도시철도 곡선구간 콘크리트궤도 진동특성에 관한 연구 (A study on urban transit vibration characteristics for curved concrete track)

  • Concrete track on the new railway lines of the existing roads are built on high ground, or less than 400m radius of the sharp curve sectors will occur. sharp curve sectors the rail and wheel friction, stick-slip due to the band of 1,000Hz or squeal noise occurs from the increase in civil complaints about noise is a real situation. In this study, discussed in previous studies, noise measurements for each radius of concrete track and frequency analysis, followed by the radius of the curve in order to investigate vibration characteristics of urban railway sector sharp curve radius less than 400m and 400m ~ 1,000 m further to the point selected track components(rails, sleepers, ballast) according to the vibration measurements and analysis of the frequency characteristics and the results were derived.

  • 지하철 역사 특성상 천장내 시설물의 잦은 교체, 증설, 점검 등에 따른 시설물의 지지철물(강-앙카) 설치와 천장내부 작업자의 이동 등으로 천장마감재의 훼손 및 콘크리트 구조물의 피해가 우려되고 공사비 증가의 요인이 되고 있다. 또한 공사중 발생되는 소음, 진동, 미세분진 등으로 역사 이용환경이 저해되고 민원이 발생하여 공사관리에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 천장시설물의 지지철물 시공방법을 개선하여 작업의 편리성, 경제성, 효율성 등을 고려한 천장틀 시공방법을 제시코자 한다.

살수를 이용한 철도곡선구간 스퀼소음 저감효과에 관한 연구 (Effect of Reducing Squeal Noise at Railway of Curve Section by using the Watering)

  • The urban railway has been planned not only the subway, but also the elevated railway in Seoul, South Korea. Therefore, it is steadily increasing civil complaints for railway noise passing through that residential district. In this paper, we focused on noise of squeal characteristics induced by interaction between railway vehicle's wheel and rail. Then we selected the point that carried out scattering water droplet to the rail and compared the noise level of the watering test results before and after. Scattering water test results showed that level of the noise reduced intermittently occurring high frequency characteristics of squeal noise as well as overall noise level. In the future, we will apply the sensor to the sprinkling system for noise reduction where the place of existing squeal noise is, and make a suggestion of this solution will be more economical, environmental-friendly, and appropriate to reduce the squeal noise occurred by railway vehicle than others.

골프연습장에서 발생하는 타격소음의 평가 및 영향범위 (Evaluation and Effect Area of Hitting Noise Occurring at a Golf Driving Range)

  • Diverse sports are appearing due to the enhanced quality of life and improved cultural standards of the present society. In particular, as golf gains greater popularity from the public, many golf ranges are being constructed near residential areas. However, the hitting noise generated by golf disrupt the pleasant living environment of neighboring residents to generate strong disputes related with noise. In this perspective, this study analyzed the characteristics and dispersion of sound pressure level according to the frequency of hitting noises generated in golf driving ranges and used this data to predict the range of effect through computer simulation. Thus, it is stipulated that these research results can be used as useful data for establishing effective plans in the future during civil complaints reported in relation to hitting noises in golf driving ranges.

공사장 소음모니터링 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement Plan of Construction Noise Monitoring)

  • Noise generated from Construction site has been raised most civil complaints to 64.4 % among the environmental pollution in 2011. Therefore, local government recommends and prescribes that construction sites over a certain scale install sound level meter for noise monitoring. For example, Seoul has implemented a 24 hour noise monitoring system, with real time communication, to the large construction sites more than 10,000 $m^2$ from the end of August 2012. But it is difficult to use noise measurement data for the construction noise assessment, since the installation standards and technical specifications for construction noise monitoring system are not presented. In this paper, we proposed noise monitoring system improvement plan including technical specifications and installation standards using the investigating results of the problems of current noise monitoring system and the foreign cases.

  • In this study, major problems, such as licensing problems due to civil complaints, deterioration of facility period, and damage of modules, are exposed to many problems in domestic businesses. Particularly, the photovoltaic (PV) modules applied to early PV systems have been repaired and replaced over the past two decades, and a new module-based aging detection method is needed to expand the maintenance market and stabilize and repair power supplies. PV modules in a PV system use a string that is configured in series to generate high voltage. However, even if only one module of the solar modules connected in series ages, the power generation efficiency of the aged string is reduced. Therefore, we propose a topology that can measure the instantaneous PV characteristic curve to determine the aging module in the solar string and the aging judgment algorithm using the measured PV characteristic curve.

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관과 이용자 간 커뮤니케이션 채널인 민원을 청원/건의와 불만표현의 두 가지 성격을 지닌 행위로 이해하고, 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 질적방법론에 기반하여 6명의 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 그 결과 민원에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 물리적 조건, 서비스 적절성, 장서 적절성, 소통빈도 및 방향성등을 도출하였다. 이러한 민원의 기능적, 관계 구조적 요인의 도출을 통해 도서관민원의 만족도 제고를 위한 기능개선 도구로서 뿐만 아니라, 도서관과 이용자간의 양방향 소통채널의 하나로 도서관에 대한 인식 제고의 도구로서의 가능성을 논의하였다.

  • The use of road cutters in the maintenance of obsolete underground facilities maintains polluting dust, cutting sludge, etc, polluting the air environment, soil, and water, causing civil complaints caused by noise, and consequently interrupting work. Therefore, it is time for eco-friendly pavement cutting technology for fugitive dust and cutting sludge emission management and noise management. This study was based on research by the development of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology in urban areas. In this study, the current state of existing road cutters is investigated and the patented technology analysis of road cutters is conducted to derive the design elements of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology.

  • The implementation of the legal mechanism to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs in Russia has its unique features. When the rights and interests of a businessman are threatened with infringement, specific legal remedies may be applied, by means of which the violated rights and interests are restored and, thereby, the opportunity to resume entrepreneurial activity is created. The paper explores extrajudicial ways to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs in Russia. The study analyzes the forms of self-help, arbitral tribunal, resolution of applications and complaints by executive authorities, the notariate, and work with the business ombudsman and civil society institutions.

  • Domestic residential buidling grading is currently comprised of 5 fields; sound-proofing, structure, ambient condition, living environment and fire-proofing. However, factors the take up most of the civil complaints are related to leakage, and waterproofing is not listed as part of the grading system. In particular, the Ministry of Land and Transport claims that the most crucial problems are leakage related in residential structures. Therefore, this study proposes to provide such grading system for waterproofing by AHP methodology based on waterproofing application locations in residential structures.
