Objectives : This study aims to present a new classification system using evaluation standards to ensure the safety of transport ventilators used in Korea. Due to the rapid advancement of technology, various types of ventilators have been developed and as the range of application increases, so does demand. With quick access to information and a growing economy, the technology used in Korean hospitals is equivalent to that of other countries; however, regulatory and safety consciousness are still lagging in Korea. Methods : Based on researching overseas cases, reference data and standards for improving the current system in Korea are proposed. Results : According to the review of transport ventilator use in Korea, it was found that concerns about safety is due to the absence of a standardized classification system for evaluating the safety and effectiveness of transport ventilators. Conclusions : In order to improve the safety of patients and the quality of medical care, it is essential to establish guidelines and assessment standards guaranteeing the safety of transport ventilators in Korea. Clear definitions and classifications for devices must precede the application of such standards. In addition, effective evaluation standards should be developed in order to resolve problems and improve upon the current system through continuous validation.

This paper presents a fundamental study to establish a standardization system of the Construction Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support(CALS). States of standardization in the Construction CALS were reviewed to find some defects in developing CALS system in construction industry. It is analyzed that three of major parts were needed to put up a standardization system for the Construction CALS. Firstly, the range of Construction CALS standardization is set up by identifying of Construction CALS and defining the standard and standardization. Secondly, the strategy to enable more effective implementation of Construction CALS standardization and the relationship of the concerned system presented can be used for establishing the Construction CALS standardization system. In addition, the spread and application device is proposed for using Construction CALS standards at public institutions and construction related companies. Conclusively, a classification system of the Construction CALS standards was proposed and some objects to be standardized were presented in the classification system. What were studied in this paper will provide the primary information and guidance to develop a guideline for standardization of the Construction CALS.

The current gas regulations have been reformed into a new technical standards system called as "KGS (Korea Gas Safety) Code" system. Korea Gas Safety Corporation has developed a new framework of technical standards classification method and will manage the new technical standards system in compliance with the mandatory requirements of gas regulations. This study will cover an overall view of the reformation and show "KGS Code" in detail.

우리나라의 과학기술은 선진국 수준에 이르고 있지만, 이를 뒷받침하는 표준/규격 분야는 그 수준에 못 미치고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 미국 규격체계의 발전 동향과 우리나라의 국가표준(KS, KlCS) 및 국내민간 규격체계에 대해서 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 국방 표준/규격 체계의 현 실태를 분석하고 3가지 측면에서 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 국방표준 분류체계 분야에서는 국방 분야에서 표준, 규격, 핸드북을 명확하게 정의하고 국방 표준과 국방 핸드북의 제정대상을 식별하였다. 둘째, 국방표준 제정절차 분야에서는 민간주도(상향식)형의 표준/규격 제정절차를 제시하였고, 마지막으로 '국방규격작성 표준지침' 분야에서는 국방 표준, 규격, 핸드북의 표기법 및 현재 도면번호 체계의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 개선안을 제시하였다.

국제 표준인 ISO 15489와 관련코드에 따르면 공공조직이든 민간조직이든지를 막론하고 안정적인 기록물 분류체계를 구현하게 하는 기능 분류 사용을 권고하고 있다. 기업에서도 이를 따라 업무 수행 기록물을 분류 축적하여 검색 활용할 수 있는 체계를 구축하는 것은 기업 성장을 위해서 중요하다. 따라서 기업의 기록물 분류체계 개발에 적용할 수 있는 분류기준이나 개발 방법론 연구 및 모형의 연구가 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 대기업 3개 회사와 중소기업 4개 회사 등 총 7개의 종합건설기업의 기록물 분류체계 사례연구를 통하여 분류체계의 내용을 비교 분석하였다. 사례연구를 통하여 도출한 분류원칙을 정리 종합하여 핵심적인 건설기록물 분류기준을 제시하고, 건설기록물 분류체계 모형을 도출하기 위하여 대기업 사례기업의 본사조직 및 프로젝트조직의 대분류 및 중분류 항목 구성을 상호 비교하면서 표준적인 본사조직 및 프로젝트조직 기록물 분류 항목을 도출하는 과정을 기술하고 그 결과로 개발된 건설기록물 분류체계 모형을 제시하였다.

