This study seeks to analyze the effects of senior citizens' perception of sex on the life satisfaction in an empirical manner, and to present practical measures to improve senior citizens' perception of sex and life satisfaction based on the analysis results. To realize these research purposes, survey was administered targeting senior citizens who are at least 65 years old who reside at the Cities K and S in do-Jeollanam Province. As a result, 168 copies excluding unreliable answers were used for the final analysis. Collected data was subjected to SPSS 20.0 analysis, and the factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, t/F-test and regression analysis were carried out. Based on these analysis results, the following programs were suggested; development of the senior citizen sex education program to provide knowledge and information on sex, cultivation of the experts and establishment of counseling institutions that handle senior citizens' sex issue exclusively and execution of the social training and PR targeting the general public.

The purpose of this study was to investigate gender difference of community-residing elderly's life satisfaction and influential factors. Data were collected from 461 elders aged 60+ with the cooperation of several social service center for the aged, senior centers, and senior citizen associations in Daejeon Metropolitan City and Chungcheongnam-do(Cheonan-si and Okcheon-gun). SPSS 22.0 software was used for t-test and cross tabulation analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed there was statistically significant difference of elderly's life satisfaction by gender in multivariate analysis including sociodemographic factors, social network and relationship with children variables, but no difference in bivariate analysis. There was also significant difference in the factors affecting community-residing elderly's life satisfaction by gender. A few factors like friend support, number of regular social gatherings, and subjective health status were statistically significant in predicting male elderly's life satisfaction. Predictors of female elderly's life satisfaction which were perceived elderly parent-children conflict, friend support, monthly income, subjective health status, support to children, support from children were more diverse, compared to the predictors for male elderly's life satisfaction. Based on the findings, suggestions for social welfare policy and practice to improve community-residing elderly's life satisfaction considering the gender difference were discussed.

This study is to suggest the proper standards of the pediatric facilities. We need to have the medical treatment standard focusing to the architectural concept because the living and medical treatment level and the demand of citizen is increasing. The way of research is mainly referring to USA's hospitals and the patients. This study is for the psychological stability of child. We found the form decisive elements and the basic form characteristic with analysing cases. This elements are emerging to the sociality, privacy, control, recognition and territoriality. We have to improve the satisfaction of the patient through this element. In the future, the role of the improved medical environment will have to be emphasized.

The city of 'G' has been made a number of achievements with its science program as a part of public library's cultural program during the last 5 years. Recently, the national science centre has been established in the same city, the debate is now needed whether the science program in the public library have reasons to be maintained or to be reduced. The aim of this research is on the operating strategies of the science program in the public library. The research methods include case studies of operational strategies in domestic and foreign science centre, the level of satisfaction of local citizen on the science program, the vision of science program in the advancement of public library in the $21^{st}$ century. In results, the research proposes that the science program in public library should be maintained, but with locally characterised programs. In addition, the study also advised on the provision of scientific information, the strengthened search functions, and the development of user-centred services for those in science fields.

As shared electric kick scooters spread to cities worldwide as a result of the proliferation of personal mobility, they have emerged as a significant social issue, impacting pedestrian and user safety, as well as urban aesthetics. In this study, we propose solutions to the unique problems associated with shared electric kick scooters, such as illegal parking, charging, and redistribution. Furthermore, we present research on supplementary services utilizing electric kick scooters in urban areas to enhance citizen safety and user satisfaction through the development of an autonomous electric kick scooter system structure and operational strategies. We suggest a low-cost autonomous electric kick scooter structure and propose AI processing, sensor fusion, and system operation methods to add autonomous capabilities to affordable electric kick scooters. Additionally, we propose operational systems and related technologies for offering various supplementary services.

