LEAP 모형을 이용한 도로교통부문의 온실가스 감축잠재량 분석 - 저탄소차협력금제도, 연비강화, 운전행태개선을 중심으로 - (Analysis of GHG Reduction Potential on Road Transportation Sector using the LEAP Model - Low Carbon Car Collaboration Fund, Fuel Efficiency, Improving Driving Behavior -)

  • This study the efficiency of greenhouse gas reduction of 'low carbon car collaboration fund' and its alternative 'control of average fuel efficiency and greenhouse gas', and 'improving driving behavior' were analyzed by using LEAP, long term energy analysis model. Total 4 scenarios were set, baseline scenario, without energy-saving activity, 'low carbon car collaboration fund' scenario, 'fuel efficiency improving scenario', and 'improving driving behavior' scenario. The contents of analysis were forecast of energy demand by scenario and application as well as reduction of greenhouse gas emission volume, and the period taken for analysis was every 1 year during 2015~2030. Baseline scenario, greenhouse gas emission volume in 2015 would be 7,935,697 M/T and 13,081,986 M/T in 2030, increased 64.8%. The analysis result was average annual increase rate of 3.4%. The expected average annual increase rate of other scenarios was, 'low carbon car collaboration fund' scenario 1.7%, 'fuel efficiency improving' scenario 3.0%. and 'improving driving behavior' scenario 3.4%. and these were each 1.7%, 0.3%. 0.3% reduce from baseline scenario. The largest reduction was 'low carbon car collaboration fund' scenario, and there after were 'fuel efficiency improving scenario', and 'improving driving behavior' scenario.

  • This paper proposes the distributed virtual environment framework for collaboration between heterogeneous platforms. The proposed system consists of Client, Content Server(CS), and Reflector Server(RS). The Client is composed of VR library(VRL), Interaction Manager(IM), Distributed Interaction Manager(DIM), and Network Interface(NI). The proposed Client structure can support various display environments. The XML-based IM and DIM lets the users define and add the interactions. The proposed Server structure synchronizes the distributed interaction between heterogeneous platforms and provides transparency to the users. Therefore, the proposed framework enables the users to implement virtual collaboration environment for their tasks. Moreover, it can also be used for research and development activities between a large number of the remote users. The usefulness of the framework was verified by applying it to the virtual heritage tour system.

가상협업을 위한 프로세스 모형 (A Process Model for Virtual Collaboration: Theoretical Synthesis and Empirical Exploration)

  • When individuals collaborated in virtual settings, communication is medicated through a variety of communication technologies, and is associated not only with communication effectiveness but also with socio-emotional interactions among group members. In this regards, scholars have examined how technology-mediated communication systems can be designed and used to facilitated communication interaction. However, the empirical results of the previous studies have revealed inconsistencies in the effects of communication media on users' behavioral or attitudinal responses, and on their viable effectiveness in organizations. Some studies claim that computer-mediated communication(CMC) is task-oriented but not suitable for emotional expression since it hinders close interpersonal interaction. On the other hand, some studies argue that individuals are able to develop interpersonal relationships more effectively in a CMC environment than in an FtF-environment. Due to the different perspectives, a theoretical gap exists, and it leads to the inconsistent research findings. The purpose of this paper is to combine the two different perspectives into single unified model, thereby providing a more realistic and comprehensive understanding about virtual collaboration. The present study here sought to answers the following questions with organizational communication perspective: What are the major components of virtual collaboration? What factors affect the performance of virtual collaboration? And what kind of managerial efforts should organization make in order to facilitate CMC media effectiveness in virtual collaboration? Although there is a certain belief that new media, namely technology-mediated communication support would create new opportunities, the problem of "how" or "why" has been an important question that is still not fully addressed. In this regards, we collectively reexamined previous literatures with major issues which are still controversial and integrated various theoretical activity within computer-mediated communication domain: task-oriented approach, socio-emotional approach, and evolutionary psychological approach. Our first contribution is to develop a framework for virtual collaboration by combining two different perspectives into a single unified model, providing a more realistic and comprehensive understanding. The second main contribution is the joint modeling of both social presence and cognitive effort, and the effects on two distinct but important communication outcomes(i.e., take performance and relational development). We tested the research hypotheses which were developed based on the various CMC theories using data gathered through a self-administered mail survey of 127 individuals of 69 virtual workgroups. The proposed model was supported, providing preliminary evidence that the tension between two opposite view should be integrated. The results show that the individual's psychological processes(social presence and cognitive effort) in a virtual environment significantly mediated the effect of CMC inputs (media richness, user adaptation, and shared contest) on the CMC outputs (task performance and relational development). Furthermore, this study shows that the lack of perceived media richness of CMC media can be complemented by user adaptation and shared context. Based on the results, we discuss how communication system should be designed and implemented so as to promote virtual interaction as well as how a virtual workgroup should be composed to complement the lack of media richness. A virtual collaboration using CMC media may create new value by overcoming the logistical constraints. On the other hand, it may also generate various managerial risks such as communicational depersonalization, process dissatisfaction, and low cohesion. Therefore, this study suggests that organization managers should carefully choose the CMC mediums and monitor individual member's cognitive and affective psychological processes during virtual collaboration to reduce potential risks in virtual collaboration.

