최근 4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술인 드론의 도입으로 학교 교육 현장에서는 드론을 활용한 다양한 융합교육이 진행되고 있다. 특히 자유학기제 수업 및 진로탐색과 연계하여 드론 이론 및 실습 교육을 진행하고 있다. 드론융합 교육프로그램은 단순 시연 실습교육 보다 학습자의 만족도가 높고 직접적인 실습 경험으로 인하여 학습효과가 높게 나타나고 있다. 그러나 다수의 학습자를 상대로 실습교육을 진행하고 있어 한정된 장소에서의 다중드론 비행에 제약 및 학습자 통제가 불가능한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 학교에서 다중드론 교육 운영 시 교수자가 다수의 드론을 실시간 감시하고 드론 간의 충돌을 사전에 학습자에게 인식시켜 실시간으로 다수의 드론 감시가 가능한 감시시스템을 제안하였다. 실험에서 사용된 통신 모듈은 Murata LoRa에 GPS를 탑재하였고, 실시간으로 수신된 위치 데이터를 기반으로 모니터링이 가능하도록 서버와 클라이언트를 구성하였다. 개방형 공간에서 제안한 시스템의 성능을 평가하였으며, 약 120m 거리까지 통신 신호가 양호함을 확인하였다. 즉 240m 범위 안에서 25대의 교육용 드론의 제어가 가능하고, 교수자가 모니터링할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
본 연구에서는 국제적인 치위생계의 임상실무와 교육의 표준인 치위생 관리 과정을 기반으로 표준화된 치위생 교육기관인 미국 폰즈스쿨의 임상치위생학 교육과정에 대해 심층분석 함으로써 국내 실정에 맞는 임상치위생학 교육과정의 표준화 방안에 대해 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 2015~2016년 폰즈스쿨의 임상치위생학은 모두 'Dental Hygiene Clinical Practice (DHYG)'라는 과목명으로 운영되었고, 실습의 비중이 매우 컸으며, 실습강의는 교수 1명당 학생 5명이 한 팀으로 운영되었다. 폰즈스쿨의 학과 목표는 브릿지포트 대학교의 미션에 따라 설정되었고, 폰즈스쿨의 임상치위생학 교육목표 또한 폰즈스쿨의 학과 목표에 기반하여 설정되었다. 또한, 임상치위생학의 교육목표는 ADHA에서 제시한 치위생임상 실무표준에 따라 개발되었고, 이를 기반으로 임상치위생학 교육을 통해 달성해야 하는 임상 핵심역량과 세부역량을 제시하고 있었다. 임상치위생학 교육내용은 다양한 대상자에게 적절한 치위생 관리 과정을 제공하기 위한 이론 및 실습으로 구성되었고, 특히, 졸업 후 실제 임상 현장에서 수행하게 될 업무에 대한 실습내용이 다뤄졌다. 학생은 대상자/환자별로 수행한 술식에 문서를 작성하여 교수자와 함께 검토 및 보완작업을 통해 치위생 임상역량을 높이고자 하였다. 실습내용 중 치위생 관리 과정 실습은 필수적으로 어린이, 청소년, 성인, 노인, 특별환자를 대상으로 선정해야 하며, 구강 상태에 따라 중등도 이상의 치주환자를 포함해야 했다. 이론평가는 지필고사 혹은 사례연구 발표 등으로 이루어졌고, 실습평가는 주로 임상역량의 달성 정도에 따라 평가되었다. 특히 교수자의 로테이션 평가를 실시하였는데, 이를 통해 모든 학생의 임상역량 달성 정도를 파악하고 부족한 역량에 대해 개선방안을 함께 모색하는 과정을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 ADHA에서 제시하는 치위생임상 실무표준에 따라 운영되고 있는 표준화된 임상치위생학 교육과정을 심층적으로 분석함으로써 향후 우리나라 임상치위생학의 개선방향을 모색하기 위한 기초 자료로 제시될 수 있을 것이라 판단되었다.
