The purpose of this study was to identify the combinations of factors combinations conferring the highest utility of family restaurants to university students, and establish the relative importance of these factors in terms of their contribution to total utility. 196 of 200 questionnaires were utilized for the analysis. (Eds note: to whom were the questionnaires administered) Frequencies, crosstabs, and the conjoint, max. utility, BTL and Logit models, K-means cluster and one-way ANOVA analysesis, and the Friedman test were the statistical methods used for this study. The findings from this study were as follows: 1) the Pearson's R and Kendall's tau statistics (Eds note: these were not mentioned earlier) show that the model (Eds note: which model is this) fits the data well. 2) it was found that of all the respondents, especially the first and third clusters, regarded both the type of food and the price as very important factors. 3) it was found that all the respondents, especially the third cluster, most preferred a family restaurant (design and simulation) that provided less than 6 fusion and traditional foods. The first cluster most preferred family restaurant (design) that provided over 10 traditional and less than 6 ethnic foods. The second cluster most preferred a family restaurant (design and simulation) that provided over 10 traditional foods. 4) the results of the study have provided some insights into the effective types of family restaurant designs that can be successfully developed by those who manage menu variety, quality and type of food, price, and quality of service to university students dining at family restaurants.
Currently, the government selects products that are likely to cause harm to consumers as safety management targets and classifies them into three types: safety certification, safety confirmation, and supplier conformity verification. In addition, the government conducts safety surveys on products in circulation or accident products, and recalls products that are of great concern to consumer risks. In this paper, we have developed RAP (Risk Assessment method based on Probability), which is a probability based product risk assessment method, for the classification of safety management type of product and safety investigation, and have shown an application example. In this process, information is used for the CISS (Consumer Injury Surveillance System) of the Korean Consumer Agency. In addition, we apply the cluster analysis to classify the current supervised children products into three groups. Then, we confirm the effectiveness of RAP by comparing the result of RAP application, cluster analysis result and current safety management classification type. Also, we recognize the need to review the current safety management classification criteria for classifying products into three types.
HscA is a Hsp70-type chaperone protein that plays an essential role to mediate the iron-sulfur (Fe-S) cluster biogenesis mechanism in Escherichia coli. Like other Hsp70 chaperones, HscA is composed of two domains: the nucleotide binding domain (NBD), which can hydrolyze ATP and use its chemical energy to facilitate the Fe-S cluster transfer process, and the substrate binding domain (SBD), which directly interacts with the substrate, IscU, the scaffold protein of an Fe-S cluster. In the present work, we prepared the isolated SBD construct of HscA (HscA(SBD)) and conducted the solution-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments to have its backbone chemical shift assignment information. Due to low spectral quality of HscA(SBD), we obtained all the NMR data from the sample containing the peptide LPPVKIHC, the HscA-interaction motif of IscU, from which the chemical shift assignment could be done successfully. We expect that this information provides an important basis to execute detailed structural characterization of HscA and appreciate its interaction with IscU.
This study was made to suggest the nursing strategies for promoting the behaviors about bone mass health behaviors in order to prevent middle aged women's osteoporosis. This study was a descriptive-correlational design that also concerned to the types which improve bone mass promoting behaviors by inspecting patterns of health locus of control method out of recognizable variables of health improving models influencing on these bone mass promoting behaviors. For these purpose, data were collected by self reported questionnaire in middle school, from 158 women living in Seoul. The measuring tools used in this study about bone mass promoting behaviors and multidimensional health locus of control, were developed by author on the basis of literature review and analyzed by SPSS-PC window, into pearson's correlation, ANOVA, multiple regression, cluster analysis. Data was analyzed as follows. 1. 6 Multidimensional health locus of control scale clusters were existed. : a)cluster I (pure internal), b)cluster II(pure chance), c) cluster III(Believer in control), d), cluster IV(Type VI), e)cluster V(yea sayer), f) cluster VI(nay sayer). There were no findings of the powerful others external cluster and double external cluster. 2. The higher the value of internal health locus of control was, the better the bone mass promoting behaviors were(r=.2891, $p=.00^{**}$). The higher the value of chance external health locus of control was, the worse the bone mass promoting behaviors were(r=-.1367, $p=.00^{**}$). 3. On the basis of these relationships, 6 clusters were significantly different in the bone mass promoting behaviors(F=2.27, $p=.05^*$). The value of bone mass promoting behaviors was ranked the order of type VI>believer in control>pure internal>yea sayer>nay sayer>pure chance external highly. 4. Bone mass promoting behaviors were not significantly different as to age. Suggestion. Based on the results from the study, I would like to make some suggestions as follows. 1) To delay the loss of bone mass in middle aged women, the study on the cluster of the multidimensional health locus of control should be conducted repeatedly. 2) The tool of multidimensional health locus of control should be developed through a qualitative method adjusted on Korean' health culture.

