  • $300^{\circ}C$ 소성 Pt/MoO3가 수소를 흡착후 탈착하는 속도를 측정하였다. 두가지 흡착 속도를 나타내는 Pt/MoO3 촉매에서 탈착량은 흡착량과 탈착 온도의 증가에 비례하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscope(XPS) 결과로부터 Pt와 MoO3간의 활성점에 존재하는 Cl의 존재가 수소 이동 속도를 결정하는 것으로 판단되었다.

  • The surfaces of $SiO_2$ films were treated by PMMA diluted solutions, and analyzed the chemical shift from Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer. The $SiO_2$ film treated by PMMA diluted solution changed the properties of the surface, and showed the blue and red shift according to the concentration of PMMA. The C-H bond elongation effect due to the high electro-negative atom chlorine showed the red shift, and makes the final material with the cross-link structure. The leakage current was efficiently reduced at the sample No 7 with the red shift, witch depends on the electron deficient group.

  • Lack of fine aggregate is adversely affecting the quality of concrete. Due to lack of land sand, EZZ sea sand has been used. However, the use of sea sand is also difficult because of the opposition of fishermen. The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of slag fine aggregate to durability and compressive strength of concrete. The concrete compressive strength and durability were assessed to derive a proper mix ratio of fine aggregate.

  • The physical properties of chloroprene rubber (CR) compounds reinforced with networked silicas were investigated by comparing them to those reinforced with conventional silica to observe the effect of the organic connection bonds combining silica particles on their cure, tensile, and aging performance. The introduction of networked silica to CR increase in silica content to 80 phr in rubber, while the content of conventional silica was limited to 60 phr. The CR compounds reinforced with networked silica showed higher resistance to combustion. The gradual increases in delta torque, Mooney viscosity, and modulus of silica-filled CR compounds with silica content were mainly attributed to the specific interaction between the chlorine atoms of CR and the hydroxyl groups of silica. The CR compounds reinforced with networked silica showed low compression set and heat build-up and maintained their high modulus even after thermal, oil, and ozone aging.

  • The results of ab initio(MP2/6-31G) molecular orbital calculations of the dipole moment derivatives and gas phase IR intensities in chloromethanes are reported. The theoretical polar tensors are analyzed into the net charge, charge-flux, and overlap contributions. The charge-flux contribution was found to be dominant in the Cl atom polar tensor, while the net charge effect was the most prominent contribution for the H atom polar tensor. The Cl atom polar tensor appeared, in a good approximation, to be transferable among various chloro molecules. On the other hand, for the prediction of IR spectra of complex hydrocarbons containing chlorine atoms, some empirical adjustment of the H-atom polar tensor seemed to be made depending on the number of Cl atoms bound to the certain carbon atom.

  • In this study, fundamental properties of high strength concrete containing blast furnace slag are investigated analyzed according to CBS-Dust replacement rate. As the CBS-Dust replacement rate increased, air content, fluidity and strength decreased, but concrete with 5~10 % of CBS-Dust showed excellent compressive strength in its early age. Therefore, 5~10 % substitution of CBS-Dust on high strength concrete containing blast furnace slag will have a positive effect on reducing waste disposal cost and improving the strength.

  • This study examines the performance of CBS-Dust for the utilization of cement bricks as alkali stimulants for furnace slag replacement binders. It converts the CBS-Dust substitution rate and the excess slag substitution rate. According to the analysis, when replacing CBS-Dust with 65~70 % of BS substitution rate and 7.5~10 % of CBS-Dust, it shows excellent performance as an alkali stimulant of BS' potential hydrophobic reaction, and it is expected to be effective for secondary products of BS replaced in large quantities.

  • Estuary barrier is a hydraulic structure constructed to supply safely water as protecting chlorine penetration of sea water. However, the barrier brings about a problem which decreases original functions of estuary because hydraulic ecology was disrupted as obstructing natural water exchange between fresh water and sea water. It is important to supply Enough fresh water in the estuary ecosystem. But it is possible to reduce the problems brought from barrier throughout efficient water gate operation of estuary barrier. It was shown in this study that the environmental effect of estuary in Nakdong river was investigated according to the control of water level. Also, the basic information about the effective water gate operation was provided. The analysis results showed that the release rate of estuary was increased about 20% as changing the operational water levels. This helps supplying fresh water durably to the mixing zone. Also, CE-QUAL-W2 model was utilized to assess water quality. The values of BOD and COD were not changed in estuary area. From the result, it was analyzed the effect of water quality according to the water gate operation was not indicated.

  • In this research, the etching characteristics of Ta thin film with chlorine plsama have been studied by Electron Cyclotron Resonance (ECR) plasma etching system. The effects of microwave power, RF bias power, working pressure and gas chemistry on the etching profiles have been investigated. The microloading effect, which was observed at fine pattern formation, was effectively suppressed by double step etching, and anisotropic $0.2{\mu\textrm{m}}$ L&S patterns were successfully generated.
