A total of 580 patients, who visited and received an orthodontic diagnosis in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Seoul National University Dental Hospital from 2017 to 2019, were investigated in this study. The aim of this study was to evaluate skeletal patterns of pediatric orthodontic patients determined with lateral cephalometric analysis and to analyze the relationship between skeletal pattern and probable associated clinical features. Also, the modality of orthodontic treatment for each skeletal classification was investigated to aid in therapeutic decisions. Patients aged 7 year accounted for the largest age group; 54.2% of patients showed a skeletal class I pattern, 22.2% showed a skeletal class II pattern, and 23.6% showed a skeletal class III pattern. Bi-maxillary retrusion for skeletal class I, retruded mandible with normal positioning of the maxilla for skeletal class II, and retrusion of the maxilla with protrusion of the mandible for skeletal class III were the largest subgroups by skeletal pattern. Brachyfacial type accounted for 55.0% of patients, followed by 31.9% of mesofacial type and 13.1% of dolichofacial type. The prevalence of anterior crossbite in the study was 43.3%, higher than that in previous studies.

Urban overcrowding has created an explosive supply and demand for high-rise buildings. High-rise buildings are contributing to enhancing the image of the city by serving as focal points, but due to the stack effect, malfunction of elevator doors, difficulties in opening and closing the doors and windows of the outer wall, smoke and odors spreading to the upper floors, noise, energy loss, fire and pollutants have been causing various unexpected problems such as rapid spread of fire. This study classified high-rise buildings according to their vertical zoning, analyzed the causes of and solutions to the stack effect, and derived design and construction methods. Through the initial plan to block the outside air and securing airtightness through precise construction, we sought ways to secure the airtightness inside and outside the building by actively blocking the airflow from the lower floors. In addition, the facility solution can be a measure to reduce the specific phenomena caused by the stack effect, but it should only be applied to the minimum extent because the potential for secondary damage is high. This study emphasized the need for systematic stack effect management by suggesting design and construction measures for each vertical zoning of the causes and countermeasures of the stack effect. It is expected that this study will be helpful not only for design and construction, but also for building maintenance.
The addition and evaluation of health impact items in Environmental Impact Assessment document are written in hygiene and public health items only for specific development projects and are being reviewed. However, after the publication of the evaluation manual on the addition and evaluation of health impact items in 2011, there is a demand for continuous methodology and improvement plans despite partial improvement. Therefore, in order to propose a methodological improvement of the evaluation manual, this technical paper identified detailed improvement requirements based on the consultation opinions on hygiene and public health items, and investigated and suggested ways to solve this problem by reviewing the contents of the research so far. As for the improvement requirements, the contents related to mitigation plan, post management, effect prediction, assessment, and present-condition investigation were presented in Environmental Impact Assessment documents for the entire development project at a frequency of 93%, 85%, 80%, 74%, and 67%, respectively. Particularly, the detailed improvement requirements related to mitigation plan consisted of an establishment direction and a management of development project. Considering the current evaluation manual and the frequency of improvement requirements, this paper proposed concrete methods or improvement plans for major methodologies for each classification of hygiene and public health items. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation methodology related to whether a project is implemented was proposed, which is not provided in the current assessment manual.

