In this paper, A tracking of the moving objects using normalized hue distribution in HSI color model was proposed. Moving objects are detected by using difference image method and integral projection method to background image and objects image only with hue area. Hue information of the detected moving area are normalized by 24 levels from $0^{\circ}$ to $3600^{\circ}A$ distance in between normalized levels with a hue distribution chart of the normalized moving objects is used for the identity distinction feature parameters of the moving objects. To examine proposed method in this paper, image of moving cars are obtained by setting up three cameras at different places every 1 km on outer motorway. The simulation results of identity distinction show that it is possible to distinct the identity a distance in between normalization levels of a hue distribution chart without background.

인터넷 정보 가전(IA: Internet Appliances)은 매우 복합적이고 다양한 제품과 기술로 구성되어 있지만, 간단하게 정의하자면 유무선 정보통신망에 연결되어 데이터 송수신이 가능한 디지털 TV, 인터넷 냉장고, DVD, 디지털 비디오 등과 같은 차세대 네트워크 가전제품을 말한다[l]. 이러한 인터넷 정보 가전에 있어서 Home PNA, PLC, IEEE1394, 무선 랜, Home RF, Bluetooth 등 다양한 기술과 규격이 홈 네트워크로 제시되어 있지만 이를 도입하기엔 부담이 큰 가전기기들이 대부분인 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 홈 서버의 직렬 포트에 무선 모뎀을 장착해서 이동 로봇을 원격 제어하는 시스템을 설계 구현함으로써 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어적인 비용이 저렴한 인터넷 정보 가전용 이동 로봇 시스템의 구현 가능성을 제시한다.

This paper presents an implementation of Pill controller for DC-DC converter using the microcontroller. The features of the microcontroller such as the on chip ADC and Pulse width Modulator (PWM) eliminate the external components needed to perform these functions. The duty rate cycle for the DC-DC converter can be updated every time when the (ADC) conversation and the calculation time are finished. The stable response can be obtained for any kind of DC-DC converters. The SMPS controller looks at the converter output, compares the output to a set point, performs a control algorithm (Pill algorithm) and finally applies the algorithm output to the PWM. PWM output is then used to drive the DC-DC converter. Figure (1) shows a simplified block diagram of a complete DC-DC converter system.

This paper describes a technique for human sensibility evaluation using 10-channel EEG(electroencephalogram). The proposed method uses the linear predictor coefficients as EEG feature parameters and a neural network as sensibility pattern classifier. For subject independent system, multiple templates are stored and the most similar template can be selected. EEG signals corresponding to 4 emotions such as, relaxation, joy, sadness and anger are collected from 5 armature performers. The states of relaxation and joy are considered as positive sensibility and those of sadness and anger as negative. The classification performance using the proposed method is about 72.6%. This will be promising performance in the human sensibility evaluation.

R-type thermocouple(TC) interface circuits with cold-junction compensator(CJC) and its broken wires detection was developed. The circuit consists of a CJC device, a instrumentation amplifier(IA), and two resistor and a diode for broken wire detection. The experiment results show that the interface circuit has a good CJC function on the temperature range for $20^{\circ}C$ to $1400^{\circ}C$. At the range the output voltage of the IA was -14V when the TC was broken. At normal operation condition the output voltage of IA was 0V to 10V for the temperature range.

본 논문에서는 900MHz의 ISM대역에서 사용가능한 통신방식 중 직접확산방식의 무선데이터 송수신 시스템을 제안${\cdot}$구현하였다. 특히 송수신기 간에 양방향 통신이 가능하도록 설계함으로써 900MHz 대역의 RF-ID 시스템과 같은 능동형 시스템으로의 확장이 가능하도록 하였다.

웹접근성은 능력, 기술이나 상황에 관계없이 모든 인터넷 사용자에게 제공되는 정보와 서비스의 가용성을 의미한다. 시각 장애인, 난독중자, 청각장애인 등과 같은 사용자 그룹은 대부분의 웹사이트에서 접근장벽을 경험하고 있다. 한국의 공공기관 웹사이트에 대한 접근성 보고도 2003년 최초로 발표되었으나, 지방 자치단체에 관한 것은 발표된 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 충북지역의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 거의 보든 대상 사이트가 접근성이 떨어지며, 접근성 교육이 웹 관리자나 프로그래머에게 시급히 필요한 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 웹문서에서의 색상 대비에 관한 것이다. 부분적 시각장애자, 노인 및 색각 이상자로 특정한 색의 조합을 인식하는 능력이 떨어지는 경향이 있다. 정상적인에게는 명확하게 대비되는 두 색상이 시각적 결합을 가진 자에게는 잘 구별되지 않을 수 있다. 전자 문서를 저작하는데 있어 색상에 대한 혼란을 줄이는 가장 중요한 방법은 색상의 대비를 이용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 아리스, 클리스틴과 마이크로 소프트의 서로 다른 3가지 방식을 비교 분석하여 고찰한다.
