이동 인터넷상에서 단말기의 이동 하에서 서비스 질을 보장하기 위해, 크게 세 방향의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 즉, 서비스 질 보장 단위와 방법에 따라 각 흐름 단위의 제어 방법(IntServ), 몇 가지 서비스 클래스에 의한 방법 (DiffServ) 그리고 흐름들의 군집 방법등이다. UMTS 망의 백본은 IP 망으로 구성되므로 IP망의 서비스 질 보장 방법이 적용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 상기의 세 방법 중 UMTS 망의 특성에 가장 부합되는 흐름 군집방법을 기반으로 UMTS 망의 서비스 질 보장을 위한 새로운 방안을 제안한다.

Pectolinarin was isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Cirsium setidens using open column chromatography and was analyzed using spectrometry. Pectolinarin content in Cirsium spp. was determined using HPLC/UV. Pectolinarin content in the aerial part of Cirsium spp. was higher than that in the root and pappus. Pectolinarin content was highest in the aerial part of C. chlorolepis (110.65mg/g extract). Consequently, the aerial part of C. chlorolepis has potential for use in new natural medicinal products, health supplements, and beverages.

최근 DDOS 공격이 활발해짐에 따라 많은 사이트에서 검색 페이지에 노출되지 않도록 웹봇을 차단한 경우가 생기게 되었다. 하지만 이는 사이트 사용자나 사이트 측 모두에게 악영향을 미치므로 웹 사이트의 웹봇 접근성을 평가하는 프로그램을 제작하게 되었다. 본 프로그램은 Robots.txt를 분석하거나 Robots 메타 태크 등을 분석하여 웹 사이트의 웹봇 접근성을 평가하는 프로그램이다. 이 프로그램으로 평가한 결과를 피드백의 근거로 삼아 더 나은 검색 결과를 기대할 수 있다.

This paper deals with the robust control system for parameter variations, fast responses and load torque variations. Frist, fuzzy-sliding adaptive control be used to. Fuzzy-sliding adaptive control is good at fast response. Second, there are many requests for selecting freely the moment of inertia, even though moment of inertia is determined with the materials, structure, shape, and size of the motors. Therefore we developed an inertia-lowering control system that uses torque observer to reduce the moment of inertia. Finally, using torque observer, torque control is done so as to compensate load torque. Consequently, the proposed system verified the superiority through the simulations using MATLAB.

The H2O and 50% extracts of herbal medicines(HM) combinations which were consisted of Acanthopanacis Cortex. Phragmitis Rhizoma. Chaenomelis Fructus. Pruni pseudocerasi Semen and rice bran were prepared and administered orally before 40% ethanol administration in the males S.D rats. The 50% ethanol extract of HM (HM50E) showed blood alcohol decreasing activity and was fractionated again into HM50El and E2 by Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. HM50E2 showed more effective blood ethanol decreasing activity than HM50El. (omitted)

The configuration of Brushless DC moter is similar to the permanent magnet Synchronous moter. Power transistors are oftenly used to supply the switching by feedback signals of rotor positioning sensors. Brushless DC moter have been used in Aerospace and Robotics where the electromagnetic noise or the sparking of the commutator contact can not be tolerated and long - lived maintenance - free operation is required. This paper describes the design of the microprocessor - based controller for the Brushless DC moter. The controller is designed to operate for the constant torque generation and variable speed control using sinusoidal PWM inverters and resolvers as rotor positioning sensors.

D-STATCON using the multilevel voltage source inverters is presented for voltage regulation and reactive power compensation in distribution system. This cascade M-level inverter consists of (M-1)/2 single phase full bridge inverter(FBI). This multilevel inverter is a natural fit to the flexible ac transmission systems(FACTS) including STATCON, SVC, series compensation and phase shifting, It can solve the problems of conventional transformer-based multipulse inverters and multilevel diode-clamped inverters. From the simulation results, the superiority of D-STATCON with cascade multilevel inverter is shown for high power application.

Water heat transfer experiments were carried out in a uniformly heated annulus with a wide range of pressure conditions. The local heat transfer coefficients for saturated water (low boiling have been measured just before the occurrence of the critical heat flux (CHF) along the length of the heated section. The trends of the measured heat transfer coefficients were quite different from the conventional understanding for the heat transfer of saturated flow boiling. This discrepancy was explained from the nucleate boiling in the liquid film of annular flow under high heat flux conditions. The well-known correlations were compared with the measured heat transfer coefficients. The Shah and Kandlikar correlations gave better prediction than the Chen correlation. However, the modified Chen correlation proposed in the present work showed the best agreement with the present data among correlations examined .