역동적 환경 하에 구매사/주공급사 간의 기술협력은 신제품 개발 프로젝트 성과를 향상시키는가? (A Study on the Technology Collaboration between the Main Supplier and Buyer under the Dynamic Environment: The Focus on the Performance of New Product Development)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국 제조기업들을 대상으로 역동적인 환경 하에 공급사와 구매사의 신제품 개발 기술협력이 구매기업의 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 운영성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 고찰하였다. 한국생산성본부와 지식경제부가 공동으로 조사한 2012년도 한국 600개 제조기업 조사 자료를 기반으로 회귀분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 독립 변수로 구매사와 구매사의 주요공급사와의 신제품 개발에서의 기술협력을 사용하였고 종속변수로 구매사의 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 품질달성률(quality), 비용절감(cost), 개발일정준수률(time)의 세 가지 운영 성과를 사용하였다. 환경의 역동성을 조절 변수로 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과 공급사와 구매사간의 기술협력이 신제품 개발 프로젝트 품질 달성율 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 예상과 달리 환경의 역동성은 오히려 공급사 구매사의 기술협력의 신제품개발 프로젝트 성과에 모두 부정적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 환경의 역동성이 높은 산업(통신기기산업)과 낮은 산업(조선산업)으로 분리하여 사후분석을 실시하였다. 사후분석결과, 역동성이 낮은 산업에서는 구매사-공급사의 기술협력이 신제품 개발 프로젝트 운영성과에 긍정적인 작용을 하지만 역동성이 높은 산업에서는 구매사-공급사의 기술협력이 구매사의 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 운영성과에 부정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 발견하였다. 역동성이 높은 산업은 새로운 기술이 요구되는 경우가 많아 기존에 지속적으로 거래를 하고 있는 특정 공급업체와의 협력을 통한 축적된 학습효과 및 시너지를 누리기가 어렵고 이에 주공급업체와의 협력이 프로젝트 운영의 효율성으로 연결되지 못하는 것으로 보인다. 반면에 환경의 역동성이 낮은 환경에서는 기존의 공급업체와의 협력을 통한 축적된 협력 역량 프로젝트 운영성과 향상에 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 보인다. 이는 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 속성과 횟수는 기업이 처한 환경과 밀접히 관련되어 있고 주 공급업체와의 기술 협력의 효과는 환경에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있음을 시사한다.

검색엔진 Elsevier를 활용한 해양생물다양성 국제연구협력방안 고찰 (A Study of International Research Cooperation based on Elsevier Papers of Marine Biodiversity)

  • The international collaboration on marine biodiversity increases in the proportion of the world's scientific papers produced with more than one international author, 2006-2010. The number of scientific papers from 2006 to 2010 describing "marine new species (or spec. nov., n. sp.)" published 401 (international ranking : $13^{th}$) by S. Korea, 824 ($7^{th}$) by China, 1,249($5^{th}$) by Japan, 1,282($3^{rd}$) by Austrailia, and 3,679 ($1^{st}$) by United States. The papers having an international co-authorship account for 52.0% by S. Korea, 79.0% by China, 67.0% by Japan, 81.0% by Australia at the same period. The proportion of national publication output produced in collaboration with other countries differs proportionately between countries. In S. Korea, the overall numbers of international collaboration were not growing significantly. Both in Japan and China, an overall numbers of international collaboration increased well in accordance with the proportion of national output with international collaboration.

차량 환경 상에서 멀티미디어 공동 작업을 위한 결함 허용 에이전트 (A Fault-Tolerance Agent for Multimedia Collaboration Works running on Vehicle Environment)

  • 본 논문은 세션 관리 기능을 포함한 차량 네트워크 환경을 위한 오류 처리에 대해서 기술한다. 이 시스템은 FDA(Fault Detection Agent)와 FRA(Fault Recovery Agent)로 구성되어 있다. FDA는 세션 관리 기능을 포함한 차량 네트워크 환경에서 멀티미디어 시스템을 위하여 훅 킹 기법으로 오류를 감지하는 에이전트이다. FRA는 차량 네트워크 환경에서 세션 관리 기능을 포함한 멀티미디어 시스템을 위한 소프트웨어 오류를 복구하기에 적합한 에이전트이다. 본 논문에서는 FRA에 범위를 한정한다. 여러 개의 지역 세션이 동시에 개설 되었을 경우에 각 지역 세션 관리자는 자신의 세션에 속한 참여자들에 대한 정보를 전체 세션 관리자에게 제공해서 네트워크에서 진행 중인 세션에 대한 최신의 정보를 유지한다.

