IPA기법을 활용한 한옥마을 선택속성의 중요도-만족도 연구 (Research on the Importance and Satisfaction of Selection Attribute for Hanok Village using Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA))

  • 본 연구는 전주 한옥마을 관광객들의 선택속성에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 전주 한옥마을 방문 시에 중요하게 생각하는 중요도와 방문 후 만족도를 IPA 분석을 활용하여 연구하고, 이에 따른 결과와 마케팅적 시사점을 제공하였다. 설문 조사는 2018년 10월 초부터 11월 말까지 일대일 방식으로 진행하였고, 총 300부를 배포하였으며, 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 42부를 제외한 총 258부를 유효표본으로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 유효표본에 대한 분석은 SPSS for Window Version 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 표본의 일반적인 사항은 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis)을 실시하여 표본의 특성을 파악하였고 대응표본 T 검정(Paired Sample T-test)을 활용하여 연구하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 선택속성 중에 관광지의 청결성이 가장 높았고, 그다음 순위는 주차장 시설, 자연경관, 음식·먹거리, 기후(날씨)순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한옥마을을 방문하는 관광객들이 만족한 선택속성 항목은 자연경관이 가장 만족한 것으로 나타났고, 기후(날씨), 지역의 특색, 역사문화자원, 관광지 청결 순으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 한옥마을을 방문하는 관광객들이 지각하는 선택속성 변수의 중요도-만족도 값의 사분면 위치에 따라서 한옥마을의 다양한 프로그램 개발과 관광객의 만족도를 올리기 위한 방안 마련이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

LDA를 이용한 온라인 리뷰의 다중 토픽별 감성분석 - TripAdvisor 사례를 중심으로 - (Multi-Topic Sentiment Analysis using LDA for Online Review)

  • Purpose There is much information in customer reviews, but finding key information in many texts is not easy. Business decision makers need a model to solve this problem. In this study we propose a multi-topic sentiment analysis approach using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) for user-generated contents (UGC). Design/methodology/approach In this paper, we collected a total of 104,039 hotel reviews in seven of the world's top tourist destinations from TripAdvisor (www.tripadvisor.com) and extracted 30 topics related to the hotel from all customer reviews using the LDA model. Six major dimensions (value, cleanliness, rooms, service, location, and sleep quality) were selected from the 30 extracted topics. To analyze data, we employed R language. Findings This study contributes to propose a lexicon-based sentiment analysis approach for the keywords-embedded sentences related to the six dimensions within a review. The performance of the proposed model was evaluated by comparing the sentiment analysis results of each topic with the real attribute ratings provided by the platform. The results show its outperformance, with a high ratio of accuracy and recall. Through our proposed model, it is expected to analyze the customers' sentiments over different topics for those reviews with an absence of the detailed attribute ratings.

대학급식소 서비스 품질 속성에 대한 IPA 분석 - 대전지역 남학생과 여학생 비교 (Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) of Service Quality Attributes of University Foodservice - A Comparison of Male and Female Students' Perceptions in Daejeon)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate students' perception on importance and performance of service quality of university foodservice, and to examine Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) of foodservice quality for male and female students. A total of 500 university students in Daejeon were surveyed and 432 responses were returned. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 412 responses were used for data analysis. In terms of importance of service quality attributes, 'sanitation(4.74)' category received the highest score, followed by 'food(4.36)', 'service(4.22)', 'convenience(4.01)', 'menu(3.90)' and 'atmosphere(3.73)'. In terms of performance, the highest service quality attribute was associated with 'convenience(3.30)', followed by 'service(3.06)', 'sanitation(2.95)', 'food(2.88)', 'atmosphere(2.79)' and 'menu(2.68)'. As the results of IPA, 'staff's kindness', 'overall quality of service', 'taste of the food', 'freshness of the food', 'overall quality of the food', and 'cleanliness of the facility' fell into the Quadrant IV(Focus here) for female students. On the other hand, male students' IPA grid illustrated that 'taste of the food', 'freshness of the food', 'nutrition of the food', 'sanitation of the food', and 'sanitation of the utensils' fell into Quadrant IV(Focus here).