This paper aims to reveal the background and issues of the current reform proposals for social insurance in Germany and to draw their implications for Korea. The essence of the German social insurance crisis is that of normality of industrial society on which it has been based, revealing itself by the dual crisis of finance and dualization. Reform proposals are regarded as diverse responses to the crisis of the normality within individual social insurance schemes. They are searching for transforming health insurance into citizen's insurance, pension insurance into various alternatives including all worker's insurance and citizen's pension, unemployment insurance into employment insurance. One of the commonalities of the them is that they attempt to reconstruct the old normality. However, due to the economic recovery, the historical experiences of improving social insurance, and high satisfaction, they are expected to struggle with the gradual improvements rather than radical shift from their tradition. In Korea, where the maturity of social insurance is low, it is necessary to mark the crisis faced by German social insurance as a teacher. We need to go back to the fundamental spirit of social policy and redraw the blue prints of social policy by opening minds to plentiful alternatives in the eyes of normality reconstruction.

This studying is on the degree of reuse that runs from Seoul Palace Y elderly welfare and general social demographic is to the welfare service factors of the path Restaurant (hygiene, workers, convenience, food, accessibility, environmental, and social relationships), and influence, the process of was to effect on determining on to the mediating effect on the satisfaction with the meals ages overrun 65 years using the path restaurant was applied to the final total of 310 valid samples were subjects. This study aims to analyze the effect of structural Person-Organization Fit and organizational justice on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and employee performance. This study is based on a quantitative approach by collecting data using a survey conducted on three SOE's companies in Indonesia that operate in Makassar City, namely Pelindo. Ltd (Port Company), PLN. Ltd (Electric Company) and Pertamina. Ltd (Oil and Gas Company), with a sample of 90 employees. The study population was all non-managerial permanent employees. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling. In structural relations, out of the nine direct tests, there were two insignificant relationships, and in all three hypotheses there was one not-supported hypothesis. When compared between person-organization Fit and Organizational Justice, it is found that organizational justice has a more critical role in building Human Resource performance compared to Person-Organization Fit, because organizational justice is better able to provide job satisfaction and make organizational commitment and OCB as a prerequisite for its formation to better Human Resources performance. With organizational justice, employees will feel more satisfied working, committed to the work and organization, and behaves as a supportive organizational citizen for the realization of the best performance for the interests of the organization going forward.

Main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the self core evaluation of local public officials on the customer-oriented public service provision. Structural Equation Model was applied to analyze the relationship between self core evaluation and customer oriented public service attitude. From theoretic point, establishing the relationship between psychological concept(self core evaluation) and attitude is contribution to existing literature in this area. Positive structural relationships between self core evaluation and customer-oriented attitude was confirmed from empirical analysis. While variable job engagement took intermediating role between self core evaluation and customer-oriented attitude. The result implies that organizational psychological approach might be a more effective policy measure to improve citizen's satisfaction for public services. For a extended periods, Korean government introduced various institutional arrangements to improve the customer satisfaction for public service. Hoever, the result was not satisfactory. The result of this study suggest psychological approach to improve public service customer satisfaction.

With regard to urban culture this study aims to essential understanding and systematic approach to the culture. The "2012 Seoul Survey" report has been used to find out causality among the related variables. In the first place 'satisfaction of cultural condition' was operationally selected as a dependent variable for regression. For the purpose of controlling the third factors for ceteris paribus effect correlation analysis was previously done between the dependent variable and all other variables respectively, which resulted in two groups of variables: group (1) - 2 variables of very significant correlations(p-value<0.01) and (2) - the other 6 variables of significant correlations(p-value<0.05). Then hierarchical regression was adopted to these 2 groups to analyse statistical significance of independent variables, and multicollinearity(VIF; variance inflation factor). Additionally to OLS robust and bootstrapping regressions were done to confirm the validity of this model specification. At last a regression model specified by group (1) as independent variables(they are 'community spirit caring for women, the disabled, the poor and the old,' 'satisfaction of bicycle riding condition' shows that the variables have statistically significant and substantially strong effect on 'satisfaction of cultural condition.' This finding implies the following understanding; (1) urban festivals are regarded as the main of the urban culture as of now and this results from the low level of today's culture, (2) culture is telling and hearing stories but the influential relationship between urban culture and community spirit on the weak is negative, which says that the cultural perception among citizen is somewhat selfish and far from the essential understanding of the urban culture. In spite of restrictive external validity this finding can be used as a direction for promoting culture and a basis for related policy choice in cities.