현재 SSL 프로토콜은 다양한 컴퓨팅 환경과 보안 시스템 내에서 핵심부분으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 SSL 프로토콜의 운영상의 경직성 때문에 다음과 같은 문제점들이 있다. 첫째, 주고받는 모든 데이타에 대한 보안을 실행하기 때문에 CPU에 큰 부하를 초래한다. 둘째, SSL 프로토콜에서는 정해진 알고리즘에 의해 고정적인 길이의 키를 사용하므로 향후 암호문 해독에 대한 위험이 존재한다. 셋째, 새로운 암호화 알고리즘의 추가 및 활용에 어려움이 존재한다. 넷째, SSL 프로토콜 개발 시에 보안에 관한 전문 지식이 없는 개발자는 보안 API(Application Programming Interface)를 다루기가 어렵다. 따라서 이러한 문제점들을 극복하는 동시에 안전하고 편리하게 SSL 프로토콜을 사용할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이러한 요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 CBD(Component Based Development) 개념을 사용하여 설계 및 구현한 SSL 컴포넌트를 제안한다. SSL 컴포넌트는 SSL 프로토콜에서 수행하는 데이타 암호화 서비스를 제공한다. 또한, 보안에 익숙하지 않은 개발자들이 안전한 시스템을 구현할 수 있도록 개발의 편의성을 제공한다. SSL 컴포넌트는 컴포넌트의 기본적인 특징을 수용하므로 반복적인 재사용이 가능하여 생산성을 향상시키고 비용을 절감시키는 효과를 준다. 뿐만 아니라 알고리즘이 추가되거나 변경되는 경우에 호환과 연동을 용이하게 해주는 장점이 있다. SSL 컴포넌트는 애플리케이션 단에서 SSL 프로토콜과 동일한 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 한다. 먼저 요구사항을 도출하여 설계, 구현하고, SSL 컴포넌트와 이를 지원하는 비밀성, 무결성 컴포넌트를 독립적으로 구현한다. 앞에서 언급된 모든 컴포넌트들은 각각 EJB로 구현한다. 암 복호화 시 데이타를 선택적으로 암호화할 수 있도록 함으로써 데이타 처리 시간을 줄여 효율성을 높인다. 또한, 사용자의 의지대로 데이터 및 메커니즘을 선택할 수 있도록 하여 사용성을 높인다. 결론적으로는, 위의 내용을 실험 및 평가함으로써, SSL 컴포넌트가 기존의 SSL 프로토콜보다 처리 시간의 증가율이 낮아 데이타 량이 많아질수록 시간이 더 적게 소요되므로 효율적임을 검증한다.
This study reports on a comparison between the Korean diffusion of agricultural innovation or extension service and the cooperative extension service in the United States of America. It focuses on relevant differences between the two systems and provides recommendation for improvement of the Korean system to insure success in important areas related to the diffusion of agricultural innovations. After a comparative study on diffusion of innovations it is clear that: in order to have a productive agriculture that makes effective and efficient use of natural resources and helps achieve sustainability goals, a mechanism that delivers knowledge to agricultural communities must be established and maintained. This mechanism is clearly an agricultural extension service that is cooperatively funded by federal, state and local governments and that insures participation of constituents in the process of establishing priorities and evaluating achievements. The success of US agriculture, the most productive in the world, is to a large degree to the Cooperative Extension Service. Based on the results of this study and the differences of the United States and Korea, the following recommendations should be emphasized for more effective communication for agricultural innovation and rural development in Korea: 1) In order to insure that extension educators are high caliber professional individuals, it is important to establish a system that nationally recognizes these individuals as such, and that provides a professional development path. 2) The results of the decision of transfer of extension educators to local governments has not yielded positive outcomes, especially in terms of professional status. It is clearly demonstrable that valuable professionals are leaving the service, that local governments do not have the will and resources to implement a successful extension program. 3) Because of the critical importance of diffusing innovations to agricultural producers in order to insure and quality and steady food supply, it is of critical importance that these issues be addressed before the extension service is further deteriorated. Given the cement situation, it is clear that the extension service should become nationally supported again in cooperation with local and state governments and that extension professionals be given appropriate rank at the national level, commesurate with their peers in research and teaching. 4) The common current committee practice of lengthy reporting and short discussion needs to be changed to one that results in char, brief and substantive action oriented goals. Joint participation by researchers, extension educators and farmers should be encouraged in planning, implementation and evaluation of communication for agricultural innovations. Roles and functions of committees for institutional cooperation, and or agricultural extension committees should be enlarged. 5) Extension educators should be encouraged to adopt new communication technologies to improve their diffusion of innovations methods. Agricultural institutions and organizations should be encouraged to adopt farmer-first and or client-oriented approach in agricultural extension and diffusion of agricultural technologies. The number, complexity and rapid change of information in agricultural extension require the development of a computer based information and report system to support agricultural extension. 6) To facilitate and expand the further development of communication for agricultural innovation and rural development, agricultural communication programs in universities especially in colleges of agriculture and life sciences. 7) To strengthening the sense of national and social responsibility communication for agricultural innovation and rural development among students in agricultural colleges and universities through participation in learning activities by proactive recruitment. 8) To establish and reinforce a policy that insures participation in communication for agricultural innovation and regal development activities. 9) To improve further development of communication for agricultural innovation and rural development in Korea, more research activities should be encouraged.
