포장필름의 산소차단성에 따른 육가공제품의 저장수명 연구 (Study on the Effect of Barrier of Packaging Films on the Shelf Life of Processed Meat Product)

  • This study was investigated to the effect of oxygen barrier of four different packaging films of the shelf life of proessed meat product by the simulated distribution test and storage test. The microbial growth, pH, VBN content, TBA value, color change and sensory evaluation were compared during the 2-month storage period at 4, 10, $20^{\circ}C$ after finished the simulated distribution test. The oxygen transmission rates ($cc/m^2$ day) were BF001: 27,88; BF003; 12.30;NY; 77.98; EVOM; 0.41 respectively. The packaging films were not effected on the changes of pH, VBN content, TBA value and color during the storage period. The aerobic microbial growth was increased only at $20^{\circ}C$ in the order of growth rate in the following films;NY > BF001 > BF003 > EVOH. Therefore, the microbial growth was affected significantly by the properties of oxygen barrier off packaging films and it should be an indicator of establishing the shelf life processed meat product.

염산티로프라미드제제의 생물학적 동등성 평가 (Bioequivalence Evaluation of the Tiropramide hydrochloride)

  • The bioequivalence of two tiropramide products was evaluated in 18 health male volunteers following oral administration. Test product was Tira $m^{R}$ tablet (Shin Poong SP-102) (Shin Poong Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and reference product was Tirop $a^{R}$ tablet (Dae Woong Pharm. Co., Ltd.) One capsule of the test and reference product containing 100 mg of tropramide.hydrochloride was administered to the volunteers by randomized two period cross-over study (2 $\times$ 2 Latin square method). The drug concentration in plasma was determined by GC/MS for over a period of 12hours after administration. Analysis of variance reveal that there are no differences in AUC (area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to infinity), Cmax (maximum plasma concentration) and Tmax (time to reach Cmax). The differences of mean AUC, Cmax and Tmax between two products were 3.85, 1.47 and -3.6%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (%) at $\alpha$=0.1 were all less than 20% given as a guideline (18.07, 17.00 and 20.69% for AUC, Cmax and Tmax, respectively). From these results, the two products are bioequivalent.ent.

  • The target of this work was the process development of demonstration plant to produce the high quailty alternative fuel oil by the pyrolysis of mixed plastic waste. In the first step of research, the bench-scale units of 70t/y and the pi lot plant of 360 t/v had been developed. Main research contents in this step were the process performance test of pilot plant ot 360ton/year and the development of demonstration plant of 3 000 t/y which was constructed at Korea R & D Company in Kimjae City. The process performance of pilot plant of 360 t/v showed components in PONA group appeared at between that of commercial gasoline and kerosene. On the other hand, HO product was mainly paraffin and olefin components and also appeared at upper temperature distribution range than commercial diesel. Gas product showed a high fraction of $C_3\;and\;C_4$ product like LPG composition, but also a high fraction of $CO_2$ and CO by probably a little leak of process.

Storage Stability of Seasoned-Dried Pacific Saury (Imported Product) Treated with Liquid Smoke

  • In order to enhance suitable processing methods of imported Pacific saury, Cololabis saira, storage stability of seasoned-dried Pacific saury (imported product) treated with liquid smoke (T2 product) was compared with a control (C, seasoning only) and T1 (treatment of 0.05% BHT instead of liquid smoke). The histamine contents of 3 seasoned-dried products were within a stable range (9.08 ~ 12.08 mg/100 g) during storage. The water activities of all products were in the 0.698 ~ 0.755 range. The viable cell count of T2 was lower than those of C and T1 during storage. The change in color values of C, T1 and T2 were not significant with increasing storage period. The results of the sensory evaluation during storage showed that the shelf-life of T2 was extended to 60 days, while those of C and T1 were limited to up to 45 days.

  • The reaction of [IrCl(cod)]2 with ppol ligand, Ph2PCH2CH2CH2P(Ph)CH2CH2CH=CH2, in ethanol gives an iridium complex, whose structure is converted from an ionic form, [Ir(cod)(ppol)]Cl·2C2H5OH (1),in polar solvents (ethanol, methanol and acetonitrile), to a molecular form, [IrCl(cod)(ppol)], in non-polar solvents (benzene and toluene). The cationic complexes, [Ir(cod)(ppol)]AsF6·1/2C2H5OH and [Ir(cod)(ppol)]PF6·1/2CH3CN, were prepared to compare with the ionic form by 31P NMR spectroscopy. When carbon monoxide is introduced to 1, cod is replaced by CO to give the 5-coordinated complex, [IrCl(CO)(ppol)]. Hydrogenation of 1-octene was not successful in the presence of 1. In order to verify the reason for 1 not behaving as a good catalyst for hydrogenation, electrophilic reactions with HCl, I2 and HBF4·etherate were performed, which yielded the oxidative addition product, [IrHCl2(ppol)], the substitution product, [IrI(cod)(ppol)], and another cationic product, [Ir(cod)(ppol)]BF4, respectively. Thus, the iridium complex is not sufficiently basic to activate hydrogen atoms or the olefin of the ppol ligand.

