From the mid-nineteenth century, Korean have emigrated to Tumen riverside. Their communities have different characters in accordance with the time, intention, and birthplace of emigrants who inclined to keep their fradifin and culture. There are many causes about the formation of communities influenced by Dynasty's Policy in 1885, one of the reasons is to approve Han Min Zhuan Ken Di Qu(legal land development right for Korean immigrants), and provide land development district for Korean immigrants in the north region of Tumen river from 1885. In Tumen riverside, 69 Ferry and wade viuaces have existed for more than 90 years By and large, 21 communities and distributed in He-Long city, 28 communities in Long-Jing city, and 10 communities in tu-men city, and 10 communities in Hun-Chun city.

Incheon City move onward re-modeling about Jayu Park(public park) in Incheon city. The building restoration must equip all data which are necessary to a restoration and it must be advanced and, currently the project which is advanced is not like that. The place objective which evaluates the restoration possibility of the modern time building where this dissertation is included consequently in project contents it is letting. The evaluation result data is not secured not to be, the restoration is impossible. Also simplicity reappearance of the building where the function disappears without being true feelings characteristic is there is not a possibility of having a construction value. The modern time building restoration which Incheon City it propels consequently it is right to be discontinued.

u-City에는 다양한 정보화 기기들이 존재하며, 정보화 기기 사이를 연결하는 다양한 네트워크 기술이 존재한다. u-City의 핵심 요소인 통합관리센터는 u-City 내의 모든 서비스를 처리하도록 설계되었으며, 도시를 통제하는 중요한 기능을 수행한다. 따라서 사용자의 인증 및 보안을 처리하기 위한 기술이 요구되며 이러한 기술은 통합관리센터에 필수적으로 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 인증 기술에 대해 설명하고, u-City 네트워크 환경에 적합한 인증방법과 절차를 제안한다. 제안된 u-City 인증 모델은 u-City에 존재하는 정보화 단말기와 사용자를 인증하여 정당한 사용자에게만 IP를 할당하고, 할당된 사용자에 대해 정책에 따라 차별화된 권한을 부여함으로써, 통합관리센터의 보안에 중요한 역할을 한다.

Onco-testicular sperm extraction is used to preserve fertility in patients with bilateral testicular tumors and azoospermia. We report the case of a testicular tumor in the solitary testis of a patient who had previously undergone successful contralateral orchiectomy and whose sperm was preserved by onco-testicular sperm extraction. A 35-year-old patient presented with swelling of his right scrotum that had lasted for 1 month. His medical history included a contralateral orchiectomy during childhood. Ultrasonography revealed a mosaic echoic area in his scrotum, suggesting a testicular tumor. The lesion was palpated within the normal testicular tissue along its edge and semen analysis showed azoospermia. Radical inguinal orchiectomy and onco-testicular sperm extraction were performed simultaneously. Motile spermatozoa were extracted from normal seminiferous tubules under microscopy and were frozen. Eventual intracytoplasmic sperm injection using the frozen spermatozoa is planned. Onco-testicular sperm extraction is an important fertility preservation method in patients with bilateral testicular tumors or a history of a previous contralateral orchiectomy.

본 연구는 폭우로 인해 도로침수가 발생되고 그로 인한 교통상황 악화가 발생할 때, 도로이용자와 침수와 혼잡 상황을 관리하는 시의 관리자들에 필요한 정보를 생산하기 위한 방법론에 대한 연구이다. 홍수와 같은 재난상황에서, 도로이용자들의 2차 피해를 막고, 도로상황 악화를 방지하며 빠른 회복을 위해서는, 적절한 정보가 제공되어야 한다. 도시의 규모에 따라 차이가 있겠으나, 도시에 수천 개의 구간이 존재하고, 특히 홍수와 같은 상황에서 수백 개 내지 천개 이상의 혼잡구간이 존재할 때, 개별 구간단위 혼잡수준 정보는 재난상황관리에 더 이상 유용하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 홍수상황에 영향을 받는 링크들을 공간적으로 클러스터링하고, 클러스터에 포함되지 못하는 영향 링크들은 정보제공 대상에 열외 시켜 무의미한 정보는 제외될 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 클러스터의 시공간적 특성, 즉 시간적 지속성, 공간적 크기를 산정하여, 영향 지역의 심각도 정보가 제공될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 만들어진 정보는 도로 이용자와 도시 관리자 모두가 홍수로 파급된 도로네트워크 문제에 적절히 대응하게 하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As a factor of housing environment, right of light became a subject of discussion as a social issue. Cases on the right of light in properties have been increased. Also many interests in the scape of the city have been increased. This study aims to show the possibility of variation of the shape of the apartment buildings considering the right of light. Reflecting this recent situation, we are setting up the night illumination and constructing a building which acts as Land Mark like the Jong-Ro Tower. And In case of the apartment building, various forms are deviated from an existing standardized form and skyline Existing studies on the sunshine of apartment buildings have dealt with just a standardized apartment building form. So this study analyzed a recently increasing interest for right of light and the changes of sunshine environment of apartment buildings having various forms of skyline.