The case management has been applied to improve the quality of care and the cost-effectiveness in the most health care institutions. In a way of case management, the critical pathway(CP) has been executed in many acute care settings, focused on the diagnoses with high cost, high volume, and high risk. This study was conducted to develop a case management program using CP as an intervention of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis for the surgery of posterolateral fusion, and to find out the effects of the critical pathway on the quality of nursing care, patient satisfaction as an outcome of care, length of stay and medical charge, and nurses' job satisfaction. At the same time, patients' functional states were checked with the Oswestry Low Back Pain Index, to show that the CP would not decrease the patients' function compared to the control group. 본 연구는 치과진료기관의 고객 불만처리 실태를 파악하고, 불만처리 서비스 및 불만 예방서비스 시행 정도를 조사하기 위하여 2007년 1월 20일부터 2월 20일까지 치과진료기관을 대상으로 총210부의 설문지를 수거하였으나 이 중 4부는 응답자료에 결측치가 있어 분석에서 제외시키고 총 206(98%)부의 설문지를 SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 치과진료기관에서 불만처리서비스에 대해 32.5%가 인지하고 있는 것으로 조사되었고, 64.6%는 불 만처리서비스를 시행 하지 않는 것으로 조사되었으며, 94.7%가 불만을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 2. 의료소비자의 불만 내용으로는 '진료 및 대기시간이 길다'가 40.3%로 가장 높게 나타났으며 '의료보험 미적용'이 30.6%, '진료에 대한 설명부족' 6.3%, '진료비 과다청구' 5.8% 순으로 나타났으며, 월 불만건수는 1~10건이 91.3%로 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 불만표현방법에서는 '직원에게 직접 말한다'가 88.2%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 주된 불만처리 담당자는 '치과위생사'가 56.8%로 높게 나타났다. 치과진료기관의 불만대처방법으로는 '즉각적인 조치'가 34.5%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, '환자의 성향을 분석 후 불만을 처리' 30.0%, '불만에 대해 변명으로 대처' 11.1%, '불만처리센타를 설치해 적극적으로 대처' 7.0% 순으로 나타났다. 3. 불만처리서비스 시행 정도는 총평균 3.02로 나타났으며, 불만처리 담당자가 '치과위생사'일 경우 접수담당자 보다 의료소비자 불만처리서비스 시행 정도가 높은 것으로 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < .01). 월 불만건수가 '없다'고 응답한 경우가 '1~10건'과 '11건 이상'의 경우보다 불만처리 시행 정도가 높은 것으로 나타나 그룹 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < .05). 4. 불만예방서비스 시행 정도는 총 평균 2.59로 나타났으며, 서울, 인천 경기의 경우 지방보다 불만예방서비스 시행정도가 높은 것으로 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며(p < .01), 치과위생사 가 불만처리를 담당했을 경우 접수담당자 담당한 경우 보다 불만예방서비스 시행 정도가 높은 것으로 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < .05).

This study was conducted to compare the characteristics of high performane areas for family planning with that of low performance areas and to find factors which strongly affected contraceptive practice behavior. For the study, eight areas were selected from 274 rural family planning canvassing areas of Korean Population Policy and Program Evaluation Study, which was an action study operated in all areas of Cheju Island from July 1, 1976 until December 31,1979. As a first step of the action study, Cheju Island was devided up 318 family planning canvasser areas Each area was consisted of 200 households in rural district and 300 households in urhan one Duriog the period of project, each canvassing area had been managed by a female family planning canvasser, selected by director of health center considering several individual conditions needed for family planning activities Basic activities of canvassers were to counsell all the eligihie couples in own charged area about family planning methods and also to distribute contraceptives such as condoms and oral pills. In case couples desire to accept sterilization including vasectomy and tubal-ligation, the canvassers played a linking role connecting potential client with family planning field workers. Canvassng areas shows significant differentce in performance for family planning, nevertheless they are supposed to have almost the same conditions regarding family planning distribution channel. Because the purpose of the Cheju project was to eliminate all the problems that existed in governmental distribution system, that is to remove geographic, economic, cognitive and administrative barriers Accumulated performances of family planning methods accepted by residents in each area were calculated by eligible women aged 14-49. And then canvassing areas were ranked according to performance score. Consequently, 4 areas in extremely high and low family planning performance areas were selected respectively. Major results were obtained by comparing characteristics of high performance area with that of low performance areas, which are as follows: 1. The mean number of living children was about the same both in high and low performance areas for family planning. But respondents' mean age (38.5) in high performance areas was higher than that (37.0) in low performance areas 2. Respondents' perception in the expectant educational level of others' children in high performance areas was higher than that in low performance areas, although respondents educational level, monthly expenditure and ratio of children in high school and above was not different. 3. Ratio of ownerships of TV and newspaper in high performance areas was highen than that in low performance areas 4. The duration of canvasser' charge in high performance areas was longer than that of low performance areas, showing the fact that canvassers didn't move cut in high performance areas 5. In high performance areas, canvassers' houses were relatively located in the center part of the village. And so villagers resided in near distances from the anvasser's house 6. 4H clubs' activities in high performance areas were more active than those in low performance areas Therefore it was assumed that cohesiveness of community in high performance areas were stronger than that in low areas. 7. Canvassers' family planning practice rate was higher than that in low performance areas, and also canvassers' human relationship was more sociable than that of canvassers in low performance areas. 8. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure.