한국 사과 주산지의 지역농협 연합판매사업의 전개 - 전라북도 무주군을 사례로 - (Development of Joint Sales Business by Regional Agricultural Cooperatives in a Major Apple Production Region of Korea - Focused on the Case of Muju County, North Jeolla Province -)

  • In Muju County, one of Korea's major apple producers, the regional agricultural cooperatives united together and invested to establish a cooperative joint business corporation in charge of the sales business. The corporation carried out the sales business transferred from the participating regional agricultural cooperatives. While the two participating cooperatives showed a marked difference in the degree of participation at the beginning of the business, the introduction of the agricultural product processing centers (APCs) and the participation of co-selection and shipment organizations and general farms helped settle this gap. In addition, commercialization through the APCs enhanced the market competitiveness of apples, which led to the stable securing of sales outlets. The corporation integrated the sales business in the county and this resulted in increased sales volume and sales revenue. Playing a leading role in introducing and cultivating new crops on a trial basis, the corporation demonstrated its potential as the main body of the joint sales business.

한국, 영국, 일본 제품 탄소발자국 기준에 따른 세제, 단열재, 진공청소기 산정 결과 비교 평가 (A Comparative Study for Product Carbon Footprint of Detergent, Heat Insulating Material, Vacuum Cleaner (Korea, UK and Japan))

  • 2007년 영국 Carbon Trust의 Carbon Reduction Label을 시작으로 하여 일본의 CFP (Carbon Footprint Product), 한국 탄소성적표지 인증제도 등 국내외 약 15개 국가 또는 기관에서 제품에 대한 탄소라벨링 제도를 시행중에 있다. 탄소라벨링은 기업이 제품 및 서비스에 대한 전과정에서 발생하는 탄소배출량을 정량화하고 해당 제품에 대한 라벨링을 부착함으로써 제품에 대한 온실가스 배출량을 저감하기 위한 제도로 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국, 영국, 일본의 탄소라벨링 제도 운영 현황과 국가별 제도에 대상 세부 산정 기준에 대한 분석을 실시하기 위해 국내기업 중 청소기, 세제, 포장재료를 대상으로 한국, 영국, 일본 탄소라벨링 기준에 따라 제품의 온실가스 배출량을 산출하였다. 제품별 평가결과 온실가스 배출량 산정기준, 배출계수 등의 차이로 동일한 제품의 경우에도 제품의 온실가스 배출량 차이를 보이고 있다. 그러므로 기업이 국가별로 제품 탄소라벨링을 대응하는데 많은 어려움이 발생할 것으로 보이며 특히 국제표준뿐만 아니라 제품군별 가이드라인 개발이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

납계열 안료의 대기환경에 따른 열화특성 (Degradation of Lead-based Pigments by Atmospheric Environment)

  • 연백, 연단, 밀타승으로 대표되는 납계열 안료의 대기환경에 따른 열화특성을 규명하였다. 자외선에 노출된 채색시편들은 모두 색차가 4~31로 어두워졌으나 성분에 변화는 없었다. CO2는 시편의 색상 뿐 아니라 성분 변화에 큰 영향을 주지 못하였다. 반면 NO2에 노출된 시편들은 색변화가 크게 나타나고 Lead nitrate(Pb(NO3)2)와 같은 2차 생성물이 확인되었다. 연백과 연단은 NO2에 의한 색차가 각각 2와 10으로 시험 전에 비해 어두워졌으나 밀타승은 색차가 5이고 시험 전에 비해 밝게 변했다. 이를 통해 CO2와 NO2가 동일한 농도일 경우 CO2에 비해 NO2가 안료 보존에 영향력 있는 대기환경 인자임을 확인할 수 있다. 미세먼지에 존재하는 염의 영향을 보기 위해 5% NaCl(in distilled water)를 제조하여 염수 분무 시험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 연백, 연단, 밀타승 모두 시편 색변화와 함께 표면에 2차 생성물이 형성되었다. 이로 인해 아교도막이 박락되거나 hole이 형성되었으며, 생성물을 중심으로 색상이 변하였다. 또한 염수분무 후 XRD 피크 강도와 결정도가 함께 낮아진 것을 볼 수 있다. 염수분무 후 시료의 성분분석 결과 연백의 경우 Litharge가, 밀타승의 경우 Litharge와 Minium이 새로 형성되었다. 이를 통해 채색안료의 보존에 영향력 있는 대기환경 인자는 자외선, NO2, 수용성 염임을 확인하였고 특히 납계열 안료 중 밀타승의 안정성이 다른 안료에 비해 낮은 것을 알 수 있었다.

Web contents-comparative analysis: Online shopping agencies that retail foreign apparel

  • The purpose of this study is 1) to investigate the Web content of online shopping agencies and to see if differences exist in their contents and 2) to suggest strategies for online shopping agencies. For the study, the online shopping agency components of web sites were investigated, which consisted of product, information, and customer service. Each component had sub-categories. In order to analyze the Web content of online shopping agencies, nine agencies were chosen based on the rankings of www.rankey.com and www.100hot.co.kr. The content analysis was conducted from January 5th to the 30th of 2009. The results showed that the basic Web content of online shopping agencies (i.e., product, information, and customer service) was evident on most sites. However, products were similar and effective information and labor-saving functions were sparsely used. Areas where customers actively participated were limited. Therefore, most sites need to reinforce their content by providing a well-articulated product, information, and customer service for shoppers and to differentiate their Web site identities.