디지털 기술의 발달로 한글글꼴을 다루는 사용자가 증가하고 글꼴 선택의 기준 또한 다양해지면서 전통적인 형태를 벗어난 다양한 한글 글꼴들이 많이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 그러나 현행 글꼴분류체계는 이러한 글꼴들을 비교분석하고 글꼴 사용의 가이드라인을 제시하기에 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 한글글꼴개발 및 활용을 지원하는 방안으로 글꼴분류체계의 다양화를 제시하고 다음과 같은 다각도의 분류기준을 제시한다. 첫째, 모임글자라는 한글글꼴의 근본적인 특징을 반영하고 한글 기계화에 큰 변수로 작용하는 한글의 구조에 기반한 글꼴구조분류, 둘째, 공감각적이고 멀티미디어적 정보전달이 일반화되어 가는 실정에 맞추어 감성 이미지어와 글꼴의 시각적 이미지를 연관시키는 글꼴이미지분류, 마지막으로 매체별로 가독성과 주시성 등을 고려하여 글꼴의 용도를 제시하는 글꼴용도분류를 제안한다. 멀티미디어 시대에 완성도 높고 다양한 글꼴의 개발과 문자정보의 부가가치를 높이는 적절하고도 효과적인 글꼴의 활용을 지원하기 위해서는 한글 글꼴의 특징과 사용환경에 기반하여 앞에 제시한 바와 같은 다각도의 분류체계를 세우고 이를 활용한 유기적인 글꼴데이터베이스를 구축하는데 적극적인 투자와 기술적인 지원이 필요하다. 이는 결과적으로 양질의 다양한 한글글꼴의 개발과 이의 활용도를 높일 수 있으리라 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 국방표준분류체계의 현실태 및 문제점을 분석하고 국내외 표준분류체계 사례 분석을 통해 규격관리 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 국방기술자료의 군수품 품질 문제를 지속적으로 해소하기 위해 민간의 우수 기술을 적시에 반영하고 완성도 높은 국방규격의 관리를 위해 민간의 표준체계를 벤치마킹해야 한다. 먼저, 현실태 분석을 위해 국내 민간 KS 및 국외 ICS코드, 미국 국방표준시스템을 통해 나토 분류체계를 분석하였다. 우리군의 경우는 방위사업청에서 운영 중인 국방표준종합시스템을 통해 국방규격 분류체계의 현실태를 파악하였다. 각 경우를 우리 군의 국방규격 분류체계에 산업표준과 연계해 국방표준분류체계에 적용하였다. 국방부 무기체계/전력지원체계의 분류는 전순기 군수품에 대해 8대 무기체계와 6대 전력지원체계로 분류한 우리 군에 가장 적합한 분류체계이다. 대분류로 국방부 무기체계/전력지원체계의 분류를 채택하였고, 중분류와 소분류로는 나토 분류체계를 채택하였다. 구체적으로 대분류 12개 분야, 중분류 66개 분야, 소분류 352개 분야로 각각 분류하였다. 본 연구에서는 국방표준관리체계 확립으로 민간의 기술반영을 통한 신규 국방규격 분류체계 개선방안으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 외국의 국방표준화 정보관리 발전동향을 살펴보고 우리나라 현 실태를 분석한 후 민수-국방분야에 공통 적용가능한 규격/표준 공통 분류목록의 제정과 이를 바탕으로 한 표준화 정보기반 통합DB의 구축 및 국방표준화 정보체계의 구축방안을 제시하였다. 규격/표준 공통 분류목록은 국방규격과 한국산업표준의 그룹핑을 통해 표준화 대상식별에 관한 보다 효과적인 방법을 제시하였으며, 표준화 정보기반 통합DB 구축을 통해 규격/표준과 다양한 정보들과의 상호참조 기반을 제공하였고, 표준화 정보체계를 통해 민수-국방분야 전반에 걸친 규격/표준정보 활용의 토대를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present improvement for classification system of current neighborhood living facility to correspond rapid social change and various industries after understanding its status and problem. In current Building Standard Law, various kinds of buildings are classified for their structure, purpose of use, and building types. The Neighborhood Living Facility is divided into First Neighborhood Living Facility and Second Neighborhood Living Facility with applying area standards, according to facilities of convenience degree for neighborhood inhabitants. This classification, however, has problem in an arbitrary decision and applying of buildings without any definition or standards to adopt. And, there are some mixed neighborhood public functional facilities and amusement business affecting public morals among the Neighborhood Living Facility, so hazard environmental problems are also existed. According to the improved program, the study presents a prompt adoption of new facilities according to various industry increase, with minimum public discontent over adopted area standards. This study suggests making a clear scope through reclassification of Neighborhood Living Facility within the scope of the law on current Neighborhood Living Facility and an improvement plan of introducing necessary definitions on purpose of facility.