  • Neighborhood park has the multiple functions toward quantitative and qualitative improvement of quality of citizen's life. This study is about neighborhood park in 4 Local Industry Complex of Cheonan City. Through this study has intended to analyze the status of use and the importance level of facilities. To reach this goal, this study has analyzed the general information, use and importance level of users through such statistical methods as frequency analysis, regression analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, users has the speciality in the neighborhood park in industry complex. Break area or facilities for the workers should be installed. Not end once installed, but continually improved and more efficient management of park facilities will be made. Also, importance of facilities analysis has the higher in normal or importance. Management and cleanliness is especially higher in importance. Importance for the overall facility was affecting in order the facility design, management, safety, installation number.

영유아 기본생활습관 부모 평정척도 개발 연구 (The Development of a Basic Life Habit Parents Rating Scale for Infant Early Childhood)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a basic life habit scale for infant early childhood. The participants of this study were composed of 1,000 parents of children aged from two to five years old in the Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and In-cheon areas. For the purposes of data analysis, the study made use of the following methods : descriptive statistics for SES variables, item-analysis, factor analysis for validity, and Cronbach's a for reliability. Most items were acceptable in terms of item response rates, and item discrimination. The results of factor analysis uncovered six factors, and 46 items were selected from a total of 69 items in the original scale. The six factors were (1) safety and rules (2) neatness (3) manners (4) self-help (5) eating habits (6) cleanliness. Cronbach's a value for the reliability of the factors ranged from .76 to .94.of Cooperative Learning. Methods. Westport, CT : Greenwood Press.

군인 급식 개선을 위한 급식 서비스 만족도 조사 (A Survey of the Customer Satisfaction of Military Foodservice for their Improvement)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic reference materials for improving the quality of the military foodservice so that they can satisfy the customers needs. The questionnaires employed in this study were developed based on the IPA(Importance Performance Analysis). The questionnaires for the military customers(Group A which is the smaller size then Group B which is larger in size ; a criteria for the classification is the number of soldiers served in the foodservice facilities) consist of demographic variables, concerns about the military foodservice, and service practices. A total of 656 military customers answered the questionnaires. A statistical data analysis was conducted using the SPSS/win package program for descriptive analysis, a $\chi$$^2$-test and t-test. The results of this study could be summarized as follows : The IPA in case of Group A showed the following attributes in Quadrant A(\"focus here\") : (1) availability of the meals that the customers prefer, (4) taste of the food, (16) cooking methods that the customers prefer, (17) the overall quality of the breakfast. The IPA in case of Group B showed the following attributes in Quadrant A(\"focus here\") : (11) cleanliness, (12) kindness of the foodservice personnel, (15) the overall quality of the service, (17) the overall quality of the breakfast. The opinion of the Group A on the improvement of military foodservice was significantly different from that of Group B in the areas of meals/service improvement, problems in military foodservice, improvement in service methods, etc.(p < 0.05).ods, etc.(p < 0.05).

Improvement Strategy According to the Change of Hotel Environment

  • This study is to develop a strategy to prepare an improvement strategy according to the environmental change of the hotel. Currently, domestic hotels are implementing marketing through food and beverage as a countermeasure against the sales decrease, and in order to develop effective marketing plan, 5 Force Model environmental analysis and STP analysis are analyzed. 5 Force Model Environmental Analysis showed that domestic hotels are facing various difficulties such as the expansion of accommodation sharing system, the decrease of Chinese tourists due to the THAAD problem, the increase of hotels, the introduction of PMS, the increase of minimum wage, the introduction of 52 hours work week, and the increase in product preference As an STP response strategy to correspond these difficulties, it is necessary to develop products for the main customers of the hotel food and beverage, such as those in the 20s-30s, the workers, smartphones and SNS users. And also hotels should seek ways to lower price of the product to the level desired by the user to compete against substitutes. In conclusion we suggest that hotels are committed to fulfilling their role by meeting guest safety and COVID-19 compliance requirements, but a focus on immediate cleanliness and quarantine against infectious diseases, like Airbnb, will enable greater growth.

