중국 민간의료보험의 발전경로와 의료보장체계에서의 역할 (The Development Path of China's Private Health Insurance and Its Role in the Health Care System)

  • This article summarizes the structure of China's current social health insurance system and reviews the development status of China's private health insurance (PHI). China's medical security system is mainly composed of two parts: basic medical insurance (BMI) and PHI. Among them, the BMI provides reimbursement of basic medical expenses for the insured persons according to different proportions. PHI is a necessary supplement to the BMI and provides assistance to the insured persons in the event of illness or accident. By having PHI, people can obtain medical protection outside the coverage of BMI. In the development of PHI in China, the total medical cost is high and the insurance market size is large, but the proportion of PHI expenditure is low and the personal burden is high. Through this Chinese case, it will be helpful for mutual development between Korean PHI and national health insurance, for Korean insurance companies to enter the Chinese market, and for removing the medical burden on the people.

  • The concept of Virtual Character has been developed for a long time with people's demand for cultural and entertainment products such as games, animations, and movies. In recent years, with the rapid development of concepts and industries such as social media, self-media, web3.0, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and Metaverse, Virtual Character has also expanded new derivative concepts such as Virtual Idol, Virtual YouTuber, and Virtual Digital Human. With the development of technology, people's life is gradually moving towards digitalization and virtualization. At the same time, under the global environment of the new crown epidemic, human social activities are rapidly developing in the direction of network society and online society. From the perspective of digital media content, this paper studies the production technology of Virtual Character related products in the Chinese market, and analyzes the future development direction and possibility of the Virtual Character industry in combination with new media development directions and technical production methods. Consider and provide reference for the development of combined applications of digital media content industry, Virtual Character and Metaverse industry.

명장(明將) 남방위(藍芳威)의 조선 활동과 현존 문물 고찰

  • In this paper, the focus was on the review of Ming General Nan Fangwei's activities during the Choson period and existing relevant historical artifacts & literacy works. Nan Fangwei's hometown was Jiangxi(江西) Changjiang(昌江; Jingdezhen景德鎭). Unfortunately, it has not been known where his descendants migrated later. During Jingdezhen Riot(景德鎭民亂), he went to serve as the head of the grass roots. After surrendering, he became a general in the Ming military base. During Jeongyujae War(丁酉再亂), he entered Chosun as a Youji general(遊擊) and participated in dozens of large and small battles. However, the defeat of Jungro-gun (中路軍) led him to a feud with the Ming's military authorities and to return him, which gave him a hard time to be forcibly dislodged to a remote region. Nan Fangwei established Namwon Guanwang Shrine(南原 關王廟). Since then, it has been preserved in Namwon Wangjeong-dong(王亭洞) through several reconstruction and reconstruction works. In addition, he took good care of people by strictly cracking down on their subordinates with high integrity and virtuous deeds at the military base. Being deeply touched by his morality and virtue, the people of Gongju(公州) established 'Youji general Nan Fangwei Jongdeokbi(〈遊擊將藍公種德碑〉)'. In addition, when he had his leisure time, he collected Korean Chinese poems from various figures and edited and published 'Chosun Poetry Collection(《朝鮮詩選全集》)', which he played a catalyst to promote high-quality Korean poems to Chinese literacy community.

한국전통 김치의 다양화 및 세계화를 위한 터키인의 기호도 조사연구 (A Survey of the preference of the Turk for Korean Kimchi)

