In this papers, we proposed the new method in order to diagnosis aging state of transformers. For wavelet transform, Daubechies filter is used, we can obtain wavelet coefficients which is used to extract feature of statistical parameters (maximum value, average value, dispersion skewness, kurtosis) about each acoustic emission signal. Also, these coefficients are used to identify normal and fault signal of internal partial discharge in transformer. As improved method for classification use neural network. Extracted statistical parameters are input into an back-propagation neural network. The number of neurons of hidden layer are obtained through Result of Cross-Validation. The network, after training, can decide whether the test signal is early aging state, alst aging state or normal state. In quantity analysis, capability of proposed method is superior to compared that of classical method.

In this study, Bumwoo KIM Chi Young's (1916.12.24~1995.4.22) papers, essays and books on mathematics education were collected and classified. Bumwoo KIM Chi Young was the most important person on the New Math Movement (Modernization for Mathematics Education), and in 1973, he led the Third Reformation of National School Mathematics Curriculum in Korea. Bumwoo emphasized mathematical structure in mathematics education, and he was a strong advocate of importance of set theory, creativity and the type of spiral learning.

This study was conducted to describe trends of health services research (HSR) in Korea since 1968 and analyse the relevance of HSR to changes in health policy. Research methods are as follows: firstly, HSR articles were selected from 4 HSR related journals implicitly. Secondly, classification system of HSR was developed and then applied to previously selected papers in order to describe research trends. Finally, the frequency rankings of articles in research areas were compared with rankings in order of the importance of research area rated by experts. As a resesult, HSR articles have increased with time and three main research areas are health programme, health care financing, and health care organization/management. And many articles have been related to the efficiency and quality of health care since 1990. It seems HSR articles had little relevance to changes in health policy and policy environment. Especially, the recently disputed policy topic, namely the separation of prescription from disposing, has not received little attention since 1990. These findings suggest there is an urgent need for the reflection on HSR direction in Korea.

Pneumonia is the cause of significant morbidity and mortality, despite advances in diagnosis and antibacterial treatment. Pneumonia is often misdiagnosed and mistreated up until recently. Recent classification of pneumonia consists of community-acquired pneumonia, health care-associated pneumonia, hospital-acquired pneumonia, and ventilator-associated pneumonia. The etiology, risk factors, and treatment are different among them. This article briefly introduces new concepts and ideas in biomarkers, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and prevention of pneumonia during the past 2 years. One of the most frequent subjects of recent papers was those about pandemic H1N1 in 2009.

본 연구는 대기업과 중소기업의 전자상거래 도입요인 및 도입 이후의 실현이익에 대해 느끼는 영향요인의 차이를 비교해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 위해 한국에서 기업활동 중인 중소기업과 대기업을 분류하여 데이터를 수집하였으며, 기존의 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 연구가설을 설정하고, 가설검증을 위해 설문지를 작성하였다.

A displacement-based finite element method Is presented for the geometrically nonlinear analysis of eccentrically stiffened plates. A nonlinear degenerated shell element and a nonlinear degenerated eccentric isoparametric beam (isobeam) element are formulated on the basis of Total Agrangian and Updated Lagrangian descriptions. In the formulation of the isobeam element, some additional local decrees of freedom are implementd to describe the stiffener's local plate buckling modes. Therefore this element can be effectively employed to model the eccentric stiffener with fewer D.O.F's than the case of a degenerated shell element. Some detailed buckling and nonlinear analyses of an eccentrically stiffened plate are performed to estimate the critical buckling loads and the post buckling behaviors including the local plate buckling of the stiffeners discretized with the degenerated shell elements and the isobeam elements. The critical buckling loads are found to be higher than the analytical plate buckling load but lower than Euler buckling load of the corresponding column, i.e, buckling strength requirements of the Classification Societies for the stiffened plates.

This study compares the reasons why targe and Small companies are adopting electronic commerce(e-commerce) based on an assumption of difference between two groups of companies. We collected data for contemporaneous analysis by classification with two groups of companies in Korea and developed an integrated model from the empirical studies and made Question papers for inspection of created hypothesis. Hypothesis is composed with nine factors ; Customers, Suppliers, Pertner Firms, Competitors, Relative Advantage, Cost Compatibility, CEO's Innovativeness and CEO's Involvement. The research shows Large company is influenced significantly by Customers, Relative Advantage, Cost, CEO's Innovativeness and Small company is by Competitors, CEO's Involvement.

This list contains all the species of mushrooms recorded in Korea and the Korean name for the species. Since the Korean Society of Mycology reported the mushroom name list of 588 species from 190 genera in 1978 for a unification of Korean name for mushrooms many papers and illustrated books have added the name of recorded mushrooms to the list. However, we have been confused with the scientific name and the Korean name for the fungi due to a inappropriate arrangement and an incomplete classification system of Korean mushrooms. Therefore, I rearranged 885 species from 261 genera, which have been reporeted in Korea, based on the recently published documents such as Ainsworth et al. (1973), Singer (1986) and Imazeki and Hongo (1987 and 1988).

현재 대부분의 국내 학술 데이터 베이스는 개별 학술지 논문의 주제를 파악하는 표준화된 정보를 거의 제공하지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 논문의 제목만을 활용하여 학술 논문의 분야를 자동으로 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 한국어로 사전 훈련된 KLUE-RoBERTa 모델을 사용하며, Back Translation 과 Chat-GPT 를 활용한 데이터 증강을 통해 모델의 성능을 향상한다. 연구 결과, Back Translation 과 Chat-GPT 를 사용하여 증강한 모델이 원본 데이터를 학습한 모델보다 약 11%의 성능 향상을 보였다.

This paper deals with studying strategy about impact of deep learning (DL) on the factor of Korean economic growth. To study classification of impact factors of Korean economic growth, we suggest dynamic equation of microeconomy and study methods on economic growth impact of deep learning. Next step is to suggest DL model to dynamic equation with Korean economy data with growth related factors to classify what factor is import and dominant factors to build policy and education. DL gives an influence in many areas because it can be implemented with ease as just normal editing works and speak including code development by using huge data. Currently, young generations will take a big impact on their job selection because generative AI can do well as much as humans can do it everywhere. Therefore, policy and education methods should be rearranged as new paradigm. However, government and officers do not understand well how it is serious in policy and education. This paper provides method of policy and education for AI education including generative AI through analysing many papers and reports, and experience.