In this research, I classified adult women's back types through anthropometric measurement and photographic measurement to present a judging individual body size according to the type. Also, Ⅰ calculated regression fomula by types and presented the basic bodice pattern. The results were as follows: 1. The result of factor analysis indicated that 5 factors were extracted and those factors comprised 75.89% of total variance. 2. According to the cluster analysis, Ⅰclassified the back types into 6 types. Type 1 was passive posture in the upper and the lower parts of the back. Type 2 was active posture in the upper and the lower parts of the back. Type 3 had the lowest protrusion of the back. Type 4 had the upper part of the back which is mostly bent downward. Type 5 was the most suitable shape. Type 6 had the lower part of the back which was turned over the most. 3. Ⅰconducted a discriminant analysis to judge the body types of individuals. 4. For the calculation of measurements necessary for the basic bodice pattern, Ⅰpresented regression formulas by each type. 5. By conducting the wearing experiments, Ⅰsuccessfully made the final basic bodice patterns by types. As a result of comparative experiments between the basic bodice patterns and comparison bodice pattern, the suitability of basic bodice patterns were more highly assessed.
The purpose of this study was to classify female students' somatotypes, to investigate the relationship between five somatotypes obtained from anthropometric measurements and to examine the relationship between the spinal deformity and somatotypes. The subjects for anthropometric measurements were 844 female middle and high school students. The data were analyzed by cluster analysis, correspondence analysis, Duncan test, and T-test. The results were as follows. Cluster analysis on the factors extracted from directly measured items classified subjects into five types (middle height and a little slim type (39.6%), low height and a little slim type (13.1%), middle height and a little fat type (18.0%), tall and very fat type (7.7%), and very tall and standard type (21.6%). In examining the relationship between the normal people and those of the spinal deformity, the normal showed higher mean value in almost all the items of the girth, the depth, and the length. High school students had more spinal deformity in number than middle school students. The degree of deformity was higher in the right spinal deformity than in the left spinal deformity as the age increased. In terms of the distribution of the spinal deformity classified by the somatotype, Type 1 (middle height and a little slim type) and Type 5 (very tall and standard type) appeared the highest.
The purpose of this study was to investigate teaching competence of faculty members based on TPACK which should be examined to ensure high quality in higher education. This study was conducted with a focus on TPACK, which integrate technology knowledge (TK), content knowledge (CK), and pedagogy knowledge (PK). Except insincere responses data from a total of 85 participants were used for data analysis in this study. K-mean cluster analysis method was used to examine how faculty members could be distinguished depending on TPACK type. Study results showed that there were three different types of faculty groups (well-balanced competence type, development required competence type, and lack of technology competence type). First, faculty members defined as well balanced competence type were more than the average level in TPACK. Second, faculty members belonged to development required competence type reported below the average level in TPACK. Thus, faculty members in this type were required to increase teaching competence. Finally, faculty members in lack of technology competence type were needed to enhance competence related to technology because their overall TK level was relatively low. This study examined what distinctive characteristics exited in each type depending on gender, teaching career, nationality, and age. Results from this study offered a basis for better understanding TPACK for enhancing teaching competence at the university level.
The anthropometric measurement and the photometric measurement for have been conducted 358 children from 4 years old to 6 years old to design children's clothing. The characteristics of body type were grasped among total 44 measurement items according to the aging, being extracted seven factors from factor analysis. From cluster analysis among the seven factors the three body types were classified. Type 1 shows low fat body with a small figure and short upper body. The body has a round belly and waist. Type 2 shows the fattest body with an average height. The body has been backed with lower shoulders. Type 3 shows common fat body with a high height and a big figure. The body shows crooked round back with a big upper body and rising shoulders.

The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental data of characterizing for age group of obese women's body shape. The subjects were 132 obese women, age of 20~59. The criteria of obestity based on Vervaeck index ($\geq$92.3), Rohrer index ($\geq$ 1.6), and bust girth ($\geq$90 cm). Thirty eight measurement items were used for F-test. Forty two transformed variables (including 4 additional variables) were used for cluster analysis The results were as follows: 1. Characteristics for age group were described that 20's was narrow shoulder, flesh contoured shape in upper body. 30's was rounded upper back, 40's was the slightest fatty shape, and 50's was the fattest round shape among four age groups. 2. Four types of obese women's body shape were classified by cluster analysis. Body shape of type 1 was fatty abdomen, and rounded upper back in 50's mainly. Body shape of type 2 was slightly fatty. Body shape of type 3 was round shape. Body shape of type 4 was the smallest girth in the obese women in 40's mainly.
through Sid View Silhouette The purpose of this study was to pro-vide basic information for elderly women's clothing construction and to develop dress forms that can reflect the charac-teristics of their bodies. The subjects were 251 elderly women aged from 60 to 81. Data were collected from 34 photographic measurements of each subject and analyzed by factor analysis cluster analysis analysis of variance. The results were as follows: 1. A decrease in height the bustline drops as age increase. From a lateral view point most of the subjects have straight posture with protruding ab-domens but the somatotype gradually bends bends forward with age. 2) Five factors were extracted from photometric measurement which explain 81.0% of variance. 3 Through cluster analysis using 5 fac-tor scores four types were categorized. Type I was turning over somatotype Type II was swayback somatotype Type III was straight somatotype Type IV was bending somatotype according to its po-sition to the relative plumb liner and their side view contour.