  • This research aimed to Kimchi to be well known in the World, which to be international food on the each nation and each people, each religion cultural area, with having done Kimchi adaptation plan for localization. Among the plan, Kimchi utilization ways with the localization strategy in Turkish dietary life were investigated to the Kimchi preference, improvement points on Turkish view, for the Turkey person it would be able to apply in Turkish food culture, and the results are as follows. 1. According to sex of Chinese cabbage Kimchi preference, men ($M=3.75\;{\pm}\;0.89$) appeared higher than women ($M=3.62\;{\pm}\;0.88$). Color or appearance preference after Chinese cabbage Kimchi taste was investigated in order that red > burnish felt > transparent > yellow, and the smell preference which was hot($M=4.64\;{\pm}\;1.37$) appeared highest. A hot taste felt most intensely, and it was investigated in order that aftertaste> salty taste > sourness > off flavor taste > fermented fish source taste > sweetness> carbonic acid by the followings. For the feeling of texture of Kimchi, the crunch was higher than durable tough(it was visible the consider difference of the sex 2. That the Korean Kimchi hit to a palatable taste, against 109 people (72.2%) answered suitable appetite to this taste, and the reason which was in order of that hot tasty > appearance > chewing texture > red > fermented flavor was investigated. Did not hit to a taste 42 people (27.8%) answer back, with the reason that was investigated in order of hot tasty > appearance > red > fermented flavor > chewing texture. The hot tasty of Kimchi was commonly presented that hit and did not hit to appetite taste against people. 3. Among the Turkish food, similar foods for Kimchi were answered in order of Lahana Tursu (44.2 %) > Kapuska (25.9 %) > Lahana Prasa (11.1%), and similar food category were that Chinese cabbage or various vegetables to be pickling food and to be dressing salad with salt and vinegar. The accompanied or garnished Turkich food category for Kimchi were answered in order of cooking meat (34.1%)> steamed cooking rice (22.7%)> cooking fish (17.0%)> cooking soybean (14.2%). This result was same tendency with steamed cooking rice accompaniment for Kimchi in Korea and Turkey, and could be applied a new main menu like meat cooking and fish cooking dish which matched and accompanied with Kimchi.

Polymorphisms of KCNE1 Gene in Korean Population

  • Long QT Syndrome (LQT) is a congenital disease due to the failure of electrical system of the heart. We have analyzed KCNE1 gene which is known to be the cause of Type V LQT in Korean genome. Although SNPs of KCNE1 have been reported for Chinese and Malaysians no data are available for Korean people yet. PCR primers were prepared to investigate the sequences for normal and SNP at G30A, G112A, C162T. They were different only by 3' ends. Genomic DNAs were extracted from the people who were known to be normal clinically (35) or patients (20) with metabolic disease. As results, we were able to recognize several SNPs in these Korean samples. Some people were homozygous or heterozygous depending upon the type of SNP. This study should facilitate the research on the cause of Type VLQTs and to develop the further therapy at genetic level.

Shanghai Residents' Cognition, Attitudes and Expressions towards Significant Political Events -A Case Study of the 2013 "Two Sessions" of China

  • China's "two sessions," namely, the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), has significant meaning to the political life of the nation. It collects opinions and advice from different groups of people annually. "Two sessions" 2013 was especially eye-catching, because new state leaders were elected at the meetings. Using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system, the Media and Public Opinion Center of Fudan University (FMORC) conducted surveys of China's "two sessions" every year from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, the influence of new media on public opinion has become increasingly significant. Microblog and WeChat have become two types of important media for Shanghai residents to express their opinions and take part in China's "two sessions." Based on the empirical findings, this paper examines Shanghai Residents' cognition, attitudes and expressions towards "two sessions" 2013 and analyzes how new media affect the public opinions on significant political events.

조선시대 양로연(養老宴)에 대한 고찰 (A Study of Ceremony for the Elderly (Yangroyun) in Chosun Dynasty)

  • Yangroyun(養老宴), the ceremony for elderly people, originated with the ancient chinese, but the ceremony was held as almsgiving in the early period of Three Kingdom - Shilla.Goguryo.Backje. During the period, a king participated in the ceremony and gave elderly people grain and cloth. Also, in the unified Shilla dynasty, as it were. According to establish the aristocracy in the Three Kingdom Period, Yangroyun became the royal ceremony. In Goryo dynasty, Yangroyen was developed as a ceremony for awarding a person with filial piety prizes. In Chosun dynasty, Yangroyun was peformed in the rigid regulation. It was begun from the king Sejong, According to$\boxDr$Kyungkukdaejeon(經國大典)$\boxUl$, Yanroyun was held in September of the lunar year for over eighty years old, and queen held a banquet for the wives of the elderly. According to $\boxDr$Chosunwangjosilrok(朝鮮王朝實錄)$\boxUl$,$\boxDr$Gisaji(耆社志)$\boxUl$, and $\boxDr$Jungbomunhunbigo(增補文獻備考)$\boxUl$, Yanguroyun held totally eighty times in Chosun dynasty, however, in the late Chosun dynasty, Yangroyun was held few times.

