In this paper a new class of sets called ${\pi}gs$-closed sets is introduced and its properties are studied. Further the notions of ${\pi}gs$-$T_{1/2}$ spaces and ${\pi}gs$-continuity are introduced.

코로나-19가 종식되지 않은 시점에서 위험을 감수하면서 운동을 지속하고 있는 필라테스 고객들의 열정을 살펴봄으로써 고객이 느끼는 심리적 행복감과 운동지속의도를 규명하고자 한다. 대상은 필라테스 고객 285명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하였고, 빈도분석과 신뢰도, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 SEM 사용하여 경로분석을 실행하였으며, 부트스트래핑을 활용하여 매개효과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 열정적 행동은 심리적 행복감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 열정적 행동은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 심리적 행복감은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 열정적 행동과 운동지속의 관계에서 심리적 행복감이 부분적 매개 역할을 하였다.

The problems of the continuity of homomorphisms between Banach algebras have been studied widely for the last two decades to obtain various fruitful results, yet it is far from characterizing the calss of Banach algebras for which each homomorphism from a member of the class into a Banach algebra is conitnuous. For commutative Banach algebras A and B a simple proof shows that every homomorphism .theta. from A into B is continuous provided that B is semi-simple, however, with a non semi-simple Banach algebra B examples of discontinuous homomorphisms from C(K) into B have been constructed by Dales [6] and Esterle [7]. For non commutative Banach algebras the problems of automatic continuity of homomorphisms seem to be much more difficult. Many positive results and open questions related to this subject may be found in [1], [3], [5] and [8], in particular most recent development can be found in the Lecture Note which contains [1]. It is well-known that a$^{*}$-isomorphism from a $C^{*}$-algebra into another $C^{*}$-algebra is an isometry, and an isomorphism of a Banach algebra into a $C^{*}$-algebra with self-adjoint range is continuous. But a$^{*}$-isomorphism from a $C^{*}$-algebra into an involutive Banach algebra is norm increasing [9], and one can not expect each of such isomorphisms to be continuous. In this note we discuss an isomorphism from a commutative $C^{*}$-algebra into a commutative Banach algebra with dense range via separating space. It is shown that such an isomorphism .theta. : A.rarw.B is conitnuous and maps A onto B is B is semi-simple, discontinuous if B is not semi-simple.

We experienced a case of interrupted aortic arch[Type A] associated with PDA, VSD, mitral regurgitation and single coronary artery. The patient was 7 years old boy, who showed congestive heart failure[NYHA functional class III]. One stage total correction was performed under profound hypothermia with total circulatory arrest. Aortic continuity was established using PDA with anterior wall of main pulmonary artery flap. VSD was closed with Dacron patch and mitral regurgitation repaired by Reed`s annuloplasty method. The postoperative cardiac catheterization revealed no pressure gradient between ascending aorta and descending aorta, decreased pulmonary artery pressure and trivial residual shunt[Qp/Qs: 1.28]. The aortogram showed good continuity of the aorta without narrowing of the anastomotic site. During the period of 1 year follow up, heart failure symptoms were nearly subsided.

Ami-dong, known as Tombstone Village, was generated by refugees after Korean war on the site of Japanese public cemetery which had been originally constructed during Japanese occupation. Since then, the village has been expanded as low-income class neighborhood during Modernization and Industrialization Period from 1960s to 1980s. This study try to find the impact of the Japanese cemetery on the spatial structure of the village by analyzing and comparing the street structure and spatial layout of the Japanese cemetery and current Tombstone Village. The final objective of this study is to confirm the continuity of built environment, historical value and place identity of of the village.

최근 도시지역의 확산과 교통망의 발달로 도로안내표지의 효율적 정보제공이 요구되고 있으며, 안내체계의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있는 안내지명의 선정원칙과 안내체계가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수원시의 도로표지 안내정보의 실태를 파악하여 적절한 정보들을 제공되고 있는지 또한 제공된 정보들은 체계적인 연속성을 가지고 있는지 파악하고자 하였다. 즉, 도로이용자가 찾고자하는 한 지점을 중심으로 도로표지판의 안내정보의 적절성과 연계성 및 출현빈도에 관한 조사를 실시하였다. 수원시청을 최종목적지로 하여 주변도시 접경부 의왕시, 안산시, 화성시, 오산시, 용인시 등지 에서 수원시청까지 5개의 간선도로에 설치된 도로표지판 중 방향예고표지와 방향표지, 시설안내표지등을 분석하였다. 결과, 도로표지규정의 안내 지명선정 원칙에 의한 랜드마크나 1등급으로 분류되는 지명들은 상대적으로 찾기가 다소 용이하나, 그 외의 이용자가 원하는 지명을 알아내는데 상당히 어려움이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 안내지명만으로 현 위치를 파악하기가 어렵고 제시된 안내지명이 직진방향에서 만날 수 있는 지명뿐 아니라 좌회전 혹은 우회전을 해야만 만날 수 있는 지명일 경우 방향을 알 수가 없어 비효율적인 정보가 제공되고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 게다가 선정된 안내지명마저도 출현빈도의 적정성에 문제가 있고, 표지간의 연계가 이루어지고 있지 않아 도로이용자에게 많은 불편함을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 이러한 이용 상의 불편을 방지하기 위해서 도로표지의 체계적인 개선이 필요하다.

본 논문은 CDMA/TDD 시스템에서, 높은 전송률과 일정한 QoS를 갖는 실시간 클래스의 무선 자원 할당에 대한 방법론을 제시한다. 실시간 클래스와 비실시간 클래스를 제어하기 위하여, 예약 액세스 기법과 우선 순위 기법이 각각 제안된다. 또한 각 셀 링크간 간섭에 의한 성능 감소를 예방하기 위하여 슬롯 할당 기법을 제안한다. 제시된 방안들을 통하여 실시간 클래스의 연속성을 보장하고 비실시간 가입자를 최대로 수용할 수 있다. 다중 셀 환경과 멀티미디어 서비스 모델을 가정하여, 제안된 기법의 성능이 전송 지연, 채널 이용률 그리고 데이터 손실 등을 근거로 하여 평가된다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 상당한 성능 향상이 있음을 보인다.

J.Milnor[Mi2] has introduced the notion of directional entropy in his study of Cellular Automata. Cellular Automaton map can be considered as a continuous map from a space $K^Z^n$ to itself which commute with the translation of the lattice $Z^n$. Since the space $K^Z^n$ is compact, map S is uniformly continuous. Hence S is a block map(a finite code)[He]. (S is said to have a finite memory.) In the case of n = 1, we have a shift map, T on $K^Z$, and a block map S and they together generate a $Z^2$ action.

This paper deals with the regularity properties for a class of semilinear integrodifferential functional differential equations. It is shown the relation between the reachable set of the semilinear system and that of its corresponding linear system. We also show that the Lipschitz continuity and the uniform boundedness of the nonlinear term can be considerably weakened. Finally, a simple example to which our main result can be applied is given.

General models for the relaxed proximal point algorithm using the notion of relative maximal accretiveness (RMA) are developed, and then the convergence analysis for these models in the context of solving a general class of nonlinear inclusion problems differs significantly than that of Rockafellar (1976), where the local Lipschitz continuity at zero is adopted instead. Moreover, our approach not only generalizes convergence results to real Banach space settings, but also provides a suitable alternative to other problems arising from other related fields.