This paper is intended to find one of the prevailing deep learning models that are a type of AI (Artificial Intelligence) that helps rapidly detect damaged buildings where disasters occur. The models selected are SSD-512, RetinaNet, and YOLOv3 which are widely used in object detection in recent years. These models are based on one-stage detector networks that are suitable for rapid object detection. These are often used for object detection due to their advantages in structure and high speed but not for damaged building detection in disaster management. In this study, we first trained each of the algorithms on xBD dataset that provides the post-disaster imagery with damage classification labels. Next, the three models are quantitatively evaluated with the mAP(mean Average Precision) and the FPS (Frames Per Second). The mAP of YOLOv3 is recorded at 34.39%, and the FPS reached 46. The mAP of RetinaNet recorded 36.06%, which is 1.67% higher than YOLOv3, but the FPS is one-third of YOLOv3. SSD-512 received significantly lower values than the results of YOLOv3 on two quantitative indicators. In a disaster situation, a rapid and precise investigation of damaged buildings is essential for effective disaster response. Accordingly, it is expected that the results obtained through this study can be effectively used for the rapid response in disaster management.
The recent spread of novel and highly variant pathogenic viruses, including the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), has increased the demand for diagnostic testing for rapid confirmation. This has resulted in investigating the functional capability of each space, and preparing facility guidelines to secure the safety of medical technologists. During viral evaluations, there is a requirement of negative pressure facilities along with thread separation, during pre-treatment of samples and before nucleic acid amplification. Space composition therefore needs to be planned by considering unidirectional air flow. This classification of safety management facilities is designated as biosafety level 2, and personal protective equipment is placed accordingly. In case of handling dangerous materials, they need to be carried out of the biosafety cabinet, and sterilizers are required for suitable disposal of infectious agents. A common feature of domestic laboratories is maintenance of the sample pre-treatment space at a negative pressure of -2.5 Pa or less, and arranging separate pre-treatment and reagent preparation spaces during the test process. We believe that the data generated in this study is meaningful, and offers an efficient direction and detailed flow for separation of the inspection process and space functions. Moreover, this study introduces construction of the laboratory by applying the safety management standards.
Recently, data-driven decision-making technology has become a key technology leading the data industry, and machine learning technology for this requires high-quality training datasets. However, real-world data contains missing values for various reasons, which degrades the performance of prediction models learned from the poor training data. Therefore, in order to build a high-performance model from real-world datasets, many studies on automatically imputing missing values in initial training data have been actively conducted. Many of conventional machine learning-based imputation techniques for handling missing data involve very time-consuming and cumbersome work because they are applied only to numeric type of columns or create individual predictive models for each columns. Therefore, this paper proposes a new data imputation technique called 'Denoising Self-Attention Network (DSAN)', which can be applied to mixed-type dataset containing both numerical and categorical columns. DSAN can learn robust feature expression vectors by combining self-attention and denoising techniques, and can automatically interpolate multiple missing variables in parallel through multi-task learning. To verify the validity of the proposed technique, data imputation experiments has been performed after arbitrarily generating missing values for several mixed-type training data. Then we show the validity of the proposed technique by comparing the performance of the binary classification models trained on imputed data together with the errors between the original and imputed values.

The development of the education system and the labor market today requires new conditions for unification and functioning, the introduction of an innovative culture in the field of Education. The construction of modern management of innovative development of a higher education institution requires consideration of the existing theoretical, methodological and practical planes on which its formation is based. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the modern paradigm of organizing the mechanism of managing the innovative development of higher education institutions. Innovation in education is represented not only by the final product of applying novelty in educational and managerial processes in order to qualitatively improve the subject and objects of management and obtain economic, social, scientific, technical, environmental and other effects, but also by the procedure for their constant updating. The classification of innovations in education is presented. Despite the positive developments in the development of Education, numerous problems remain in this area, which is discussed in the article. The concept of innovative development of higher education institutions is described, which defines the prerequisites, goals, principles, tasks and mechanisms of university development for a long-term period and should be based on the following principles: scientific, flexible, efficient and comprehensive. The role of the motivational component of the mechanism of innovative development of higher education institutions is clarified, which allows at the strategic level to create an innovative culture and motivation of innovative activity of each individual, to make a choice of rational directions for solving problems, at the tactical level - to form motives for innovative activity in the most effective directions, at the operational level - to monitor the formation of a system of motives and incentives, to adjust the directions of motivation. The necessity of the functional component of the mechanism, which consists in determining a set of steps and management decisions aimed at achieving certain goals of innovative development of higher education institutions, is proved. The monitoring component of the mechanism is aimed at developing a special system for collecting, processing, storing and distributing information about the stages of development of higher education institutions, prediction based on the objective data on the dynamics and main trends of its development, and elaboration of recommendations.