For many years, developmental and physiological differences have been known to exist between anatomic segments of the colorectum. Because of different outcomes, prognoses, and clinical responses to chemotherapy, the distinction between right colon cancer (RCC) and left colon cancer (LCC) has gained attention. Furthermore, variations in the molecular features and gut microbiota between right and LCCs have recently been a hot research topic. CpG island methylator phenotype-high, microsatellite instability-high colorectal cancers are more likely to occur on the right side whereas tumors with chromosomal instability have been detected in approximately 75% of LCC patients and 30% of RCC patients. The mutation rates of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes also differ between RCC and LCC patients. Biofilm is more abundant in RCC patients than LLC patients, as are Prevotella, Selenomonas, and Peptostreptococcus. Conversely, Fusobacterium, Escherichia/Shigella, and Leptotrichia are more abundant in LCC patients compared to RCC patients. Distinctive characteristics are apparent in terms of molecular features and gut microbiota between right and LCC. However, how or to what extent these differences influence diverging oncologic outcomes remains unclear. Further clinical and translational studies are needed to elucidate the causative relationship between primary tumor location and prognosis.

현대사회에서 문화는 도시민들의 삶의 질 향상과 도시의 활성화를 위한 필수불가결한 요소이다. 새로운 도시패러다임으로 '문화도시'가 급부상하는 것도 이러한 맥락에서 이해할 수 있다. 세계적인 도시들이 문화도시를 표방하고 있으며, 국내 지자체 역시 문화적 요소를 가미한 도시정책을 추진하고 있다. 특히, 인천 남구는 문화도시의 성공적인 사례로 소개되면서, 타 지자체의 본이 되고 있다. 남구의 문화환경정책은 문화를 향유할 수 있는 기반시설, 문화적인 도시경관 및 생활공간 조성, 그리고 풍부한 컨텐츠를 갖추고 있다고 평가할 만하다. 문화도시는 문화친화적인 도시로 '지속가능한 도시발전'을 추구하는 것에 진정한 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 문화환경정책의 방향성을 확립하고, 관련 법 및 제도를 강화해야 할 것이다. 또한 도시계획 시, 문화계획을 고려해 문화지향적인 도시개발을 추진해야 한다. 무엇보다도 시민들의 역할과 방향을 제시, 파트너십을 제고하고 인간이 중심인 문화도시를 만들어가는 것이 중요하다.

This study examined the equivocalness of the standard legislation regarding the present situation of the sunshine-related law to reduce the trespass of the right of sunshine. In order to make more specific standard about that law, it was intended to suggest the distance ratio between apartment houses by the regional groups, the angle of building's direction and the gradient of the ground with the process of subdividing the existing regulation.

It is shown that every nilpotent-invariant module can be decomposed into a direct sum of a quasi-injective module and a square-free module that are relatively injective and orthogonal. This paper is also concerned with rings satisfying every cyclic right R-module is nilpotent-invariant. We prove that R ≅ R₁ × R₂, where R₁, R₂ are rings which satisfy R₁ is a semi-simple Artinian ring and R₂ is square-free as a right R₂-module and all idempotents of R₂ is central. The paper concludes with a structure theorem for cyclic nilpotent-invariant right R-modules. Such a module is shown to have isomorphic simple modules eR and fR, where e, f are orthogonal primitive idempotents such that eRf ≠ 0.