배식장소에 따른 부산지역 일부 중학생의 급식위생 평가 (Evaluation of Foodservice Hygiene in Middle School Students by Meal Service Area in Busan)

  • 본 연구는 중학교급식의 배식장소에 따른 급식위생에 대한 학생들의 중요도와 수행도에 대한 인식을 비교하고 위생의 문제점을 파악하기 위하여 부산지역 교실배식학교 5개교, 식당배식학교 5개교 학생 826명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 연구방법은 설문지를 각 학교의 영양(교)사를 통해 학생들에게 설문지를 배부하였고 학생들이 직접 기록하는 자가기록방법을 이용하였다. 급식위생 중요도 총 평균 점수는 4.08/5.00점이며, 교실배식은 4.11점, 식당배식은 4.34점으로 유의적인(P<0.001) 차이를 보였고, 각 위생영역에서 음식위생(P<0.01), 환경 위생(P<0.001), 기기 시설 위생(P<0.01), 배식원 위생(P<0.001) 모두 식당배식이 교실배식보다 유의적으로 중요도 점수가 높았다. 급식위생 수행도 총 평균 점수는 3.64/5.00점이며, 식당배식 3.89점, 교실배식 3.38점으로 유의적인(P<0.001) 차이를 보였고, 모든 위생영역에서 식당배식이 교실배식보다 유의적(P<0.001)으로 높은 수행도 점수를 보였다. 전체 총 평균 갭 점수는 -0.55점이며, 교실배식은 -0.71점, 식당배식은 -0.42점으로 유의적인 차이(P<0.001)가 있었고, 음식 위생(P<0.01), 환경 위생(P<0.01), 기기 시설 위생(P<0.001), 배식원 위생(P<0.001)의 모든 영역에서 교실배식이 식당배식보다 갭 점수가 유의적으로 높았다. 수행도와 중요도 간의 갭 점수가 높은 항목은 교실배식의 경우 배식원 관련 사항으로 '위생 마스크 착용', '위생 장갑 착용', '위생복과 모자 착용', '식판에 이물질 없이 깨끗함'의 순이었다. 식당배식은 '식판에 이물질 없음', '배식원의 위생마스크 착용', '음식에 이물질 없음', '잔반통 주변의 청결'이었다. 격자도 분석에서 중요도는 높으나 수행도가 낮은 항목은 교실배식과 식당배식 모두 '식판에 이물질 없이 깨끗함'이었고 식판관련 항목 중 '식판이 건조되어 있음'은 중요도와 수행도가 낮았으므로 학교 영양(교)사는 식기류 청결 방안에 관심을 가져야 하겠다. 배식원 위생영역은 교실배식과 식당배식 모두 중요도가 낮았으므로 학교에서는 학생들에게 배식원 위생의 중요성에 대한 인식을 높여야 하겠다.

The Relationships among Coffeehouse's Physical Environment, Self-Congruity, Positive Emotion, and Revisit Intentions

  • This study sought to describe the relationships among physical environment, self-congruity, positive emotion, and revisit intentions in the coffeehouse setting. This study adopted second-order factor of physical environment in a structural equation model, imploying trend(fashion), cleanliness, reliability, spatial, convenience, and appropriacy as the second-order factors. The conceptual model in this study used responses from 338 college students who visited coffeehouse at least once in the past month. The proposed relationships were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 6.0. The results of data analysis indicated that the six secondorder factors of physical environment significantly affected coffeehouse visitor's self-congruity and positive emotion, and self-congruity as well as positive emotion significantly influenced revisit intentions. Further discussion and theoretical/practical implications of the findings along with directions for future studies are provided. In essence, the findings highlight significant role of coffeehouse's physical environment toward self-congruity and positive emotion in the formation of customer's revisit intentions in the coffeehouse context.

볼 여과기 스크린 모듈의 단면 폐쇄효과에 관한 수치해석적 연구 (Numerical Analysis of Ball Strainer Screen Module Blockage Effects)

  • A ball strainer screen module, which is used for a condenser tube cleaning system, is a critical mechanical component for maintaining condenser cleanliness. Despite of this importance, not many research have been focused on this module because of its relatively low usage. Employing CFD, this study examines the implication of fluid velocity change and blockage ratio on the ball strainer screen velocity and the static pressure distribution. Through this study, the impact of blockage in the space between ball strainer screen modules is verified. Also, it is found that the ranges of non-dimensional velocity distribution and static pressure distribution decrease as blockage ratio becomes smaller.
