  • Based on the rapid development of information technology (IT) including networks, manufacturing environment faces more customer engagement, global collaboration, greater emphasis on agility, increasing reach and connectivity through world-wide web, and micro transaction tracking and intelligence to name a few. The new ideas of manufacturing concept, eManufacturing is discussed in view of IT. In specific, a framework to identify. IT application in the product realization process and collaboration and coordination to implement eManufacturing is proposed.

  • This study aims to identify the problems of the records management of the foothold national university related university-industry collaboration. For these purpose, the study conducted a literature survey. Moreover, this study compared and analyzed the content of university archives and university-industry collaboration web sites. In addition, we gained the materials from the national archives in Korea thorough a request of information disclosure. It was found that problems and improvements in terms of institutional and achievement management. Consequently, based on the analysis, cooperation framework between university archives and university-industry collaboration was developed. With the proposed system, the academic utilization of university-industry collaboration records can be facilitated.

  • Objectives: The purpose of this manuscript was to review Intersectoral Collaboration policies for Tobacco Control. Methods: The author selected the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control and adopted guidelines, and reviewed intersectoral and multisectoral collaboration policy recommendations. Results: There are 11 chapters and 38 articles in the Convention. In the Demand reduction policies included price and non price measures. The author selected a few non price measures for cross sectoral collaboration examples. They are protection from exposure to tobacco emission, education and communication, banning advertising, promotion and sponsorship of tobacco products, and offering treatment to tobacco use cessation. Inter sectoral and multi sectoral approaches could increase effectiveness, and better outcome of the tobacco control policy for implementation of many different articles of FCTC. Conclusions: It is important to give a specific role in structures of different government sectors and infrastructure for intersectoral collaboration. In addition, the role of civil society is very important for implementation of tobacco control policy effectively, and governments have to support the civil society for anti-smoking activities and campaigns.

  • Competition is now moving from between companies to between networked enterprises(NE). It's difficult to evaluate the outcome of NE because formalization of collaboration among partners is difficult. This paper introduces a performance-management model focusing on collaboration in NE. The model is an integration of BSC and EFQM model, but it is different from conventional researches as it links performance management with strategic management based on a comprehensive framework of collaboration. Theoretical and empirical researches are further required to validate the model. Studying cases of several Korean NEs, we have obtained some findings for further research and application.

  • As the proportion of non-contact work is increasing in the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, the collaboration program market is growing rapidly. As the size of the market grows, vulnerabilities in collaborative programs are constantly being disclosed which increases interest in the security of collaborative tools. In this paper, we introduce the results of vulnerability analysis on Electron-based collaboration programs, noting that a number of collaboration programs are based on the Electron framework, and propose countermeasures to enhance the security of Electron-based applications.

  • Collaboration tools are used widely as non-face-to-face work increases due to social distancing after COVID-19. The tools are being developed in a cross-platform manner with 'Electron', an open source framework based on Chromium, to ensure accessibility on multiple devices. Electron Apps, applications built with Electron framework, store data in a manner similar to Chromium-based web browsers, so the data can be acquired in the same way as the data is acquired from a web browser. In this paper we analyze the data structure of web storage and suggest a method to get the message from Electron Apps focused on collaboration tools such as Jandi, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. For Jandi, we get the message from Cache by using previously developed tools, and in the case of Slack and Microsoft Teams, we get the message from IndexedDB by using the message carving tool we developed.

  • The web environment is evolving rapidly. Testing in the web based software is an essential process to improve stability and productivity. Testing of complex web contents and ill(user interface) is most important thing. Implemented test cases are efficient when they are automated and reusable. But, most of the testing automation tools are focused on technical accessibility and functions still. A collaboration of the persons concerned and reusability of implemented test case are ignored. In this paper we propose an efficient way to design automated test case in web environment, and to share and pattern automated test cases we introduce testing framework called NTAF(NHN Test Automation Framework.). The NTAF is based on open source framework. It provides integrated testing environment that web testing cane be automated and managed continuously.

  • This paper deals with university - industry collaboration movement in China in recent years. By summarizing related development background in Government-Industry-University framework, the paper specifies Chinese pattern through analysis of technology transfer between universities and industries, collaborative R&D between universities and industries in practical fields, and university-run high-tech companies, especially through analysis of joint patenting between universities and their industrial partners in China. The research provides clear picture of Chinese universities' increased development with industrial entities in comprehensive and wider technology fields.