The Impact of Interactional Justice and Supply-Chain Collaboration on Sustainable SCM Performance: The Case of Multinational Pharmaceutical Firms

  • This study explored the impact of interactional justice on supply-chain collaboration and sustainable supply-chain performance. Accordingly, it classified interactional justice of supply-chain management (SCM) into interpersonal and informational justice, and empirically classified the effects of these subordinate concepts on supply-chain collaboration and sustainable supply-chain performance. To this end, 700 questionnaires were distributed, and 201 final valid responses were used for the statistical analysis which revealed the significant positive influence of interpersonal justice on informational justice. This indicates that courtesy, respect, and proper words are important in the relationship between buyers and sellers. Both interpersonal and informational justice had a significant positive relationship with supply-chain collaboration. The results suggest that a fair-trade environment should be cultivated to encourage and facilitate seller-buyer collaboration. Lastly, supply-chain collaboration had a positive influence on sustainable supply-chain performance. This implies that if justice is not perceived in the seller-buyer relationship, collaboration can be hindered, which negatively impacts corporate performance. These findings also helped to understand the importance of interactional justice and to propose a new relationship between interpersonal and informational justice.

지속가능한 패션산업활성화를 위한 리디자인 협업 사례분석 (A Case Study on Re:Design Collaboration for Sustainable Fashion Industry Revitalization)

  • The fashion industry is considered hazardous and a threatened to the environment. Due the negative perception, the industry should focus on sustainability as a social role. Therefore, several redesign fashion collaborations mainly focusing on renewing abandoned resources are already in place. The research method was based on previous studies, and 3 characteristics were derived: Redesign collaboration between fashion companies, Redesign collaboration between fashion & heterogeneous industries, and Redesign collaboration between the fashion industry & non-profit organizations. Those 3 characteristics were reviewed using 4 criteria. First, to establish and maximize the sustainable brand image and to be the best examples in environmental management, the organization endeavors to collaborate with various industries, institutions, and designers. Second is the expansion of the customer network through the spread of value consumption. Third is the creation of new values through a resource circulation structure. This means that the resource circulation structure system helps the partners to minimize on wastage. Fourth is the spread of de-boundary lines and the possibility of brand growth. Through collaboration with other industries, the boundaries of materials used in the fashion industry started to blur, thus expanding the continuous brand growth potential. The study derived the characteristics of redesign collaboration by systematically analyzing the cases. Further, the study looks forward to analyzing the characteristics of the products processed by redesign fashion collaborations in future research.

국제표준을 반영한 BIM 협업 프레임워크 개발 (Development of BIM Collaboration Framework Based on ISO 19650)

  • In recent years, the mandatory use of BIM has been actively promoted due to the digital transformation of the construction industry. However, the CDE (Common Data Environment) system, which is an essential element for operating BIM, has not been established in accordance with the domestic situation. To solve this problem, this study analyzed the results of previous studies, including the ISO 19650 standard and domestic CDE system requirements, and developed BIM-based collaboration functions that are suitable for the domestic construction industry through functional analysis of domestic and foreign commercial CDE solutions. And we developed a BIM collaboration framework to provide BIM-based collaboration functions as a service by using cloud technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS to provide infrastructure resources flexibly and flexibly. The BIM collaboration framework developed in this study meets most of the CDE requirements of ISO1965, so it can secure competitiveness when bidding for overseas BIM projects. Also, because the BIM collaboration functions can be selectively applied to build a BIM-based collaboration platform, it is expected that the utilization of the BIM collaboration framework will be high, as it can minimize not only the time to build the platform but also the operating costs, and the usability is higher than that of existing commercial BIM CDE solutions.

Anonymous Participation and Collaboration Efficiency in Online Communities

  • Anonymity is one of the key factors that influence communication and the work behaviours of people. It is even more evident in an online community where the role of anonymity can be akin to a double-edged sword: it can increase participation while at the same time having detrimental effects due to irresponsible and disruptive behaviour. Most studies on anonymous participation in groups or communities have reported this ambivalent view of anonymity: positive or negative. Furthermore, the effects of anonymous participation may be different in a dynamic sense because the task characteristics of participation can vary across time. In this study, we hypothesise that the effects of anonymity in online collaboration differ across the stages of collaboration. We analysed 2,978 featured articles on the English-language Wikipedia website and investigated the contributions of anonymous participants. While the contributions of anonymous participants were negative to collaboration efficiency as a whole, the negative effect of anonymous participants was stronger in the earlier stage than the later stage of collaboration. These findings indicate that the effect of anonymity has two sides in terms of collaboration efficiency in the same collaborative environment.
