking. Affected by the physical and mental development characteristics, female college students in innovative undertaking showed different growth characteristics. In order to further promote female college students' innovative undertaking, we should combine the characteristics of female design with innovation entrepreneurship education path. As one of the three women's colleges, the general innovation and entrepreneurship course system of Shandong Women's University provides a wide education of innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and thinking for all students. The undergraduate major of business Administration (entrepreneurial management) provides the whole system education of entrepreneurship, and through "system guarantee, professional construction, course system, competition assistance and project cultivation", female students' entrepreneurial consciousness is cultivated and their entrepreneurial ability is improved.

This study is aimed at the development of multimedia learning program for earth science in the middle and high school. This program was made of HTML format and includes a variety of texts, graphs, pictures, drawings, animations, and moving image materials. And it was composed of six database elements(learning context, terminology dictionary, practical science, inquiry actvity, image material, and test item). The results of applying this program to students and teachers gave affirmative answers. The program is being offered on an internet website under Institute of Science Education of Kongju National University.

Longitudinal data can provide important evidence with the potential to stimulate innovation and affect policies in medical education and can serve as a driving force for further developments in medical education through evidence-based decisions. Tracking and observing cohorts of students and graduates using longitudinal data can be a way to link the past, present, and future of medical education. This study reviewed practical methods and technical, administrative, and ethical considerations for the establishment and operation of a longitudinal database and presented examples of longitudinal databases. Cohort study design methods and previous examples of research using longitudinal databases to explore major topics in medical education were also reviewed. The implications of this study are as follows: (1) a systematic design process is required to establish longitudinal data, and each university should engage in ongoing deliberation about this issue; (2) efforts are needed to alleviate "survey fatigue" among respondents and reduce the administrative burden of those conducting data collection and analysis; (3) it is necessary to regularly review issues of personal information protection, data security, and ethics regarding the survey respondents; and (4) a system should be established that integrates and manages a longitudinal database of medical education at the national level. The hope is that establishing longitudinal data and cohorts at individual medical schools will not be a temporary phenomenon, but rather that they will be well utilized at the national level to innovate and implement ongoing changes in medical education.

In this paper, I analyzed the present technical high school-college correlation education and suggested its some problems and their solutions. Further, I explored the methods of its practice and management. In conclusion, it is revealed that the technical high school-college correlation education needed by both sides, is a good institution which makes us enhance the levels of functional and technical education, and through which we can foster excellent experts, get rid of the educational waste, and proceed to the direction of the college-centered technical education.

This study is aimed to analyze present states of computer education in interior design dept. and therefore to offer basic data in order to establish middle and long term plan on computer education. According to results of analysis, computer education course accounts for 10.1 percent in total curriculum. But this component ratio has great difference between university and jumopr college. Namely computer education course of college is much more weighter than that of university. It seems to be results from college's characteristic strategies. But this results to unsuitable curriculum allocation. To solve this problem, further examination of linking computer's course with drafting and drawing course should be required. And to heighten more effect of computer education, other circumstance as well as educational facility should be improved and common CAD laboratory should be produced.

Premed education in the college of medicine at the Catholic University of Korea aims to promote student creativity and excellence in accordance with the mission of the college: to have a sense of calling, leadership, and competency. The Catholic Medical College premed curriculum includes 75 credits which are composed of 65 credits for required courses and 10 credits for elective courses. It consists of courses in basic science, medical science, liberal arts and humanities (premedical OMNIBUS). It also involves community programs in 'Vision and Mission,' 'Leadership Training,' and 'Academic Conference.' In addition, students are allowed self-directed choice of their courses and learning for one quarter.

The effects and factors of the creativity education program on the creative self-efficacy of engineering college students were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the creative self-efficacy of students who took the creativity education program was improved, and the effect was statistically significant. The learning contents factors affecting the improvement of creative self-efficacy was 'creativity development attribute and creative attitude' and the learning activity factor was 'taking theoretical lectures' about creativity.
