The purpose of this study is to analyze two mechanisms appeared in Educational crisis by Korea mass media, which are discoursive constitution of meaning and the mechanism for discoursive constitution of subject. The analysis will classify ideological characteristics and conflict opposition of conservative and progressive media. As background for chosen case study, language structure and combination methods in Theory of Discourse of M. $P\hat{e}cheux$ will be discussed. Specifically, choices and combination methods of the chosen language structure-the preconstructed, articulation, mechanism, and structuring method of ideology will be main topics. Following case study will be Chosun and Hankyoreh newspaper, each representing conservative and progressive side. Discussion regarding educational crisis news, such as "Collapse of Classroom", "Collapse of School" is selected, and analyzed in terms of insight story, cause and responsibility, and taken measures.

The present school is faced with the crisis of school collapse and classroom collapse under a bureaucratic and authoritative atmosphere. The method to respect individual opinions and to discuss with open mind is needed. The study is to establish the system of SDR and to make it possible to express the wholesome and various ideas of members by using it. SDR is related with the interruption DB to stop up unsound messages. The result of this study shows that SDR is very helpful to make a culture of discussion in a school in the respect of enlarged chances for teachers and students to participate, active and open participation, changing of attitude in achieving group goal and formation of desirable culture of discussion.

The Purpose of this study is to clarify present situation and condition of information in public education and then. indicate the problems and suggest their solutions on new developmental plan. As a result, it was found that a lots of problems, a crisis of 'collapse on classroom' and insufficient using a medium of information. This study suggested the information equipment should be supplied. to develop the educational effective programs using a medium of information, to build information infrastructure, and the role of teacher in information education.