Offer Calculus to High School Students: The Use of Technologies Can Clear up People's Doubts

  • From the beginning of the 20th century, calculus is gradually offered to high school students in many countries. However, in Chinese high school, the instruction on calculus is nearly an untouched field. Many people don't believe that high school students can study calculus well. They think calculus knowledge in students' brains is likely to become the “half-cooked food”, and this can produce a bad effect on the study of formal calculus at university. The authors consider that the emphasis of calculus in high school should be the intuitive understanding of fundamental calculus concepts, and it is also the basis of the understanding of formal concepts. Traditional mathematics course with chalk can't meet the needs of calculus teaching. The use of technologies can enhance the calculus teaching, especially the informal and visual calculus teaching, help students understand the underlying concepts. The authors describe how the use of technologies can improve the calculus teaching and learning, and point out that the use of technologies can clear up people's doubts.

한중 소화(笑話) 속의 비유표현과 일본소화 속의 미타테(見立て)기법의 비교고찰 (A Comparative Study on the Figurative Representation in Chinese and Korean Comedic Stories and the mitate of Japanese Comedic Stories)

  • 연을 일본어로는 다코(たこ), 즉 문어라고 한다. 그 이유는 일본인들이 연의 꼬리를 보았을 때, 문어의 발을 떠올렸기 때문이다. 그리고 이러한 종류의 연상행위는 일본어로 미타테(見立て)라고 한다. 미타테는 비유와 비슷하지만, 이 두 개념은 웃음을 일으키는 주안점이 약간 다르다. 그리고 한국과 중국의 소화에서의 비유는 90%의 비슷한 점이 웃음을 유발하지만, 일본 소화에서의 미타테는 10%의 비슷하지 않은 점이 웃음을 발생시키는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이에 본고에서는 동아시아 소화의 미타테에 대해 살펴보았으며, 다음의 3가지 특징을 알 수 있었다. 첫 번째, 중국과 한국소화의 미타테는 인간의 신체적 약점과 관련되는 경향을 보이는 반면, 일본 소화의 미타테는 인간의 직업이나 기질과 관련되는 경향을 보인다. 두 번째, 동아시아 소화의 미타테는 중국의 언어문자유희에서 온 한자의 파자와 관련이 되는데, 이는 이 지역에서 오랫동안 한자가 쓰여져 왔기 때문이다. 하지만 일본 소화에서 보이는 문자 미타테는 한자와 히라가나, 혹은 가타카나라는 두 개의 서로 이질적인 타입의 문자를 조합하는 형태로도 나타난다. 세 번째, 미타테에는 한자의 착각에 의한 것도 있는데, 이것은 중국과 한국 소화에서 특히 많이 보인다. 아마도 이 패턴은 중국의 3자음 언어문자유희에서 비롯되었을 것이다.

두룽족 여성의 얼굴 문신 문화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Chinese Dai Tattoo Culture)

  • 문신은 인류에게 오랫동안 전승되어온 문화 형태다. 인류의 여러 문화권에서 전승되고 발전해온 전통적인 문신 풍습은 역사, 예술, 사회, 등 다양한 분야에서 학술적으로 중요한 연구 가치를 가진다. 두룽족은 중국 남서부 윈난(雲南)성과 근처 지역에 사는 소수 민족 중 하나로 안면문신을 위주로 하는 '얼굴문신(文面)' 풍습을 가지고 있다. 중화인민공화국이 성립된 1949년 전까지도 원시사회 형태를 유지한 두룽족의 전통적 문화는 문자가 없는 구전(口傳)의 형태로 전해 졌으나 두룽족의 신비로운 문신문화에 대한 보존자료가 없어 연구의 필요성이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 근현대 문헌과 윈난성 지역 현장 탐사 두 가지 방법으로 수행되었다. 얼굴문신 풍습의 정확한 이유와 시기는 알 수 없으나 1966년 중국 문화 대혁명으로 금지되어서야 사라지게 되었다. 얼굴문신의 상징과 기능에 대해서는 현지 탐사과 근현대 학자들의 연구를 통해 크게 신앙숭배, 성년 의례, 심미 장식, 민족 사회 역사의 4가지로 나눌 수 있으며 문신을 하는 시기는 7~8세 부터이다. 얼굴문신은 지역에 따라 상류 여성은 비교적 복잡한 도안으로 구성되었으며, 하류 여성은 간단한 도안으로 구성되었다. 문신은 주로 친족이 시술하며 주로 대나무 꼬챙이와 솥바닥에서 추출한 회즙 재를 재료로 사용한다. 현재 두룽족의 얼굴문신을 한 여성은 25명 미만으로, 대부분 고령화되어 있어 수십 년 안에 모두 사라질 것으로 보인다. 따라서 두룽족의 독특한 얼굴문신 문화에 대한 문서화가 시급하다.
