Polyurethane(PU) prepolymers were synthesized from polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG), with 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI), toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and isophoron diisocyanate(IPDI). After chain extention using n-methyl-diethanol amine(n-MDEA), aqueous polyurethane cationomers were prepared by addition of glycolic acid(GA) as a quaternizer. The effect of the content of chain extender and the degree of neutralization on the stability of emulsion, adhesive strength, viscosity, glass transition temperature and physical properties of emulsion cast film were investigated using UTM, viscometer and DSC.

The main purpose of this study is to select the appropriate wild plants on the rooftop. For the purpose of the experiments, 14 wild plants(12 korean native wild plants and 2 naturalized wild plants) were chosen. As the results of the experiments, the wild plants growing on the culture soil(perlite) Among the 14 kinds of wild plants, such as Chrysanthemum boreale, Taraxacum mongolicum, Aster Koraiensis, Aster yomena, Oenothera odorata, Oenothera lamarckiana, Patrinia scabiosaefolia showed good effects on growth of above ground parts. Therefore, these plants will effective for the rooftop revegation. Callistephus chinensis and Lotus corniculatus var. Japonicus showed good height growth, wherase covering rate was worst. Chrysanthemum boreale, Platycodon grandiflorum, Patrinia scabiosaefolia were plant height, wherase covering rate was not good. As the results of the experiments, the wild plants growing on the culture soil(vermiculite) Taraxacum mongolicum, Aster Koraiensis, Oenothera lamarckiana, Aster yomena showed good effects on growth of above ground parts. Consequently, korean native wild plants such as Taraxacum mongolicum, Aster Koraiensis, Aster yomena and naturalized wild plants such as Oenothera odorata, Oenothera lamarckiana were effective wild plants for rooftop revegetation.

This study was aimed to establish different drainage types of soil media on the plant growing in rooftop. For this study, experiment plots were installed on the roof of Social Science building, Chongju University, from April, 1998 to September, 1999. (1) Sand and sandy loam as base and check soils, (2) vermiculite as a inorganic soil media (3) "humus sawdust" and "burned rice hull" as organic soil media were used by various mixing ratio Zoysia japonica, was selected for the experiment. The results of this study are as follows : L5B3S2 and L5H3S2 of bad drainage character with a plastic drainage plate combination caused good growth effect on Zoysia japonica examined in 3 types of drainage layer with 5 types of soil media. From this result, it could be suggested that combined design of plastic drainage plate with 2 soil types - L5B3S2 and L5H3S2 - be desirable composition for regarding weight load and plant growth.

This treatise studies and developed flash memory drive of ATA bus that use flash memory which is employment amount memory semiconductor to improve problem of hard-disk that is existing ATA bus. While general hard-disk is sensitive external impact or shock, but flash memory drive do save chapter as well as is strong in external impact using semiconductor memory element that disk is not low electric power, light weight possible . Practical use is expected do save chapter for embedded system or black box for vehicles, soldiers hereafter therefore.

본 논문에서는 광을 이용한 전류 측정 장치의 연구 내용에 대하여 기술하였다. 광을 이용한 전류 측정 장치의 가장 큰 문제점은 감도 저하를 주는 선형 복굴절 양이며, 이러한 선형 복굴절을 줄이는 방법은 광섬유를 비틀어서 선형 복굴절 양에 비해 원형 복굴절의 양을 크게 해주는 방법을 사용하였다. 광섬유를 비틀어서 측정한 결과는 측정 감도가 약 3배의 증가를 보였으며, 측정오차의 경우도 1 % 이내의 선형성을 나타내었다. 본 실험의 결과로 광섬유를 비트는 방법이 광을 이용한 전류 측정 장치의 선형 복굴절을 크게 감소시킴을 알 수 있었으며, 대전류 측정에 측정도를 높일 수 있다고 판단된다.

For a given plant design, improved decisions on when to shutdown an existing plant may be obtained by making better predictions of failure rates, by exerting efforts to collect more relevant information or by improving decision making models which put that information to best use. It is important that the models include the value of possible loss of lives and fear along with cleanup, decommissioning, relocation if the decisions derived from the model are to be useful. The decision model we have described enables us to investigate a class of optimal decisions on whether to shutdown or continue operating one period of time. The analysis and decision process is repeated at the end of each period with additional information about new costs and risks.