This study was conducted for the purpose of the basic direction for the new regulations and categories of Ruralism changing in the new era. To this end, the results of Delphi analysis and AHP analysis by dividing it into the definition, criteria, scope and component items of Ruralism based on systematic literature review are as follows. First, through studies representing most rural areas, it was found that Ruralism was the most problematic keyword and most of the studies did not cover it as they were studying various ranges of rural areas. Second, the Delphi survey was able to derive keywords that can be used as evidence for item classification and clear concept establishment for the regulation and category setting of Ruralism. Third, through the hierarchical decision-making method, it was found that landscape factors are the most important thing in forming Ruralism as well as deriving priorities that can be a baseline for each item. This study is meaningful in providing a minimum baseline as basic data for establishing the concept of Ruralism, and it is believed that future-oriented Ruralism can be established if reviews are added from various perspectives to overcome limitations dependent on expert groups.

To establish cultivation areas for the stable production of yacon, this study investigated the productivity and functional component contents of yacon in eight regions of Korea from 2011 to 2013. The results of principal component analysis using these data were as follows. A survey of 16 agricultural traits and meteorological data in the eight yacon cultivation areas showed that five factors (average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, frost-free days, and fructooligosaccharide content) were highly significant at the p < 0.001 level. Among the 16 agricultural traits and meteorological data used in the main component analysis of yacon cultivation areas, approximately eight contributed to the first principal component, and approximately four contributed to each of the second and third principal components. In particular, factors related to productivity, fructooligosaccharide content, and temperature change were considered important criteria for the classification of cultivation areas. The cultivation areas were divided into three groups by principal component analysis. In Group I, containing the Jinbu and Bonghwa areas in the mid-highland region at 500-560 m above sea level, the product yield was the highest at 2,622-3,196 kg/10a, the fructooligosaccharide content was also the highest at 9.04-9.62%, and the mean temperature was $17.3-18.5^{\circ}C$. In Group II, the areas Suncheon, Okcheon, Yeoju, and Gangneung, at 20-180 m above sea level, had the lowest yield, relatively lower fructooligosaccharide content, and the highest temperature. The areas in Group III showed values intermediate between those of Group I and Group II. For the different yacon cultivation areas, the product quantity and fructooligosaccharide content differed according to the environmental temperature, and the temperature conditions and number of frost-free days are considered important indicators for cultivation sites. Therefore, in terms of producing yacon with high quality, cultivation at 500-560 m is considered to give a higher yield and functional fructooligosaccharide content.
The aim of this study is to examine effects of a yoga program for children on school stress of the elementary school children. To achieve this goal, total 10 students out of 231 in 6 classes among the third graders in M elementary school in B city were selected as subjects for this study. After regular school hours, they participated in a children's yoga program for 16 times for 45 minutes per session in the course of 8 weeks. An ethnographic interview was conducted to identify the effects of the program. During the initial stage of the children's yoga program, the participants were interviewed preliminarily. An analysis of areas and an analysis of classifications were made based on the initial interview results, and an area classification table was drawn on the school stress perceived by the elementary school children. After the yoga program ended, a follow up interview was made to apply an analysis of components by comparing changes in the school stress level due to a yoga effect. A research report was written through a cycle of addition and supplement in which the previous data analysis was complemented and corrected by new findings of the study. As a result of the ethnographic interview to analyze the school stress perceived by the elementary school children, and an examination of the changes in the school stress level, the children's yoga program proved to be significantly effective in reducing the school stress. However there were limitations to a certain degree in stress reduction. Details of such findings in each sub-category are as follow. First, as a result of the initial interview analysis, the school stress was classified broadly into 4 categories of study stress, friendship stress, teacher stress, and school environment stress. Second, the study stress as the first category of the school stress was classified into 3 sub-categories of homework, class, and exam stresses. In spite of minor differences among 3 sub-categories, the stress was reduced in general. Third, the friendship stress as the second category of the school stress was also classified into 3 sub-categories of bullying, alienation, and performing one's duty. There were minor differences among sub-categories, however stress reduction also appeared with the exception of the performing one's duty category which had relatively little effect from the yoga program. Fourth, regarding the teacher stress as the third school stress, a classification was made into 3 sub-categories of preference, penalty, and teaching method. Minor differences among the 3 sub-categories notwithstanding, stress reduction appeared with the exception of the teaching method stress which had relatively little effect from the yoga program. Fifth, the school environment stress as the fourth category of the school stress was classified into 2 sub-categories of school meals and facilities. Minor differences between the 2 categories notwithstanding, stress reduction appeared with the facilities stress having relatively little effect.
